Four drug suspects arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has jointly excreted a total of 171 wraps of cocaine in one of the largest heist the country has ever witnessed.

The suspects whose names were given by the drug bursting agency are Ejiofor Eliezer, 46, Obah Fransic, 30, Sobuzochukwu Akpa, 27 and Ike Okechukwu, 36.

They were apprehended at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, during the screening of passengers on board Qatar and Emirates airlines, while attempting to smuggle the drugs to Brazil.

One of the suspects, Eliezer, excreted 100 wraps of the drug, and told the NDLEA investigators that he was paid a mere N200,000 to ingest the drugs, claiming that it was poverty that pushed him to commit the crime as he had intended using the proceed to fend for his family of four.

"I live in Brazil where I work in a supermarket and live with my wife and four children. Life in Brazil is tough because I live from hand to mouth.

It was poverty that made me to smuggle drugs. I took risk by swallowing 100 wraps of cocaine for N200,000 because of poverty."

Francis, a bakery worker in the South American country, sai he decided to undertake the risky business to augment the meager salary he earns.

"I am single and have been working in Brazil for two years. At present, I work in a bakery and my salary is meager.

My plan was to give the drug to a friend in Dubai, but he did not come to collect the drug as planned. This was how I had to come to Nigeria with the drug. I blame my friend for my arrest because I would have made S15,000 (about N2.8m) from the deal."

For Sobuzochukwu, an Accounting diploma holder, his poor salary as a cleaner forced him to swallow 26 wraps of cocaine for a fee of $1,500 (about N285,000).

Okechukwu thought he would beat the drug agency but was unlucky when he was caught and he also excreted the five wraps of cocaine he ingested.

"I regret my involvement in drug trafficking. I dropped out of school in Junior Secondary School class two and I work in a toy company in Brazil."

The NDLEA Chairman, Ahmadu Giade, said Brazil-Nigeria route was a high risk path to drug trafficking and urged officers to be vigilant.

"The suspects will soon be charged to court."

A lot of xenophobia being expressed by many south africans against foreign residents in south africa. Obiagelli:
This is the first time i will be commenting on the speech by the oba of lagos, to the average person or mind, it is a ridiculous statement, but looking at it from a political lense, it has become a case of the more you look, the less you see.

The Pdp
The oba's statements to the best of my understanding was not a public one, it was deliberately leaked by agents who taught it could be used to the advantage of the pdp's candidate in lagos since there is not religious cards to be played, ethnic card shocked they jumped at it. (they never learn)

The Apc
The apc was thrown into disarray, they momentum of winning at the center had suffered a setback, while many rushed to denounce the statement, the strategists saw and opportunity and they helped LOUD to music (forgive my english)

The Igbos
As expected, they were mad at the statement and rightly so, they also didn't fail to overblow it. It is expected that the igbos will give 90% of there votes to the pdp but something amazing happened in the last few days, i have seen more igbos (influential leaders) sit at the same tables with Apc chiefs (this would never have happened without this crisis) i have seen many igbo leaders accept apologies and even endorsed the Apc candidate. I have seen igbos in Apc wears and campaign buses around ladipo and alaba.

The yorubas
We expected the yorubas to give 40- 30% of their votes to jimi agbaje because a lot of them had chosen to vote the Apc at the center and the pdp in lagos, like it or not jimi is also yoruba BUT the tide has turned, the direct attacks on their Oba and the claim that lagos is no man's land coupled with jimi's overly courting the igbos at their detriment has irritated a lot of them. The yorubas won't do a shouting match, they act with a devastating bile (ask gej)

Jimi Agbaje
Agbaje also played to the gallery by making silly statements rather than being gentlemanly since the ball was in his court, he displayed obvious influence from bode George and obanikoro, this is not the jimi we know but the god's father push.

Obiagelli
I am indifferent to both candidates, as my fanatic support for the apc does not go beyond buhari and maybe elrufai and fashola. I can't wait to see the results.

PoliticsRe: South West Will Betray Jonathan - Opinion by Fire15: 9:48am On Mar 15, 2015
socialmediaman:
With the elections getting closer and Jonathan running to traditional rulers and groups in the south for votes, one can only predict from the surface that he will win the minds of the south west, which is arguably going to be the big decider in this election.

