Marvieduke:
What is the difference between this two Vaseline because the price differs.

Though I usually buy the one of N3500 so one day I wanted to buy again so I went to the shop I use to buy my groceries but they didn't have it, so I asked why they didn't have it, only for the lady to tell me that they have that they just brought and they haven't put it on their shelf for display, so she then went to bring it for me, only for me to ask how much was it because my mind was fixed for the usual N3500 I do pay before, then she said N13000 ( the one on the left), I was thinking she was joking but she insisted that it was the real price, she said there are two different types. Vaseline N13000 !!!
Please who have used this vaseline before? And please what is the difference? I heard there is America made vaseline and there is Nigeria made vaseline .....
The jar on the left is a direct US import, incurring higher shipping, duty, and exchange rate costs. It weighs 368g

Romance › Re: Is "Men Are Polygamous In Nature" A Fact Or Just An Excuse For Infidelity? by femi4: 4:19pm On Aug 04
Jamine01:
The statement "men are polygamous by nature" is often used in discussions about relationships. While there are biological and evolutionary arguments about human mating behavior, some men misuse this belief as an excuse for cheating.

Infidelity is ultimately a choice, not an unavoidable instinct. Many faithful men experience attraction to other people but still choose to honor their commitments. Being attracted to someone outside a relationship is natural; acting on that attraction without a partner's consent is a decision.

Some men use the "polygamous by nature" argument to avoid accountability. When caught cheating, they may claim that their behavior is simply part of being male rather than acknowledging the hurt caused by breaking trust. This shifts responsibility away from their actions and onto biology.

In the end, "men are polygamous by nature" may explain certain desires, but it does not excuse dishonesty. Character is measured not by what we desire, but by how we choose to act on those desires.
Even the ones with many wives still cheat

Being polygamous does not stop men from cheating. We have seen how people with wardrobes full of clothes will still enter market to steal even low quality materials

Phones › Re: Why Brand New Samsung Phones Come Without Charger Heads And Earphones by femi4: 4:00pm On Aug 04
hucknall:
Hello Nairalanders,

Have you noticed that when you buy a brand new Samsung phone nowadays, you only get the phone and a type-c cable inside the box? No charger head, no earphones!

Why are they doing this?
Samsung says it is to protect the environment and reduce electronic waste. Most people already have working chargers at home, so reducing extra accessories helps cut down on carbon footprint. Another reason is to make the phone boxes smaller and lighter, which saves shipping costs.

What can you do about it?
1. Use your old charger: If you have a good quality charger head from your previous phone, you can use it. Just make sure it supports fast charging if your new Samsung supports it.
2. Buy a certified charger: If you need a new one, buy an original or good quality certified PD (Power Delivery) charger to keep your battery healthy.
3. Go wireless or use adapters: For earphones, you can switch to Bluetooth wireless earbuds or get a Type-C to 3.5mm audio jack adapter if you prefer wired earphones.

What do you think about this trend? Drop your comments below!
A useless excuse

The last samsung I bought, i had to order for charging head separately cos you want to charge two or more phones simulteneously

Now hp laptops now come with c type charging port ...that means your phone charger can doubled as a laptop charger but it does not address the issue of simulteneous charging

NobleMalik:
It's unfortunate that in 2026, some men still believe leadership is determined by gender rather than competence. That's not strength. It's insecurity. If men are truly the "better leaders," they shouldn't need to exclude half the population to prove it.

The evidence doesn't support the claim that women can't lead. Countries led by women have achieved outstanding results in economic growth, anti-corruption efforts, crisis management, and governance. Leadership success depends on integrity, vision, and ability, and not chromosomes.

A society that fears being led by a woman is revealing a weakness, not a superiority. Real confidence competes on merit. Only insecurity insists that gender should decide who gets the opportunity to lead.
Comprehension = 0

It has nothing to do with gender. There is nothing news worthy of fp in the article

lovediehatelive:
Yes, as I went to my normal joint to buy fruits I couldn't get it because it raining since morning and this evening she didn't come out.

So on my way back I angrily took another road as I was going I sighted this boy with tray on head.

I reluctantly called him and asked the price, he said #50 naira.

I was shocked because fruits here are very expensive, and I was expecting him to say #200 naira at least.

But my greatest shock was when he packed 8 and put it for me, I this one you packed all I don't have money for it o.

He said only #50 naira I don't have?

He laughed and added two more.

Like 8 pieces of fruit for #50 naira?

I couldn't believe it, I had to give me 200 because it's ridiculously cheap.

It looks like apple but they said it's not.

What's the name?

What's the nutritional benefits?

Is it better than apple?

Have you seen it?

I used to have an ex back then. It was an off an on relationship. And every time she would find a way to come back to me even after claiming I never treated her like she wanted but according to her it was the sex and every time she had it with her current boyfriend, she would subconsciously compare and then start craving what she once had, which led her straight back to me. I honestly thought it was all lies from her just to be with me for wtv reasons but I couldn't think of any other and I still think it's bs though but this here and some from other people's confessions
