The entire South West is filled with immigrants from other part of the country. Did you know that Nairaland has it's head office at Sango-Otta, Ogun state? This is what igbos need to do now, divesting 70% from other parts of Nigeria like Lagos and Abuja and invest onshore in the east and offshore outside the country. The reality is that our 36 states structure is no longer sustainable by 'oil'. The early we take the bull by the horn and restructure this fraudulent entity for genuine development the better for us all.

Over 5 decades of independence and we are still talking light, fuel, roads, salary. Is that not a fact that the old ways had failed us?

Accepted that the kind of governance structure as it is currently being practised in Nigeria is not fiscally appropriate. But is militancy the panacea? Do you think you can get resource control nay regional autonomy by foolishly vandalising pipelines and causing spillage? Majority of the states are under 'receivership' and will continue to owe workers until Nigerians are ready to do the needful.

The only solution to get out of the woods is to restructure Nigeria into regions.

So you are aware that some states(most Oil producing states inclusive) owe their workers salary; yet you still support criminals who sabotage oil production by vandalising oil pipelines; thereby leading to a revenue shortfall.

How else do you want these oil producing state like bayelsa to get fund to pay thier workers salary? You expect militant- criminals to get paid their 'allawe', whereas Civil Servants are denied their legitimate monthly pay, right?

Na Osun u dey talk. As at last month, Osun workers have gotten their salary onlike Bayelsa that is yet to pay her civil servants since november last year.

All these so called militants are thiefs, thugs, and touts who are only after their own pockets. A good example is Asari Dokubo who used the Niger Delta agitation to amass wealth for himself and eventually built a university in Cotonou, far away from the Niger Delta he claimed he was fighting for

After the North East; Delta state and Rivers state are the most volatile place in Nigeria. Militancy, Cultism, Sea Piracy and thuggery are the order of the day.
I can wager my last penny, in few weeks time, the American Embassy in Nigeria would issue a travel warning to her citizens against going to Delta and Rivers state