But on a closer look, the south west is the grassroot of the ACN, one of the major parties that went into alliance to form the new APC, the main opposition in the 2015 elections. Just like the PDP is deep rooted in the south south and south east, the APC is deep rooted into the political wards in local government councils in the south west states.

If you watch the body language of the monarchs in the south west, most of them have either been silent or neutral concerning Jonathan's re-election. This is a calculated silence. These monarchs do not want to be seen as agents of destruction of their new south-west political alliance which has been betrayed in the past under Olusegun Obasanjo's PDP and recently under Jonathan's government. While these monarchs can sway their loyalists into supporting the Jonathan's re-election bid, they can only do this when the political atmosphere is friendly, not when people have made up their minds. They have got to choose this time between having a vice president from their region, and selling their conscience and reputation over some thousands of dollars.

A friend of mine in one of the south west states said their traditional ruler who recently received some thousands of dollars from the president called them to a meeting in which they discussed the Jonathan's re-election. Immediately the issue was introduced, there were people already waiting to make sure the topic of Jonathan didnt sell through. Jonathan's people had already shared N3000 each to many youths in the community, yet they will not accept a Jonathan re-election bid. They simply pocketed the money and they'll only agree to talk to talk about Osibanjo's election. One of the issues discussed in the meeting was the slandering of the names of their sons and daughters, Tinubu, and Osinbajo, the latter who a court injunction potentially stopped his name from being immersed in dirt. The community people were visibly angry that the same candidate (Jonathan) coming to seek their votes is the same person who does not care to destroy the image of their sons and daughters. Their greatest annoyance was Osinbajo's case, where they said the government does not have regard for men of God. "If these people are guilty of what you are accusing them, why not take them to court, why tell the whole world that they are guilty when you are the one who has stopped EFCC from working" said one of the youths, another said "if we are talking about corruption, we should start from Jonathan and his wife, how many of our people are even in his government to start with". These clearly show the anger of the youths.

The sudden interest Jonathan developed for the south west is an indication of where the decider votes are going to come from. based on my prediction, the south east and most parts of the south south not controlled by the opposition will massively vote for Jonathan. This of course will depend on high voter turn out. From observations, there will possibly be an average voter turn out in the south east due to the disappointment of many people about Jonathan's performance. They will not vote for buhari, and they are not interested in re-electing Jonathan, so they will not come out to vote, and Yes they have their PVCs because it is now a valid means of identification, and many fear that they will be denied services without it.

In the north, there will be a high turnout. It is not surprising that northern voters usually travel back to their states to register for voting, and that is where they vote. The truth is that wherever you come from, once you enter the northern circle, even if you were supporting Jonathan, the atmosphere is suddenly changed with this mantra of "change" that you cannot conquer, and when you look at the people shouting "change" in the first place, you will agree that they deserve it, they are desperate for it and they act like their lives depend on it. Jonathan will however win in some north central states, but i am afraid no northern state will be a comfortable cruise for the president.

That leaves us with the south west, and my prediction is that, Yes, the south west will betray Jonathan IF the election holds on March 28
I would have agreed with your analysis 100%, if not for your conclusion that, the west will betray Jonathan on 28th of March.
It is a matter of individuals making their choices, some will for him, while others will not.
Like Henry Ford said, " you don't build a reputation on, what you will do, but on what you've done".

AKPOSbaba:
NATIONAL Co-ordinator of the Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC), Otunba Gani Adams, yesterday, said that six million members of the group have resolved to vote for President Goodluck Jonathan at the March 28 presidential polls.

He said OPC members took the decision at their National Co-ordinating Council meeting after taking time to assess President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Major Gen Muhammadu Buhari (retd) of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He made the disclosure at his Lagos residence while hosting Special Adviser to President Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs, Hon Kingsley Kuku, who came to solicit his and OPC’s support for Jonathan’s re-election.
Adams said OPC is rooting for Jonathan because of his human rights records in not arresting or detaining any activist since he came to power, convocation of national conference and promise to implement the 633 recommendations that will help to restructure the country, which he said is in the interest of the Yoruba and South-west.

