Now the reason why yoruba,hausa,igbo people call The One God, "Allah" is just to unite mankind and for them to worship in one accord. "For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the NAME of the LORD, to serve him with one consent"Zephaniah 3:9.
That name today is known as Allah which the muslims in all tribes of Nigeria and all over the world call their Creator. They all worship with one consent, i.e one language.

The prophecy above is referring to the Muslims not the christians. there was a christian that said one day that, the prophecy is referring to christians that they all call the name of Jesus in one accord, so i ask him what is the name of Jesus in Yoruba, he said Jesu, then i said Jesus and Jesu, are they not pronounced differently? Ofcourse they are definitely different.


Allah is the personal name of God that is not subject to gender as we have in English Language gods,godesses, etc. Or is there something like small letter 'a' for small Allah as we have in English language for small god. In Arabic transliteration, if you like you can start with small letter a as in "allah' or capital letter 'A' as Allah, they both mean the same thing.

I believe this has explained the concept of the name "Allah" to those who are sincerely seeking for truth.

Firstly there is difference btw Prayer and Worship. Pray is the act of asking Allah Ta'ala for needs while Worship is a compulsory act which everyone must do, willingly or not willingly. Muslims can pray in any language, but worship must be done in Arabic language which is the fulfilment of a prophecy in the Bible.

The significant of worshiping in one dialect is because Allah did not want division in the true religion. for example, I am a yoruba Muslim, if i should go to Ibo land i will be able to join them in worship because we worship with one dialect, but a Yoruba Christian can never worship with an Ibo Christian because they dont worship the same way. So Islam is the Fulfilment of that Prophecy.

He used t come on radio lagos to preach and advertise his society every fridays from 8:30am till 9am, He used to say that christianity is a religion from Allah and that the muslim's and christians are from the same mother but we(Risalatul haq dawah intl) went to dialog with him to tafser koran 3:85 for us but he failed in his interpretation. I agreed with you . God's book suppose to be free from contradiction, but the bible is full of contradictions.

The Qur'an and hadith is our constitutional book and anything the Quran says is the truth, if hadith oppose the motion of the Qur'an , then the motion of the hadith is incorrect. Go to Quran 21:7-8,34, Almighty Allah told Muhammed that in the above chapter and verses that  befor Muhammed came into this world, He (Allah) did not grant to any human being (messengers, prophets) immortal life, that everybody befor Muhammed had died. and as we know Man is destined to die once.

First of all, i would like all the christians to open their bible to Gen 17:7-14,24 Almighty God made an everlasting convenant with Abraham(pbuh), then He (Abraham) was 99year then, Isaac(pbuh) was not born then and God commanded Abraham to sacrifice his only son. The question now is, How old was Abraham when he wants to sacrifice his only son, Who is the first born son of Abraham, ?

Stop the argeument guys, the bible has already answerd the question, Matthew 10:23, according to the Bible, Jesus(pbh) has come and go, and the Qur'an let us know that Jesus is not coming back anymore.Qur'an 21:7-8,34. Hijrah (Journey) of the Holy Prophet Prophecied by
God through prophet Isaiah, ISAIAH 21: 13-17

The above proof is dealing with propehcies concerning the children of Ishmael, and what
befall them in the later days i.e during the emergence of the prophet of Islam.Verse 14 to 17 are particularly dealing with emigration of the prophet of Islam from his home alnd i.e. Land of Kedar, Mecca to the land of Tema, Medina. Nebajoth and Tema, the children of Ishmael (see. Gen 17:20), inhabited Medina and its territories which probably
constituted the two clans of AWs and Khazraj. These two are the original inhabitants of Medina before the advent of the Holy Prophet of Islam as pointed out in this chapter.

The hearty welcome and support given to the prophet by the people of Medina is foretold in this prophecy. It runs thus:

Verse 13: The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye
lodge O ye travelling companies of Dedanin.

Verse 14: The inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to him that <
, was thirsty, they presented with their bread him that fled.

Verse 15: For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword and
from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of the war.

Verse 16: For thus has the Lord said unto me, within a year, according
to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall
fail;

Verse 17: And the residue of the number of archers, the mighty men of
the children of kedar shall be diminished: for the Lord God of
Isreal hath spoken it.

The coming of the Prophet of Islam in Arabia, to the unbelievers was indeed a grievous burden as the opeaning verse indicated. Prophet Habakkuk in his prophecy towards the coming, expounded the issue of the burden in his book, a chapter of which constituted one of the proofs which shall be treated in due course later on this forum.

