Ignorance has never been an excuse in a law court. Instead of personally pursuing the certificate from NYSC, she most likely sat at home and lazily engaged roadside touts to get certificate for her because this is Nigeria where she felt anything goes. It's her name on the certificate which NYSC as an institution declared forged, she is liable to prosecution and not some unknown NYSC officials wants ignorant people like you believe.