He said: ‘’OPC is a group of six million people. We sat down at our National Co-ordinating Council to decide on who to vote for between President Jonathan and Buhari and the support for Jonathan is unanimous.”

”Now, we have come out to support Jonathan because of the National Conference. We have been clamouring for National Conference since 1992, even our leaders could not organise it. President Olusegun Obasanjo organised the National Political Reforms Conference with a lot of no-go areas. In the end there was a stalemate. ”Now a minority, Jonathan, did it. The only no-go area is the unity of the country. He gave us open cheque to decide the future of Nigeria.”

Gani Adams, you're really fooling yourself. Notwithstanding the ritualistic oath taking your members were subjected to last week, even though some of your members boycotted the meetings. Those that had the misfortune of being at the meetings, have a shocker awaiting you and GEJ. Funnily the blacklegs of the Yoruba race are from a particular area, that is Ondo State. Fasheun, Mimiko, Falae, Gani , Fasoranti and many more. The PDP's Afenifere always hold their meetings in Akure, Jonathan was endorsed in Akure. Meanwhile, Ibadan is the political capital of Yorubaland. If OPC membership is 6 million, that means about 50% of Western region voters are OPC members. Gani must be high on something illicit, and the clueless GEJ must be dumb to believe him. Pipeline protection contract will end on 29th May, and the 45,000 Naira you pay monthly to your members on protection duty will end. I don't blame you're only protecting your interest, and for those of us concerned with national interest, GEJ, your benefactor is a goner. Let's meet at the polls on March 28.

PoliticsRe: Why Yoruba Are Divided Over Jonathan, Buhari — Gani Adams by Fire15: 9:06am On Feb 12, 2015
Myself2:
Why Yoruba are divided over Jonathan, Buhari — Gani Adams

•I don’t know why opposition is so anxious

OTUNBA Gani Adams is the National Coordinator of the Odua People’s Congress, OPC. In this interview, Adams explains why leaders of South West zone are divided over the choice of presidential candidates to support in the forthcoming elections.

He also bares his mind on the postponement of the general elections among other issues. Excerpts:

By Dapo Akinrefon

How will you react to the INEC’s shift of the elections dates by six weeks?

Well, the shift in dates is as a result of necessities for cogent reasons such as the issues of security and adequate logistics for the exercise. Let me explain these by reminding you of the fact that the shared Permanent Voters’ Card (PVCs) was just 66 per cent while the remaining 34 per cent were still to be given out and that is about 24 million eligible Nigerians. I was so sad with the way the opposition handled the development. I just can’t imagine how comfortable they are that about 24 million Nigerians were to be disenfranchised; as a matter of fact, I won’t even be comfortable with 10,000 Nigerians not to talk of 24 million.

Secondly, the security chiefs declared they couldn’t guarantee security of INEC’s ad-hoc staff. How then will any sane person push for the exercise without the support of security chiefs? For these two cogent reasons, I don’t see us going for free, fair and credible elections. We still have more than three months for the handover of government; there is no need for them to be too anxious more than the umpire.

Moreover, we have 27 political parties and 17 of them have declared that the election should be postponed and eight insisted that it be held, in as much as 17 has indicated interest in the shifting, it simply means majority of Nigerians have spoken.

Security challenges

The opposition has always been hiding behind security issue to condemn Jonathan, now the president wanted to tackle security challenges before the election, the opposition is again shouting foul. What they are criticizing Jonathan for is what the gentleman wanted to face in six weeks. Come to think of it, with or without the necessary amend, he has insisted on May 29 as handover date.

But some people alleged that President Jonathan is working towards interim government, what is your view of this?

Jonathan cannot propose an interim government and at the end of the day be the head of such arrangement, such move won’t be in the interest of Jonathan.

But most Yoruba are not supporting Jonathan’s re-election bid, how do you see this development?

Jonathan or Buhari who will you pick ?
Jonathan or Buhari who will you pick ?

