Actually the rain has no effect than does swimming pool water, because both contain small amounts of chemicals. Its best to just bathe to remove it depending on how bad it is.
Normally it wont affect your skin unless you are collecting rain water in order to drink it

ukraine is one of the poorest country in the world
i went to ukraine with a study visa but i was frustrated and
came back to nigeria after some months, life over there was hell
we have many nigerians students there who begged for daily
meal from friends, they couldn't come to nigeria because they have no flight ticket and no money to buy one, i stayed in donestk
please my beloved nigerians,please and please don't go to ukraine
ukraine was a wrong place for me to study because most of the
lecturers could'nt speak english,all they want is your money
because they're damn poor,there's no single job opportunity for foreigners
in ukraine,imagine my ukrainian girlfriend was working and they she receives 800grivin per month,
which is about 100dollar at present, many nigerians are stucked there hoping to move to europe
so all they gotta do is fake admission for desperate travellers,and if you finally get to ukraine it would
be one of your greatest mistake in your entire life
