The exception is if you truly do want to make a trip back, not for the dollar at bank rate. Today's rate will drop; give it another 2 weeks. If you are traveling soon, wait it out.

You may send a paid email. At least they let you know if a decision has been made even when the tracker has not changed.

Please are there cases of delay in the priority service. I plan to send an email to them, is it effective.

Mine was not the same. The student's start and end date, based on CAS is used for dependents but for whatever reason, it is not the same.

Mine was 1,700 while my dependents had 1,300 each (in USD)

I think you may have made a mistake when filling the form for IHS payments on his application.
Cos it ought to be the same
The only thing you can do is start his application all over.
There was probably a mistake when filling the course start date or your visa expiry date (your course end date)

(1)I am going with my husband (i am the main applicant). I filled my hubby's details where they stated "spouse/partner details. Then the part of dependant details, do I need to include his details there too?
(2)on the dependant details, I filled my children's details, but they are not going with us. The part they stated "is this person travelling with you to the UK?" Do I say yes or no (like if I say no, won't it attract questions like why are we leaving them behind, with who?)

2. Entry requirements. Some accept only first class or 2.1 graduates.
3. Which will take graduates from ANY program. Your first degree does not matter
4. Which you can make direct applications to and those you have to go through UCAS. There is a fee for applying through UCAS.
5. Those that require you do both written and oral interviews or those that do only oral. Either way there is an interview as part of the admission process (Not CAS interview)

Narrow this then decide. Below is for Wolverhampton (2.1 required)

We thank God for everything the journey was quite interesting with all the tension my school before getting CAS. Dhl too added their own.

All banks use Form A. Its not only for school fees. PTA, Medical bills, Mortgage etc. Probably banks streamline which they will offer because of FX shortages.

I did my biometrics today, and subscribed for an assisted service. The lady scanning said it would be risky to put my original certificates into the scanner lest it jams and tear the docs, so she told me to give a guy at the TLS office right there to make a copy of it which she would scan. The guy scanned a monochrome copy instead of a coloured scan.

My question... Although the lady didn't raise any eyebrows or say anything when she got the 2 certificates back to scan, but can this cause any problems for me ?

Note:: The original transcripts copy were successfully scanned.

A number of schools have informed prospective students that they will cover the cost of quarantine if you are coming from a RED LIST country. This will be done via tuition fee reduction.

Good news? Somewhat. If Nigeria was to move to the RED LIST, as the student (principal applicant), you are sorted.
Do note though
1. It does not cover dependents
2. It does NOT cover transit from a RED LIST country

Please avoid No 2 or be ready to self fund. We will not go red!!

I observed that if you select TIER 4 as route for main applicant when completing dependents application, you are required to download and complete a FAMILY CONSENT form. However, if one selects STUDENT, that form does not come up. Then one will need to type out a consent letter stating both parent's pledge to provide adequate accommodation and welfare for the kids.

Also, a financial consent letter if it is joint account where both parties sign.

From what I read, yes you can as long as you do not enter Scotland before the 11th day. This must be after your 2nd and 8th day test results are negative.

What is important is that total sum in both accounts make up your POF requirement for all applicants (plus some extra because of rate fluctuations)

Please for people who presented more than one statement of account, is it that the UKVI would sum total the 2 accounts to address the POF or it is going to be one SOA per application.

My concern is i have 2 SOA, First SOA is OK for 2 people (wife (applicant) and son) while the 2nd SOA needs to to feed of the 1st SOA to be enough for me. (All accounts has been running, hence the reason i am unable to merge them)

Please i hope this wont be an issue when we eventually apply.

Visa approved for my wife and I. My son's (2 years old) passport still pending. When I was preparing for the process, that was when it was difficult to get Nigerian passports. So I used my Son's USA passport to apply. I am guessing this is the reason for the delay (its 13 days now). I submitted all the required documents for a minor; birth certificate, letter of consent signed by his mom and I, POF in my name etc.

I know it will come out sha.

Hi,

Please note I am not an authority on this but what I would do in your case (since you are not going with family), is to get an authentic POA (Power of attorney). It basically shows that your nominated a proxy to run the business while you are away.

Scan the POA on the same string with your certificate of incorporation/business registration with a one liner stating intention under additional info.

This may be extra, but go for it if it gives you comfort.

I need help quickly. I am married and have my wife and sons depending on me financially. There is a section on visa application that asks for those depending on you financially-whether they are coming to Uk with you or they are not coming.

I ticked yes that I have family dependent on me financially and I provided my family details.

My concern is this: I hope this will not affect my visa decision as the visa officer might be thinking I am leaving my job for studies and my children might suffer.

I wanted to provide additional information in the last section where there is space to provide additional information that can help in decision making, that my wife has a school which generates income to pay family bill. I also want to disclose my audit firm which I have 2 staff working with me and few clients as an investment to generate income to support my family while I am away. However, I do not have strong supporting documents to attach. My wife school is not registered with CAC and does not run separate bank account. My audit firm is duly registered with Corporate Affairs commission and I have chartered Accountant's certificate but most incomes from firm are paid to my personal account.

Should I goo ahead to disclose the school and my audit firm considering the weak supporting documents?

Note, my family is not going to UK with me but will join me next year March.

Please experienced persons who are leaving job and family behind who have gone ahead of me in the process should advise.

If you are under 30, BA is offering student fares (200k or less) through wakanow. Subject to availability.

I have flown on many African airlines. Can't even remember all.

I will say Ethiopian and Kenya are probably your best bet but for the long ETA. They have the best aircraft, pilots, free wifi at terminals as well as where you can lay your body in case of a long layover.

Air Maroc is usually cheap (the prices are going up cos there are fewer unrestricted routes into the UK at the moment). Old aircraft, Horrible Airport Terminal (Nowhere to lay your head), smelly toilets like Muritala Muhammed IA, no wonder it's named King Mohammed Airport too. Shorter ETA for a transit route. Good for Luggage (up to 3 bags). Used to be the route to turn to when you are broke

Egypt Air is okay as well.

You can't fly Rwanda, SAA, Taag Angola out of Lagos to London.

My advice will be for you to fly BA. Amber countries might change to red countries before you fly.

Check BA from Abuja to Manchester or even Newcastle International, it is way cheaper than Abuja to London and Lagos to London

- I am looking to convert my POF to pounds and send ahead of me to my immediate sibling already in the UK, want to know if this is possible incase I'm being asked for evidence at point of entry.

- What is the time frame for the covid test before I travel....how many days before travel date?

- Also I intend to live in a private accommodation, how do I prepare in case I'm being asked where I intend to live in the UK as the accommodation may not be ready at that time and may be in an hotel while going on for house checking.

- Finally, is it advisable to book return ticket or one way.

I will say either is fine because copies made at the VAC the day I was there were not colored.

You may take your payment receipts for comfort but they have all payments made on your profile.

Hi. Someone responded to the PAGA bit.

On POF, the checks are random really. Requests are not made on all applications. It is advised it is removed for the duration of the application until you get a decision.

The VO does not request account balances for dates outside those on the print out, However, some applicants have been requested to upload another statement ending date it was requested. (DATE EMAIL WAS SENT)

Avoid the 'famous' 30 day statement print out if you can.
