Why is Tinubu trying to ridicule the North by imposing Buhari on Nigerians? Honestly I don't like the way this man is embarrassing himself and others. Where are his children? Are they too daft to smell Tinibu's intrigues? My problem with all these is Nigeria may finally split when this happens because I'm sure the North will not give up the presidency a second time as the case was during YarAdua.
Another thing to worry about is the fact that the Igbo nation is just watching the drama unfold. In 2019 Nigeria may be hit by a heavy surprise when the Igbo people will rise again to demand for power or break away.

What is the summary? Nigeria may finally split into three as Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe prophesied before he died. The current romance between the North and South West will end and the Igbos will form their own nation (because I doubt the possibility of having a South East PRESIDENT IN 2019).

Now as for scriptures;

There are no scriptures that explicitly says drink water or don't drink water when you fast; but such can be implied with care from some scriptures that talked about fasting. E.g.

Jesus was hungry after His forty day fast -not thirsty

Luke 4v2 -Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days He did EAT NOTHING: and when they were ended, He afterward HUNGERED.

It says "He did EAT NOTHING" -not drink nothing. And afterward HUNGERED -not thirsted.

Which implied He drank water. If he ate or drank anything with calories He wouldn't be hungry.

Also;

Matthew 15:32 -Then Jesus called His disciples unto Him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have NOTHING TO EAT: and I will not send them away FASTING, lest they faint in the way.

Here Jesus equated having nothing to EAT as FASTING; not drink. The people obviously had water to drink for the past three days, coz they were by the sea of galilee.

Matt 15v29 -And Jesus departed from thence, and came NIGH UNTO THE SEA OF GALILEE;....and great multitudes came unto Him.

While it is possible to go on fast without both food and water; as there were people in scripture who did it -Moses, Esther and Nineveh. It is not advisable to go without water for prolonged fasts -like 10 days to 40 days fasts. Its not even possible for that of 40 days, except you're breaking daily.

The only person who ever fasted that long without water was Moses, and its rational to comprehend, considering the fact that He was literally in God's manifest presence; and he was also in the cloud -which is water.

God bless you sir. You saved me the stress of typing all these. However, if you break your fast daily you should try to avoid water until the time to break. That's my method. The aim is to deny your flesh so doing so far few hours won't kill you.