We don’t need to deceive ourselves. The main group in Yorubaland, Afenifere has spoken; Afenifere the political arrowhead of Yoruba people has declared support for Jonathan. Even Dr. Frederick Fasehun, the owner of the Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) has endorsed Jonathan, even before Afenifere. I don’t have problem with Buhari, but I have serious problem with the people that surround him. So in conclusion, 85 per cent of Lagosians want Jonathan.

What is your assessment of the campaign?

They should stop blackmailing or discrediting each other. They should come out with facts to convince people, stop calling people who have sacrificed for the nation different names. In my own opinion there is no difference between the two major political parties, the APC and the PDP.

They are calling for personality change but they are not calling for institutional change. When you said the present structure should not change and you are saying the president should change. If you say Buhari should be the president what of the institutions that have not changed. We went to the national conference to restructure Nigeria, to change the institutions. And the institutions are always more powerful than any individual.

I am not saying Jonathan is a saint because if those people around him are corrupt and he cannot deal with them, then it means he also has some skeletons in his cupboard. But Jonathan is quite different from the caliber of people we have in APC. You know what is happening in Ogun State when somebody was building bridges where there is no water. When you are having a billion naira bridges and there is no free education. People of Oyo State are crying because the government of the state shut its door against the masses.

But despite Afenifere’s endorsement of Jonathan, prominent Yoruba leaders are supporting Buhari. What do you have to say to this?

I think you are having the mindset that some Yoruba leaders are supporting Jonathan. How many of them were in the struggle except for General Alani Akinrinade and Hon. Wale Oshun? Oshun is very close to APC. And there is no way you can separate Akinrinade and Tinubu. Yes they are always together. Akinrinade may not be partisan but you can separate him from Tinubu, they have close relationship.

I got to know that when we were in the national conference. When you are however talking about the core people who always fight for the course of the Yoruba and those whose voice you hear about regionalism and introduction of parliamentary system, you talk of myself as the leader of the Oodua People’s Congress, OPC leader at the conference and the Afeniferes who believe that no matter the situation, the course of Yoruba must be championed at the conference.

Enough education

In Yorubaland I remember when I became leader of OPC, people say I did not have enough education to be a leader. Therefore, I went to school, I trained myself and I went to school. I went to even write WAEC, I went to write NECO, I wrote WAEC again. I went to Ghana to get a diploma, I got a diploma in Lagos State University onward to receiving a degree, but now Buhari is being alleged of not having a School Certificate.

The opposition said the election was postponed because Jonathan was afraid to lose the election.

That is propaganda, many things you hear from them, about 50 per cent of them is propaganda. Sultan of Sokoto said he has not got his PVC, I just got my PVC on Friday and in my house almost all the 35 people that registered, it is only me and two others that got theirs, 32 other are yet to receive theirs, and you now say the election should hold, and you are blaming Jonathan.

If there is crisis after the election, they will now say Jonathan has caused crisis. The Service Chiefs said they were not ready for the election.

THE Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to put in place a mechanism to ensure that the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from the Northeast cast their votes in the forth coming general elections.

The association warned that it would not accept the results of the elections if millions of IDPs from the Northeast who are mostly Christians were not allowed to cast their votes.

Director of National Issues and Social Welfare of CAN, Sunday Oibe stated this yesterday when a delegation from CAN led by the Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) chapter, Revd. Israel Akanji visited the IDPs camp at New Kunchingoro, Abuja.

Oibe observed that the results of the forthcoming elections would not be credible or acceptable if over 20 million Christians displaced from the Northeast did not cast their votes.

He said: “If over 20 million Christians displaced from the Northeast do not cast their votes, how can you say that the elections are credible and acceptable?

“Prof. Jega should do everything to ensure that Christians that have been displaced from the Northeast cast their votes. We have churches that had their headquarters, like the EYN in Maiduguri. They have been displaced with over three million people scattered all over the country.”

Oibe alleged that in order to address some of these issues, CAN scheduled to meet with Prof. Jega last week but was disappointed when, according to him, the INEC chairman allegedly reneged.

