As Pictures no gree load, make i kuku ma nack una one tori wen happen today.

So earlier in the day we were at Shoprite in Sango Otta Ogun State. Two women, apparently married women, were tearing at each other, they were seriously cursing out at each other. I did not know what caused their quarrel, but what I later knew was that one of the woman is ibo while the other Yoruba.

After exhausting all the insults known them, the Yoruba woman barked angrily ''I do not blame you. What are you even doing here? Go back to your village, go back to biafra.'' I chuckled in suppressed laughter which was however audible enough to one of my buddie who asked ''ffkfuckedbianca, kilode? Why ti ofi rerin ?''

coincidentally, when we were about driving out, the woman was also doing same. I came down from our car, walked up to her, and told her ''Madam, ema binu, ema da woman yen lohun'' she replied ''ese broda. Woman yen rude gan. Ibo ni, gbogbo won la ma le pada si biafra''

I wanted to, but did not ask her if she was a Nairalander.

I see..

There would be a need to place high piority on security then...
Omohayek in respect to your opinion about concessioning some appointments to foreign experts, would it be appropriate if the same is applied to our security architecture? I am particularly concerend about our Maritime security and land border policing.

I see no room for the already compromised Otunba Gani Adams, Dr Fredrick Faseun and their gang of OPC thugs. Their own definition of security is ignorantly restricted to the use of charms, broken bottles and dane guns. They lack the requisite military training, tactics and strategies needed for National Defence.

With all due respect guy, I suggest you work on your mind coz you seem to be gradually losing control of it. Secondly, just so you know, I am NEITHER a Christian or a Muslim so again you're way off in your assumption as to my religious affiliation.

We are here to talk and fashion out a way forward for all Yorubas irrespective of their clan or religious affiliation. Since you obviously don't share our perspective and vision of building such a society, it's all well and good coz not all Yorubas will choose to live in such a republic as we are proposing. Which was why I suggested that you consider porting to the Biafran side where you will feel more at home with likeminds that share your views.

What you are proposing is nothing short of a [religious] CIVIL WAR within the Yoruba nation, a proposition that will NEVER EVER fly.

My brother, believe me when I tell you that quickest route to joining the billionaires club today as an entrepreneur is via tech. The old brick-and-mortar Oil & Gas, Manufacturing/Industry, Banking routes are still valid routes of course, but have more/higher barriers of entry. Whereas in tech, all you need is an innovative/disruptive idea or solution to a common problem, get it off the ground either by bootstrapping or seeking funds, gain some traction to validate its viability and attract more funding, and you are on your way. From the data I showed earlier, most of all those billions generated in India were via Software exports and not hardware. What's a software? They're lines of code written in a machine/computer readable language to perform a set of functions. In other words, your knowledge of that language alone can enable you capture more value than an industrial machinery would to a struggling SME.

Like bro Omohayek mentioned earlier, there's a lot of private capital out there (running into billions of dollars), in the hands of individuals and venture capitalists who are looking for ideas/individuals to invest in. But we need an enabling environment to enable us take advantage of these opportunities.
The Asian Tigers: Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea which are traditioinally known for their financial centers and global manufacturing in automobiles and electronic components, are also placing high premium on information technology.

I agree that IT would be very crucial in the economic development of the future Yoruba country. The Smart City and The Lagos Coding Centers initiatives is an indication that Lagos State government is thinking in that direction already. I hope all other States in the West will soon key into this.

The Yoruba Nation really needs to get out of this country. Nigeria is dragging us backwards

Going foward, the Immigration and Citizenship issue would be a very tough nut to crack; a moot point. I agree with those who suggest that the Yoruba borders needs to be tightened, the immigration laws needs to be robust, the visa/citizenship application needs to be very strict.

Selfishly, or would I say personally, I wonder what would be the fate of people like us who identify ourselves more as Yoruba than our own ethnic group.
I had always thought that you and laudate are Yoruba

I don't agree with removing Ese-odo local government.. Ilaje is a yoruba sub-group. People like Seyi law (comedian) are ilajes

Don't you think a possibility of having an homogeneous yoruba nation with a well defined structure will solve your militancy fears?
Ilaje LG is different from Ese-Odo LG. The Atlantic Ocean and Crude Oil Deposit in Ondo is situated in Ilaje. Ese-Odo is where the Ijaws are found in the state.

Years ago, the Ijaws at Ese-Odo wanted to take over Ilaje. The Ilaje's fiercely resisted them in a bloody battle at Aiyetoro before former Presidet Obasanjo ordered the Soldiers to intervene and bombard Alabere

I insist that the Ijaws have no place in an independent Yoruba country. They are all inclined to militancy.

Are you saying because, some Arugbo descendants are a notorious, we should ignore them? The militancy you so mentioned isn't different from some street gangster like the ones troubling Ikorodu. We can contain every one within Yoruba enclave, Who isn't law abiding. And on the Itsekiri case, I don't believe in forceful subjugation. And if they seem good with their Niger delta, then no problem. I am only stating the evidence on ground.
You are mistaken a Herbal concoction for a vegetable soup.

The Ijaw Militancy in Lagos-Ogun-Ondo is much more than the activities of street gangster. Theirs is an insurgency against the Yoruba people in particular and the Nigerian State in general.

In what appears to be a shift from a guerilla campaign to conventional combat, the Ijaw Militants are now capturing and holding on to territories in Yorubaland. Few weeks ago, Igbeyin Island at Ijebu Waterside was sacked, and is currently under the occupation of Ijaw Militants whose aim is to completely capture Makun Omi, Ode Omi and beyond

If the threat of the Ijaw Militants is not urgently checkmated, the whole of Ijebu Waterside will fall before the Harmattan season.

Dont forget that the aducted pupils of the State Model College Igbonla, Epe, are still in their captivity since last month

Sorry for the late response, it was due to anti spamming stuff. Precisely to your perspective as it seems, on itsekiri people, the reality is that it was Nigeria created that it has taken away such opinion and people's identity from the new generation. Let me inform you that itsekiri fought on behalf of ILE IFE /Ekiti parapo during kiriji war. BINI didn't because it was not with any might. So, I understand your point but in truth they are largely Yoruba descendants. And if you say, they identify with Ondo axis, what grouping are the people in Ondo axis, especially the mentioned clans of yours? Even Arugbo/apoi in Ondo state speak Yoruboid language but claims Ijo (Izon/Ijawa). There is more that meet the eyes.
If the Itsekiri's say that they are not Yoruba's, then they are not Yoruba. Let us respect thier decision

Please I beg you remove Arogbo Ijaw from your equation. Apologies to Omoyele Sowere and the few noble Arogbo Ijaw guys, but majority of them are Militants. I am even of the opinion that Ese-Odo LG of Ondo be carved to Delta State.

Ajakpa, Mile II Zion, Bolowo, Akotogbo, Egede-Igbene, Zion Church etc are all den of Miitants. Those criminals will give us trouble if we include in our prospective Yoruba Country.

The Hq of the EU is in Brussels, Belgium. Ironically, there is a huge political, social and cultural division between the Walloons and the flemish, leading to the call for the partitioning of Belgium.

The EU cannot dictate to us. The EU should sort itself out. We do not need any EU approved referendum. Just split the country apart already.

One Nigeria is an illusion. Any attempt at working towards achieving a united Nigeria will always end up as an effort in futility. The earlier we Yoruba's get our own seperate and homogenous country, the better for us.
