I used to work with some Nigerian guys to design my book covers of which I do design at least 3 every week. But most naija designers are very arrogant. Imagine, one told me to pay him upfront before he would even start my design, and threatened that he won't be available to do revisions if my client asks for one. Who does that? Even fiverr has an escrow system which is just as good as saying that you pay after the service. To make matters worse, I decided to go with his terms because I was already running late on delivering an order, only for him to ask me to send him my account details to refund me that he won't be be able to complete my job within the deadline. Something he originally agreed he would do. He ended up wasting my time; up to two hours. That same evening, I got a Pakistani guy that helped me do the design within 45 minutes.
I now work with the guy for all my designs. He would even do 2d and 3d mockups for me without hassle.

Supposing through no fault of a seller (telecom downtime)...The seller could not reach the buyer and the buyer who has had a series of bad experiences with sellers rats on the seller to CS and CS blocks any and all withdrawals...would you maintain the same position?

Suppose you delivered work, buyer said its good and proceeds to place 2 more orders...making a total of 3 orders, total value is $1,500.00. You are in constant communication with the buyer including the fact that you will be delivering the second order a few hours late...after the order is delivered the seller latches on the late delivery by a few hours to make a hell of trouble... you cajole and do everything to calm the situation down...and all looks good...buyer approves the job, you withdraw your funds...3 weeks later, customer opens case with CS...claiming poor delivery....CS refunds the $1,500.00 without giving you audience would you maintain the same position?

Suppose a customer complains to CS...and CS blocks all your withdrawals, whether related to the order in dispute or not, would you still maintain the same position?


Suppose you split a multiphase job into several orders and T&S cancel all of the orders causing the client to convert a multiphase job into one order, upon the first delivery, the client marks the job as complete and payment countdown begins to run, same client later rats to them over a late delivery and you and the client resolve the issue...but CS accuses you of improper use of the deliver button, as if there were a partial as opposed to total delivery button and you used the later instead of the former...clear evidence of failure to read and understand the transaction and refusal to hear your own side of the story...but that's not all, you and the client settle, client asks CS to remove block of funds, CS says nope, until all phases of the multiphase job are completed, would you still maintain the same position?

Come to think of it...the buyer that got $1,500 refunded... we had the best of relationships...until i touched her raw nerve...promising to deliver on time, delivering a 96% finished job a few minutes to delivery deadline and promising to and actually delivering 100% completed job 6 hours from the deadline...

See the company benefits from holding onto your funds during disputes like this...otherwise, they would have instituted a policy to lien only affected funds

If you have the time, research the company on Glassdoor, they have got a myriad of internal issues...

Our stars could be different. I don't do all the things that others do (even in real life, as if fiverr is not real life), yet I rarely run into issues. Guys, don't be like me, walk out your own salvation with faith and trembling. Lol.

Honestly, I don't know what to tell the guy.
I think all these issues of buyer reporting you to fiverr solely depends on your relationship and communication with buyer. I deliver all my jobs late. In fact, my delivered on time rating once read - 17%. Lol. Yet, none of them has reported me. I always chat them up to tell them that I would be delivering a bit late, and that I was taking my time to deliver a nice job. And they are always happy with my final delivery, I think that does it.
People should stop displaying arrogance on the platform if they don't want to continue running into troubles.
A certain buyer once came back after more than two months of completing his job to ask that I give him a partial refund or do extra work. I simply explained to him what the gig he ordered said and he left. If I had ignored him or talked rudely to him, he would have proceeded to report me. Perhaps, I am yet to run into those problematic buyers.

They won't ban you. But if you want to facilitate your deportation, try logging on again with a VPN, especially all these free VPNs. What this means is; since you've stopped using VPN, make sure you don't try switching to a VPN again.

You don't need security question to change PayPal email except you haven't verified your account with a phone number. If you've verified your account, they will only need to send a code to the number you used for verification, and you could proceed to change your PayPal email.

From everything I know about IT, it is wrong to use the Fiverr app without a VPN especially on a mobile, nothing screams your actual location than a phone almost to less than 100 meters ( if you doubt it, check the permissions of their mobile app and most mobile apps)

Secondly, paid VPNs are thousands times better than free VPNs.

Thirdly, they must have updated the logic in their app for sniffing people like you LOL.

I think you should create a new account but refrain from using the mobile app unless you are willing to use it with either GPS turned off or better still a paid for VPN

Alternatively, he could consider not using VPNs at all on both pc and mobile. This way they will think that you opened your account while in US but have changed location now. Like me, after I created my account with a VPN, I stopped using a VPN on it, and I haven't been deported either. Perhaps they are just waiting for my time. Lol!
But I have friends who've been doing same for close to two years now. But mind you, any day you try to login again with a VPN after having not logged in with a VPN for a long time, you'd be deported immediately.

I didn't check your gigs though. I just want to say what I think was happening when you were still getting orders. Perhaps, your gig was ranked on the front page of your niche then, and is no more there due to the recent upgrades in fiverr's search algorithm. What you should do is to try tweaking your gig title title, description, and tags too. Maybe that could help.

Before I started, I saw so many books on fiverr. In fact, they just got me tired. But if yours is good, then people should use it.

Someone helped me, we just took one of these threads on nairaland and read up till the 10th page. We helped each other and we were good to go. @fingerprinter, lol, we started same place and I thank God for where we are now.

I tell you. Anybody buying fiverr ebook is just plain lazy. Everything they are going to tell you in those ebooks are things that are freely available in business section. But a lot of guys are still blind to see them.

I no longer run the two accounts now. I had to sell one. But when I still had the two accounts, I was running both on one pc. I created another use on my pc for the second account.
