Sports › Re: After All The Bragging, Vinícius Jr Seen Begging Saka For Jersey Swap (Photos) by femi4: 8:29am On Apr 18, 2025
GistMedia0:
After all the hype, flair, and pre-match swagger, it was Arsenal who had the last laugh. Real Madrid were knocked out of the Champions League with a 2-1 loss at home, sealing a humiliating 5-1 aggregate defeat to the Gunners. But what caught fans’ attention wasn’t just the scoreboard—it was what happened after the final whistle. shocked

Cameras caught Vinícius Júnior, who had earlier tried to rile up Arsenal with confident talk and flashy dribbles, begging Bukayo Saka for a jersey swap. Yes, after being outclassed over two legs, the Brazilian winger was seen humbly requesting Saka’s shirt—a gesture many saw as a quiet admission of respect, if not defeat.

Social media wasted no time, with fans trolling:
“All that social media talking, and now he’s begging for Saka’s shirt?”
“From showboating to shirt-swapping real quick!”
cheesy

While others praised the moment as a sign of maturity and mutual respect between two young stars of the game.

Whether it was banter or just football love, one thing's for sure—Arsenal dominated, and even Viní Jr. couldn’t leave without a piece of that North London magic.

Ekele22:
This is just my candid observation and not to tarnish the feelings of anyone.

I took a random interview with 40 Ladies I came in touch with,lo and behold, just a handful of 10 ladies uses condom, the remaining 30 just smile and pass ,signifying they are not using condoms.

These boils down to the high rate of single mothers in the present society.

I am not castigating anyone both the male or female because life in general is not what you bargain for.

If am to advice,it will be better to use protection as to avoid the unwanted pregnancies and keep yourself from stress of raising a child all alone.

Am not exempted from this,I have had series of ladies visiting me and if I don't initiate condom use, they don't mind going raw and I frown at that.
Not because I am condom freak but just to avoid the unthinkable.

Currently ,am in a slum area for a job and close to me are malnourished single ladies with at least a child and if you ask them, who is responsible for that child, they claim the father is no where to be found.
Condom could have prevented that .

Conclusively,,am not finger-pointing but as a civilize individual, protection is better than cure.

The use of condoms should be reintroduced as ladies now prefer diving raw just because of money .

This is my little observation here in belyasa state.
They don't enjoy sex with condoms

TVC News Nigeria, a 24-hour Nigeria news crew, particularly employees who are Arsenal fans, seen celebrating the Premier League club's win against Real Madrid.

Bukayo Saka had a penalty saved before scoring the opener as Arsenal reached the Champions League semi-finals with an assured display in Madrid.

Arsenal completed a 5-1 aggregate win over holders Real Madrid to end their 16-year wait for a Champions League semi-final appearance, Bukayo Saka recovering from having an early penalty saved to put the visitors on their way to a confident victory.

While Arsenal named an unchanged side from their 3-0 first-leg win in London, Madrid restored Aurélien Tchouaméni after a ban - replacing the suspended Eduardo Camavinga - and brought in Lucas Vázquez for Luka Modrić, allowing Federico Valverde to advance to midfield.

If the visitors' selection reflected a desire to continue where they left off, their bright start answered that wish. Key creative presence Bukayo Saka proved their greatest threat, arrowing a fierce shot wide before forcing Thibaut Courtois to beat his drive from distance away.

Saka's best chance of the half would arrive shortly afterwards when Raúl Asencio was adjudged to have impeded Mikel Merino inside the penalty area, only for Courtois to turn the England international's chipped penalty behind and revive the chants of belief emanating from home fans who had been used to seeing their side secure sensational comebacks in the competition.

Canny Arsenal stopped Madrid from producing an attempt on target during the first half, testing Courtois again with the break approaching when Rice - scorer of two superb free-kicks during the first leg - fed Gabriel Martinelli inside the box on the left, the recipient responding with a powerful shot that stung the No1's palms at his near post.

The holders made David Raya make a save when Vinícius Júnior curled a strike into the goalkeeper's arms but Arsenal's continuing comfort level tempted Blancos manager Carlo Ancelotti to enact a triple substitution, including the introduction of 18-year-old striker Endrick.

Four minutes later, Arsenal had their fourth goal of the tie and Saka a measure of redemption courtesy of a slick move started by the forward, who set off inside the penalty area to collect Mikel Merino's pass and chip a composed finish beyond Courtois following a beautiful exchange between Declan Rice and Martin Ødegaard.
