I think access bank should use this medium to attend to complains , I love the hank so much and have been with them for over 15 years now and the other one I like also came together with them but lately their customer service is not really nice till now I am having problems transferring money despite me dedicating a full day to visit their branch to increase my limit for transfer before leaving for my medical trip only for me ro get to my destination limit was not increased and the transfer stuff stopped working totally I am still battling with the matter if they see this message I would appreciate I'd they do a follow up with me

yes access bank is big on this let me share my story and till date thry have not resolved it , before leaving the country for a medical trip I went to the local branch I use to ask them to increase my transfer limit from 1m to 5m I spent hours at the bank and I was assured everything was OK fast forward to when I got to my destination I could not even use the account to transfer anything and I had urgent medical bills to offset I could only use ussd with daily limit of 99k up till today it has remained like that

Lately the access bank staff and contact centre has been so slow and non chalant , some months back i was about to leave the country so i was forced to visit a branch of the access bank ,to increase my transaction limit i got there and did all i was told to do ,spent almost the whole day there and they told me it would be done .Only for me to get to my destination nothing was done i tried to contact them all to no avail .Now i have another account with diamond bank that is now access bank ,i have applied for a migration of the account cause i need to access that account it is almost 2 weeks now and it has not been done ,they have called me on whatapp fo verification and all that still nothing as been done .I am really getting fed up with them and i have been with them right from the days of intercontinental it is really heart breaking

madam do your findings before commenting on public forums like this have you heard of In vitro fertilization (IVF) with preimplantation genetic screening ?? It cost about 5-8m naira , if you can afford it go for it . People undergo surgeries more expensive that this all the time . So even if the genotype of the parents is right. It does not guarantee a child can not suffer from certain comditions that will require more than this amount . It takes the grace of God to have a healthy child . And on the other hand do you realise alot of intending couples spend more than this amount yearly on frivolities , so stop making As + AS sound like a death sentence ,it is not ideal but seek medical guidance if you can afford it then go for it
