All dependants visa have a restriction on it, what was on your wife's vignette is " Restricted work No Sportperson No Public funds",which means the nature of the restriction is No Sportsperson related work and cant use public funds...No restriction on time . What you are focusing on is the first two words "Restricted work", but its a full sentence and you must read together.

Thanks for ur response. But how can it be normal? They wrote ‘work restricted’ in my wife’s dependant visa. I taught is suppose to be unrestricted work so she can work without restrictions. Pls I need clarification from anyone Thank u.

For people that contacted me privately I always mention that they ensure that the transaction of the 1st and 28th day must reflect on the statement. I had also mentioned that on this platform but some people said it doesn't matter. Now we can see. Better safe than sorry!!!!!

Regarding my name reconciliation, I have done affidavit and news paper publication today, hopefully it will be published in Tribune tomorrow.
But I'm in NECO office now for confirmation letter but they told me it will take a month for it to be ready. Though the woman said I should wait that she wants to make contact if I could get an earlier date but I want to ask if it should be addressed to my office here in Lagos because i want to upload it as reference in my visa application or my school in Portsmouth.
Please I need urgent and honest reply please.
Or should I stick to the affidavit and newspaper publication.

And whom should I address it to. The school or my office so I can be able to upload it during my visa application

hello house, thanks for your adequate responses, i had a ban in 2009 through an agent that used a fake note verba for five of us and i cant recollect the age he used on my passport(he took us then to immigration and increased our ages) and the documents he used for the application. now my spouse wants to apply for study visa while i will be her dependent. my questions are:

1.should i declare a ban since its been over 10 years
2.is it advisable we apply together.
3.what do i do to clear all the doubts when applying?

Did mine for 7k last month .. I was sent both the hard copy of the newspaper and the soft copy of the news paper . Some news papers are more expensive than the other . That’s the reason the prices vary . But from me to you , affidavit is only 250 , that’s the amount they pay to cash office . So you can price the affidavit to 1k sef .

Hi All,

I received a refusal letter from Pretoria today.

Reason they give is that my certificate that i used 5 years to obtain is not genuine.

"You have submitted a 2008 Bachelor of Science degree certificate in your name
which was purportedly issued by the University of Ibadan. However examination
of the document by a forgery officer have led to the conclusion that this
document is not genuine. These checks have been documented in a document
examination report (DER) held by our office. I am satisfied that you have
submitted a false document in support of your application. Your application is
therefore refused under Paragraph 9.7.1 (a) of the Immigration Rules."

They examined scanned copy ooo and reached conclusion. no email for confrimation or verificationwas sent to school because I already checked with school this afternoon.

Please i need advise. Administrative review takes a long time from what I have been reading here. Please any advise is welcome