“We wanted to meet with Prof. Jega, on the topic last week. He gave us an appointment but reneged, so we are calling on Jega to ensure that IDPs, particularly Christians displaced from the Northeast, cast their votes, or we will not accept it.”

The CAN President Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, represented by the FCT CAN, Chairman, Israel Akanji said that the visit was to provide relief materials and other donations to the IDPs, in consonance with Christians calling to be our brother’s keeper.

He noted that the FCT administration was working hard on having a better place for the IDPs, adding that a vast land had been acquired for building of a better camp for IDPs in the FCT and that the structure might be completed next month.

Earlier, a representative of the displaced persons Philiomon Emanuel said that there were over 700 of them in the camp from Goza Local Council Area of Borno State, noting that they had been neglected by government.

He added: “Since we became displaced, government has only come to see us once, through NEMA, in October 2014; they promised to get us special camps with more comfortable houses and healthy centres, as well as schools, but we haven’t heard from them since then.

These are obviously the so called clergymen that commercialized Christainity. Where did they get their 20 million Christain voters from the Northeast? Are you kidding me? These fellows are absolute embarrassment to Christainity.

Tinubu’s Massive Looting Of Lagos Uncovered…The Chagoury, Remi Tinubu Connection
The massive looting of Lagos state by the Leader of the Action Congress of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has reached monumental proportion. Tinubu whose companies recently conered a multi billion road construction job in Ogun State, has in his pocket all the juicy contract in all the Action Congress’ states.

In retrospect, it might be difficult to come to terms with the fact that an individual could hold the entire south west to ransom. There is no doubt that Tinubu has succeeded in buying the Lagos State government, and he has done this using government funds.
.
Whenever someone in Lagos begins to wonder where their 4th mainland bridge went, or what was the fate of the pipe-borne water project, or even where the schools and hospitals had vanished to, there is a silence that contains it all. The largest landlord in Lagos has done as he has pleased, and the rest of the state just has to deal with it. For instance: Number 4, Oyinkan Abayomi (formerly Queens) Drive, Ikoyi: A 5-bedroom detached house on one acre of land which was originally the Lagos State Governor’s guest house since 1979, but which now belongs to Tinubu. The certificate of occupancy of the property valued at N450 million was signed and released to him by Fashola in 2007 shortly after he assumed office.

Tinubu’s residence at 26 Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi was initially falsely presented as Oando Plc Guest House. Later, he purportedly bought it from Oando, and used public funds to rebuild and renovate it. The Lagos State Government bought the property and paid an undisclosed sum to him and thereafter gave the property back to him under the bogus Pension Bill he signed to law shortly before he left office in 2007. The property is worth over N600 million.

The annex of the Lagos State Guest House in Asokoro, Abuja was bought by the State Government in 2006 for N450 million, purportedly to protect the main house from security breach. Shortly after Tinubu left office, the property was transferred to him under the pension plan he signed into law before leaving office.

The 250-hectare land valued at about N35billion and strategically located at the Ajah junction on Lekki Road was initially meant for a General Hospital for the people of Eti-Osa Local Government but was stolen by Tinubu and handed over to Trojan Estate Ltd – a company owned by Deji and Wale Tinubu – to develop as Royal Garden Housing Estate at the expense of the taxpayers of Lagos.

The 1,000 hectares of land valued at about N75billion located at Lakowe near Abijo at Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and given to Lekki Concession Company (LCC) which is partly- owned by Tinubu and Fashola and being developed as golf course and housing estate by Assets and Resource Management Ltd (ARM) as ADIVA project.

The prime land of 157 hectares with 2.5km of Atlantic beachfront valued at about N10billion and stolen by Tinubu from the communities of Siriwon, Igbekodo, Apakin, etc in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government and given to Ibukun Fakeye – his crony to build a golf course and luxury villa with little or no compensation to the villagers. In addition, Tinubu paid $20million (N3billion) out of public treasury to Ibukun Fakeye to commence the project in late 2006. Fashola has since released additional funding for this project, which is not owned by the state government.

The 14-hectare Parkview Ikoyi Estate foreshore land reclaimed by Lagos State Government is now owned by Bola Tinubu.

