Actually, notice that ET has different ways of regenerating people.... When Hashirama and Tobirama were bombed by the 3rd, it didn't take time for 'em to regenerate. Now, when Naruto hit someone (I can't remember the person), Kabuto said he didn't know Naruto's power would make the ET take time to regenerate. Look at Obito's attack against Tobirama and Hizuren, it took them time to regenerate cos they had about say 3 and 2 chapters before Tobirama came back to perform.... Bottomline, I think it takes time to regenerate when the attack is from a jinchuuriki as seen with Naruto and Obito
