Quarterpast:
See How Much Politicians were earning during this period.

We can only achieve greatness as a country by the time we make politics financially unattractive. As long as the job is lucrative, politicians will continue to steal and do everything they can to get to power. Imagine a president earning just 200k-300k monthly salary, tell me if majority would be interested in being the president. By so doing, only people who have genuine interest in improving the lives of the masses would go into politics.

Though, one may argue that 50k salary for a president in 1979 was a huge amount. Yes, I agree. But we must be honest with ourselves, our politicians are being overpaid these days. They are being paid to do almost nothing.
That’s huge.

50k naira was 50k dolls then...infact a dollar was 60 kobo

In today's rate that's almost N80m for president

Babyface33:
Dear fellow farmers,

Please help me analyze my tomato nursery. It is currently 6 weeks and 5 days old and has already started flowering. My farm supervisor suggests that we abandon it, claiming it won’t produce well and that investing further in transplanting would be a waste of money.

The delay in transplanting was caused by a delay in borehole drilling by the company. Now, I am confused about whether to proceed with transplanting or not.

I would appreciate your suggestions and advice. Thank you!
Transplant a small portion of the Nursery

This step allows you to test the plants performance in the field.

Determine if they can still produce a decent crop
Then you'll know whether to transplant the rest of the nursery

A recent debate has emerged within Nigeria's Christian community regarding the fees charged by gospel musicians for church performances. Apostle Femi Lazarus, the lead pastor of Light Nation Church in Abuja, criticized the commercialization of gospel music, expressing concern over artists demanding substantial fees to minister.

Sports › Re: Osimhen Is A Greater Goalscorer Than Haaland — Former LALIGA Star, Nihat Kahveci by femi4: 6:40am On Mar 24, 2025
Amotolongbo:
It was actually the midfield (defensive) that caused the downfall, Rodri’s injury. The fact that Haaland isn’t a fighter for ball and his disconnection from the flow caused his lesser than usual goals this season which affected Manchester City.
For someone that's second highest goal scorer for his club, you cannot blame him for the downfall of the club.

He didn't play differently from what he did last season or two seasons ago. It's like blaming Isak for Newcastle position on the table

Haaland’s poor outing contributed largely to City’s poor outing.

And how many goals did Osimhen hit?
No
It was city defense not attack that contributed to their downfall. Even against Madrid in ucl, he scored twice but city conceded thrice

Seconded, teams that will improve the fifa ranking. As it is, all these hype is unnecessary cos one more win for SA, our destiny will no longer be in our hands

Osimhen seems to be a better finisher and fighter than Haaland.
Haaland is ahead even with city poor outing Haaland still hit 20goals this season