While in office, he allocated to himself the former Strabag yard beside the Lagos State Secretariat at Alausa, Ikeja. The property is now being developed into a shopping mall as big as the Palms in Lekki. This is public property brazenly stolen and now owned by Tinubu, aided by Fashola.

The choice property at Lekki-Epe road on which he built and owns the multi-billion Naira Oriental Hotel and the extension of multi-storey car park beside it. Also, the multi-level recreation centre by Mobil in Oniru Estate on Lekki-Epe road jointly owned with ARM and Tunji Olowolafe. All these assets valued at over N25billion were obtained without paying a kobo to the Lagos State Government.

Tinubu and Fashola sold the following prime Lagos properties to their personal friend and front – Prince Dipo Eludoyin at very ridiculous prices:

• The 3.8-hectare of land of Lagos State Fisheries office in VI (beside the Institute of Oceanography) valued at N3billion.

• The fishery landing jetty at Badore (where the Ilubirin fishermen were to be relocated) valued at N500million

• The entire Ogudu foreshore scheme initially earmarked for a low-cost housing scheme valued at N5billion

• The Ilubinrin housing estate (which used to house Lagos state civil servants and judges up till 2007) valued at N2.5billion.

• The former Julius Berger yard at Oko Orisan, Epe valued at N450million.
Tinubu raised a loan of N4.7billion on Eko Akete project for which nothing was achieved before he turned around to sell the property to his Chagouri friends of Chagouri & Chagouri and Hitech Construction Ltd at a ridiculously low price at the expense of the taxpayers of Lagos.

Tinubu applied to personally purchase the Federal Secretariat building while in office. When he couldn’t get to buy it, he directed Fashola to stop the eventual owner of the complex to develop it. The complex is presently wasting away courtesy of the Lagos State Government.

It took several months of horse trading and underhand payments before Fashola could allow the new owners of 1004 flats to redevelop the complex. Several other buyers of Federal Government properties and developers of properties in Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Government Reservation Area Ikeja were forced to succumb to the outrageous demands of Tinubu, Fashola, Commissioner Abosede and other officials of the Lagos State Physical Planning Ministry and were made to pay ridiculous amounts to private accounts before their redevelopments were approved. Those who refused or were unable to pay could not develop their properties. This is a major economic strangulation of property developers and has contributed largely to the skyrocketing rent in Ikoyi, VI and Lekki axis.

Tinubu converted all the plots of land where Lagos Polytechnic was located at Ikosi near the old toll gate. He chased away the Polytechnic in 2006 and went ahead to locate the choice plots to himself, his cronies and political associates. The headquarters of Television Continental (TVC), which is owned by him, is located there. He deprived the youths of Lagos of decent education because of his greed.

Tinubu solely sold the prime land on Aboyade Cole, Victoria Island which was recovered from some allotees, to UACN Properties Plc. The amount of proceeds was shrouded in secrecy.

Eludoyin, fronting for Tinubu, built the estate directly opposite Goshen Beach Estate in Lekki area.

Tinubu’s wife, Remi Tinubu, built the massive New Era Foundation youth camp at the junction of Eleko, off the Lekki-Epe express road, with Lagos State funds and has now converted it to personal use.

Tinubu owns the Fara Park Estate and the Beach Wood Estate both in Lekki.

The Critical Care unit at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) in Ikeja, built and equipped with state funds, is now owned personally by Tinubu. He has put one Dr. Sikiru Tinubu, (a supposed cousin of his) to run the outfit. It is run as a private unit and the proceeds are pocketed by the duo. The unit charges its users exorbitantly and most Lagosians can hardly afford to pay its high charges. Much of the revenue is derived from fees paid by the State Government for patients referred there by its General Hospitals.

Several prominent Nigerians in the judiciary, police, INEC, and other sensitive agencies have obtained prime land from former Governor Tinubu and incumbent Governor Fashola over the years without paying a kobo. Many of them had turned around to sell the land to third parties at substantial profit. Many top officials in the police, INEC and the judiciary who participated in the 2003 and 2007 elections and tribunals in states where Tinubu has interest were compromised with parcels of free prime Lagos land and cash. If the Lagos State Land’s Bureau could publish the names and identities of beneficiaries of land allotees from 2000 to date, the scandal that will result is better imagined. Gbenga Ashafa, now a Senator, and Mrs. Awofisayo were the conduits through which these acts were being perpetrated. Both were also personally involved in various dubious land transactions on their own.

