Events › Re: Enemies Of The Dead Also Attend The Burial Ceremony by femi4: 9:08pm On Apr 28
guobe:
The friend, relative and sometimes even child of the person that just passed on who were enemies of the person when they were alive do attend the burial ceremony of the deceased person.

They were not in talking terms with the deceased person for several years and didn't visit the dead person in the hospital.

One now begin to wonder the rationale behind this.

There is a dead man saying, we were once like you,one day ,you will be like us.
No matter years of fight..the only thing you owe the dead is your last respect

When Buhari died, Tinubu gave him that honour despite all that happened between them

I drive toyota corolla 2003. For about 8 months now when I park my car overnight, kick starting it in the morning makes it crank dry sound like there is no oil in the engine, and this cranky sound last for just a second before the sound normalizes. Now its begining to crank not only in the morning, but any time i park it for about 5 hours.

What could be the cause of this my people pls?
The engine is gone

You don't kick start a vehicle after a longtime like that without checking the vitals

Politics › Re: Until Tinubu Speaks – Rufai Oseni Dismisses Sanwo-Olu’s Hamzat Endorsement by femi4: 6:41pm On Apr 28
[quote author=press9jatv post=139237687]Arise TV presenter and media personality Rufai Oseni has reacted to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s public endorsement of his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, as a preferred successor for the 2027 Lagos governorship race.

Sanwo-Olu had earlier praised Hamzat during a meeting at Lagos House, Marina, describing him as competent, loyal, and prepared to lead Lagos after his tenure.

“Mr Deputy Governor is a man who is fit and well-prepared for this job. He is a man who knows where all the rooms in the house are.”

He also added:

“He is a man who has worked with me at the highest level of integrity, loyalty, commitment, support.”

Reacting to the endorsement, Rufai Oseni said he believes the final political decision may depend on President Bola Tinubu’s position, suggesting that endorsements within Lagos APC may carry limited weight without his backing.

“I’d like to know where President Tinubu stands, until he gives Hamzat the nod, I can’t take any endorsement seriously.”

His comment has sparked fresh conversations online, with many Nigerians debating the influence of political godfathers, party structures, and the role President Tinubu may play in deciding who emerges as the APC candidate in Lagos.

My first encounter with this food was when we were young,my mom brought it home and boiled it for us as lunch,it tasted somehow in our mouth, but then I don't have option,I forced it down my throat.

I really disliked it.
Some days later, she brought it home again undecided, she fried it for us but this time we enjoyed it,it was delicious.
