According to the gambling regulatory bodies, Bets can only be cancelled probably when still in play, If they ve already been paid out then I SHOULD KEEP MY MONEY, and the bookie bear the loss of their own mistake

They said they mistakenly set the odds, that it shouldn't have been up to 1.92, how is that my fault?? |
Nairaland / General / 1xbet Refused To Pay My Winnings by fero007: 5:18pm On Nov 23, 2021 |
When I hear people complain of this I used to think they were lying against these bookies because their angry they lost their bets, until it happened to me! On Saturday luck was on my side and I won many games and went to sleep happy. I awoke the next day to find that my N45000 account had now been reduced to N21000? I immediately blasted their customer care and she gave me the most stupid excuse in the world. According to her, due to error on their side, the odds from the bets I won were formerly miscalculated, so they declared the bets VOID and deducted all my winnings from my account! How convenient that can suddenly just decided to declare a bet void when you win. If there has been an error then it's their fault! Agreement is Agreement! If I lose take my money, if I win give me my money! Any error 1xbet should bear the consequence, and not the customer. Yet they keep telling me rubbish that the bookie has the right to later cancel a bet, and that it's all fair, but they will never cancel a bet you lost, only when you win. Southernminorit: Because as we in SS have said many times without number( apparently to the deaf ears of the major tribes)LANGUAGE DOES NOT SOLELY DETERMINE A TRIBE OR ETHNIC GROUP, non-SSners don't want to accept this fact and that is why they can't argue and abuse to infinity that itsekiri is Yoruba and ikwerre n ukwani are igbo Well, epie pepo r ijaws cuz they want to be ijaws, if that doesn't sound sensible try n study more on what makes a group of people a tribe/ethnic group, its the only way ull understand the south south and north central tribes 1 Like |

I don't know why pepo r pained 1.) Even if president, vice, senate pres all come from one village, it doesn't guarantee constant food on d table of d indigenes 2.)SE had dep senate pres 4 12 yrs, in d history of Nigeria SE has produced more senate presidents than any other zone(SS has produced none), so y feel marganilized cuz u'll spend 4 years with no major leaders in senate wen SS has spent 60 year's without one 3.) in the 8th republic dey was no SS leader in d republic(even onnoghen from crossriver was removed)in fact urhobos in particular didn't even get a ministerial position n dey are 100s of tribes in Nigeria Like dat but dey ain't crying marginalization, pepo dat even after being sure of getting 5 ministwrs from 5 SE states still collected d ministerial posts of delta n rivers states n d other tribes didn't complain I'm not saying dis to antagonise d igbos or anything against the SE, I just want them to note that when you cry marginalization compare ur fate to that of 100s of oda tribes in d country n u'll see dat unlike ure claim ure actually among d biggest benefactors 4.) |

Yes! u may want to point to few crises here n there but no family is perfect, believe me, n I'm not saying this to bash d oda tribes but i if the wazobia tribes were made to share a region like we SSners deir own fights wud b worse, luk at hw hausa, yoruba n igbo r always at each others throat n dey don't even live close to each other o The states of the SS, everyone of the six states is unique and though u may say it's a "forced marriage" it's the best combination we cud ask for From Auchi to Oron, Ogoja to Benin, bini, isoko, ijaw, Ikwerre, annang, warri, yenagoa, ph, uyo we r all one 1 Like |

Culture / Re: Why Can't Edo/benin/urhobo/ishan/isoko Become One Tribe? by fero007: 3:31pm On May 11, 2019 |
aljharem: Isoko is NOT under urhobo, people sometimes confuse them for urhobo because urhobo is more popular, and they may do things 2heda socially n culturally once in a while but isoko is in no way UNDER urhobo To me if any tribes can form one tribe it's isoko n urhobo, I don't know much bout bini/esan relationship, but I know all my years growing up in warri dat we NEVER ONCE heard that urhobo came from edo, neither did we notice any big similarity between us and the edo tribes( if you can point out any, please do) in fact the urhobos seem more culturally related to d izons, tsekiris n ukwanis(in my opinion) because urhobos n edos don't understand each others languages, don't eat same food, don't dress same way, don't ve d same festivals or anything, don't even ve d same stereotypes so I wonder where OP n others are seeing the "similarities in cultire" from not trying to create divide between edos n deltans, we are all one nigeria, infact one human race, it's just dat as someone said earlier major tribes ve dis annoying habit of lumping minor tribes 2geda, n it's makes des tribes feel like their cultural uniqueness is insignificant 1 Like |

naijafinder: Exactly d point I want to make Although Delta doesn't have a single city the level of Lagos or Abuja, it is the state I've seen with real spread development I continue to use port harcourt as an example, If u say ph is more developed than warri or asaba, I'll agree with you but if you say rivers state is more developed than delta state, I'll disagree cuz in rivers 90% development is concentrated on ph, if delta had focused on one city like rivers did, dat city would ve been on par with abuja or lagos by now |

I don't ve time to explain it but itsekiris are not yorubas, 4get all dis noise we're making here online, anyone who has lived in warri will know there's a BIG diff btw itsekiri n yoruba culture(language aside), anyone judging ethnicity of a people based on language or old origin stories is not aware of the ethnic complexity of the south south, you can't just group everyone into a wazobia system like nigeria is trying to do to understand better, apart from yoruba and itsekiri, also check out the diff btw the following tribes Urhobo, Isoko, okpe Efik, Ibibio, annang Igbo, Ika, ikwerre Ijaw, epie, ogbia Bini, esan, etsako B4 anyone will bring it up, yes! I know the difference between a DIALECT n an ETHNIC GROUP, and yes! dez r sets of diff ETHNIC GROUPS and NOT dialects of the same tribe, b4 someone wil bring example of ijebu n so on |

chiipink: Lol, it's not just abokis on the street o, I schooled in futa akure n many of students n lecturers tot I was igbo, they even argued with me when I corrected them that any non Yoruba southern tribe is Igbo u cant say dey r uneducated bcuz of they don't know of different cultures, even many igbo people mistook me either for an edo or ijaw boy, doesn't mean they are not educated, we southerners mistake the gwaris n goemais as hausa all the time, does it mean we are abokis on the street where exactly do you stay? maybe u haven't been to the west that maybe why ure not undastanding 1 Like 1 Share |
