Photography is an easiest medium that helps people to communicate effectively, what they find beautiful moment and important social messages in their daily life. The artist can change through the medium of photographical communication to world and promote changes in the way where others can see, in the recent protest by Nigerians across the country,people and of course the international community have been informed about the #Endsars protest all geared towards police reform. One can agree with me that the beautiful images have since then appeared as a result of emotions by different protesters. As a matter of fact protest photography is more than extreme street photography. Coverage of protest forms our social memory, it creates a permanent record for history, spreading the ideas behind the protest and fertilising social change.
There’s something very Interesting about protest photography. Caught on the fly, seen and recorded in a fraction of a second, protest photographs are truths. Not an explanation of the truth. Not a commentary or an analysis. These images are about as unmediated as a record can be.

From the iconic picture of Aisha yusuf standing tall like the Statue of Liberty in the nations capital Abuja, also with the beautiful shot from fortune umunaekwe Davido personal photographer got us a beautiful shot when davido knelt down with hands up, down to the Niger delta we saw emotional shot from Tacehro about Dj kaka who lost his brother in the unprofessional conduct of nigeria police, went to prison spent four years after being framed to be his brothers killers, to the west in the nations commercial nerve center Lagos the guy with the Nigerian flag standing on the police control post, to the East Imo state Documentary photographer Chinonso Bonaventure kept memories alive with beautiful emotional shots from protesters.

Personally these guys behind the lens are the unsung hero’s of #Endsars protest.
