Quality and standards have never been part of our daily culture here in Nigeria.

Now, they have another avenue to rip off some free multibillions like they did in the renovations of the conference centre in abuja, But why must we wait for everything to fall apart before we maintain? Maintenance is supposed to be a culture like is practiced all over.