Prime land and properties have been used to pay off public officials who are personally close to Tinubu and Fashola for “jobs well done” or for being privy to sensitive information, notably:

(a) Dele Alake, former Commissioner for Information and Strategy, was sold a whole house on Alexander Road, Ikoyi where he lived as official quarters at a give-away price.

(b) Rauf Aregbesola, Osun State Governor, who was a former Commissioner in Lagos as well as Muiz Banire, also a former commissioner, got detached houses at Ladoke Akintola Street, GRA Ikeja for their “good job” while serving under Tinubu.

(c) Yemi Cardoso and Wale Edun, both former commissioners, were sold houses on Iru Close, and another location in old Ikoyi at give-away prices by Tinubu.

Sorry bro your thread didn't counter anything! Why did Buhari murder Gloria OKon even when they didn't find her culpable for drug peddling? Why did Buhari jail Lateef Jakande even when the tribunal he set up to try him exonerated him three times from any corruption charges? Why did he enact a decree that gagged the press and prevented them from criticisng the govt? He even said that and I quote "I don't care if what you publish is true or false, but you will go to jail if I don't like it".
So bro, there are a lot of things you didn't counter, so take a chill pill! Really I was not happy with the Vicious proganda PDP is using against Buhari, but after watching the AIT documentry, I was touched and i have to think very deep. I never knew Buhari did most of the things in that documentry. I must tell you the truth, I was so disappointed with what I saw in that documentary. It is very damaging!
GMB murdered Gloria Okon? Are you kidding me? Say no to drugs, it's destroying you gradually.
It's was a military junta that operated by decrees, which has powers to detain. Governors were arraigned before miscellaneous offences tribunal, those found wanting were convicted accordingly, I was old enough to remember that, these judgements were applauded by the citizenry. I can remember the "Andrew checking out" and the spirit of patriotism all over the place.
I really want GMB to be elected President, cos the anti-corruption agencies will be able to do their work unencumbered. Nigeria has lost so much to crony capitalism, fuel subsidygate, Oduagate, Dezianigate etc.

Silly uninformed busy body, lawal Kaita of PDP made the statement about making Nigeria ungovernable, not GMB.
One can really see, the kind of characters going around, calling themselves Pastors and Bishops. Almighty God in heaven will visit his wrath on them. These men are impostors, not men of God, but possibly men of gods.

"I heard of the 1983 coup planning, told my GOC General Buhari
who detained me for two weeks in Lagos. Instead of a pat on the
back, I received a stab. How then do you expect me to report this
one? This trial marks the eclipse of my brilliant and unblemised
career of 19 years. I fought in the civil war with the ability it
pleased God to give me. It is unfortunate that I'm being convicted
for something which I have had to stop on two occasions. This is
not self adulation but a sincere summary of the qualities inherent in
me. It is an irony of fate that the president of the tribunal who in
1964 felt that I was good enough to take training in the UK is now
saddled with the duty of showing me the exit from the force and the
world"

HOW MUCH IS THE ABOKI BUHARI PAYING ALL THESE JOBLESS YORUBA YOUTHS TO SPEW GARBAGE AGAINST JONATHAN?

JONATHAN IS A CERTIFIED PHD HOLDER AND NOT BASED ON QUOTA SYSTEM AS IN THE WEST.

THE YORUBAS SHOULD CONTINUE BUT THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT THE SOUTHEAST, SOUTHSOUT AND THE NORTH COULD ALSO FORM ALLIANCE SOMEDAY AGAINST THEM.

WE NIGERIANS ARE KEEPING THE RECORD.
That was the case in the First Republic and Second Republic. We were in the Opposition, and we loved it. Right now, the Southeast is stranded, sitting on the fence. If you don't stand for something, you will stand for anything. That's the dilemma the easterners have found themselves.