The traveling companies of Dedanin refers to the Arabs from the house of Dedan son of Jokshan, son of Abraham through his third wife, Ketura(see. Gen 25:1-6). These may be referred to as the caravan of the prophet's contemporaries. This has no significant role to play in this proof. The gist of the proof starts from verse fourteen(14) to seventeen(17).

In verse 14, the people of Medina are called the inhabitants of the land of Tema(one of the twelve son's of Ishmael). They brought water to him that was thirsty and they prevented with their bread him that fled.Who is him that was thirsty and fled to madina that its inhabitants sustained with water and bread? He is Muhammed(peace and blessing be upon him) who escaped from the land of his people, the children of Kedar(another son of Ishmael) or the meccans.(see. Quran 9:100)

The fact that Muhammed's escape from Mecca to Medina was along with his followers, verse 15 includes gthe Muslims that accompanied him during the flight.
For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war” That was indeed the actual position of the prophet and the Muslims prior to the Hijrah. The Meccans had concluded their arrangment to kill the prophet and subsequently get rid of his followers. It then became necessary for them to
emigrate from the dangers of swords drawn by Qureysh, and from the bent bow ready to inflict. In fact, the whole mecca then was moved with zeal of war. As such the Almighty God inspired the prophet to emigrate to Medina in fulfilment of this prophecy.

Does the immigration of the prophet into Medina mark the succe of the children of Kedar over him and his followers? The wordings of the prophecy in verse 16 says No.

"For thus hast the Lord said unto me, within a year,
according to the year of an hireling, and all the glory of <
Kedar shall fail."

That, after the Hijrah, and when the prophet might have stayed in Medina and had many followers wgo were ready to sacrifice their lives for Islam, that the prophet will march and conquer Mecca within a year(refers to the period within which Mecca will be conquered and not the staying of the prophet in Medina). That the glory of Qureysh shall be brought to naught and be replaced by the fame of Islam.

Verse 17 also is referring to the above victory with the
conclusion that : "For the Lord God of Israel hast spoken it."The God of Israel was different from the gods of Assyria, Egypt and other nations of the Gentiles. All the other gods were man-made gods. They had no powers. But the Lord God of Israel is the Creator of heavens and the earth and other beings of the universe. Therefor, the distinction between the Creator and gods worshipped by other nations of old was by the name of Israel. Thus, the Lord God of Israel hast spoken it means the true God of the universe has spoken this, that surely it shall come to manifest. And of course, all men of knowledge rationally endorsed the fact that the above prophecy has indeed taken place somewhere in history os Islam, and in face the most significant aspect of the islamic history hence the Hijrah calendar marking the beginning of Islamic era.

There are alot of prophecies that refers to muhammed(s.w.a), but i would like to discuss one of them now, deuteronomy 18v18-19."I will raise them up a prohpet from among their brethen,like unto thee,and put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that i shall command him.19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him".

God was to moses on the mount, if we take a look at the first word above"I will raise them up a prohpet from among their brethen", Abraham(peace be upon him) gave birth to two children(Ishmael &Isaac),both of the kids of abraham are the same bethren. According to the bible,Gen 25v12-16 Ishmael gave birth to 12 kids, that means the children of the two descendants of abraham are the same bethren, muhammed is a descendant of "kedar" one of the twelve children of ishmael.so thats to say that muhammed(peace and blessings of God be upon him)is a bethren of the children of isaac, and the bible taught us that the israelites are the decendant of isaac.
So my first point here is, muhammed is from among the bethren of israelites.

Secondly, "like unto thee" every christians on earth would say this prophecy was for jesus (peace be upon him) here is the question, was jesus like moses, ?No
Three unlikes moses:
*According to the christians, Jesus is God but moses is not God.
*According to the christians,Jesus is a son of God but moses is not.
*According to the christians,Jesus was crucified but moses was not.

Well my own points are this:
*Moses and Muhammed fought war for the growth of God's religion but, jesus did not fight war.
*Moses and Muhammed  got human father and mother but, jesus did not have human father.
*Moses and Muhammed were sheperd befor they became prophet but, jesus was never a sheperd.
*Moses and Muhammed ministerd the work of God for long years but, jesus did for just 3years, etc.

Thirdly," put my words in his mouth". If we go into the Q chapter 112:1, God said to Muhammed, Say (O Muhammed): "He is Allah,(the) One.
