But I just admit, you are a worthy ambassador. Articulate and well thought rebuttals. The way you lay out your points is admirable.

As a child of God, we shouldn't hate any one. I spent hours yesterday, learning and unlearning from this two guys. One thing that made this guy stood out was his ability to back up all his positions with the scriptures. I doff my hat for you @otipoju. It shows how deep you are in the knowledge of the scriptures.

In addition, a young Radiography graduate is earning between 200k-250k now. A Nurse in Nigeria can not get that.

I am a Radiography, I will advise you to choose Radiography. As Radiography in Nigeria , I never looked for job , I got UK job in Nigeria. In UK both Radiography and Nurse get same salary on band 5.

I greet you all. Please I need your urgent assistance.

My elder sister is running an Msc course in the Uk. The course is with Internship placement and she is yet to get an internship and her deadline is June 10
Though she has an assessment centre by June 12 which she is positive about but want to get an offer letter before June 10 .

My questions are .

1. Can she do her internship remotely with any firm outside UK. especially an Audit firm in Nigeria pending the time she will get an offer in Uk?

2. What is the implication of not getting the internship before June 10? Will her course be changed to research placement. ?

3. Will this affect her student Visa ?i.e if it will require her going back to the uk immigration to process a new student visa having the narration of the changed course

Please help your sister.

Good evening all.

I need your assistance.

I moved to UK last year November on Healthcare Visa. My family just got their Visa approved and planning to come in may or june.

My husband is of opinion that he will only spend two weeks and return to Nigeria because he has some loan to pay back in Nigeria. He plans to work till December before he finally joins us.

Now, the challenge I forsee is that I can't take care of 3children alone considering their age bracket ( 12 and cool

. I have been told that they can't allow anyone below 13yrs to stay alone at home

Because of his exposure, he can't afford to be sending us money for carer , I don't even know how much they will be collecting.. Aside, my salary might not be able to foot the bills.

My husband is of opinion that his mother should come around on tourist visa which I don't have problem with since she has been living with us in Nigeria for more than 10yrs.

Below are my questions.

1. What is implication of my husband decision to stay outside UK more than 6months

2. Is his decision capable of affecting us in future when we are to switch Visa status?

3. Is there any implication having the children to stay at home alone?

4. What is the possibility that my mother in law visa will be approved by ECo considering the fact that she is not earning income at moment. She only gets 15k monthly allowance from my husband.

5. Should I need to stay up to 6months before I can invite someone for a visit?

I will appreciate if anyone can assist with above questions.

Application submitted Dec 16

Biometric Jan 6

Visa approved 25th January.

My nephew was refused.

People are cashing out on the expense of other.....I have a similar experience this year not on investment oh but land. I bought a plot of land for #3m in June only to discover that the land belong to another person. The Oloriburuku has refused to return my money and pleading that I will get my money. I even gave the werey an option to relocate me to another place, he took me to a water log area. Yet to get my land or Money back.

Who is to trust in this country?

I am seriously in need of help. My KLM flight to UK is scheduled for Thursday 11th but my passport is with France embassy for Transit Visa.

I did my biometrics on Friday and just received a message from them that my application was just sent to France Embassy today. Please is it possible for me to get it tomorrow? If no, what can I do ?

Good morning Firefunmi2014.

First of all is she your niece by birth or marriage? where is here mother?and do you have settled status?.

This would be a most difficult application.

The paper work and evidential burden you need to provide alone is headache for days and would depend on if you are her legal guardian and she is fully dependant on you to survive plus under the age of 18.

At the moment due to human trafficking and doctoring documentation,Our country Nigeria as at March 2021 has been placed on the restricted list so even if you adopt her now it would not be recognised here and you would have to battle with the courts.

How am sure this particular route would not work?.I have my British Naturalisation and we now want children.In doing the research i gathered all this information.

I try to never say never as i try to be positive yet blunt.Pull out your plan B options and make alternative plans for your niece.

Let me quickly give a little background. The girl is my sister 's daughter, the father died before she was given birth to . She is 11 yes old. I have been taking care of her since then, I can't just leave her behind while I take my children alone.

Good afternoon all.

Please I need your advice.

I submitted my Skilled Visa application on the 4th and did my biometric on the 19th Oct. I am supposed to resume work in UK on the 1st November, my visa is not yet out. I received an e mail from DVO on the 25th asking for an additional documents which I have forwarded.

Now, I have booked my ticket for 10th Nov and it is KLM. My questions are :

1. Can I still get my Visa approved this week (15days)

2. How long does it take to get a transit VISA?

3. How can I change my flight ticket if my Visa fails to come out this week.

This waiting is killing me ohhhh. I need your advice.

Go to the FRANCE visa application page and fill the form. Choose the Netherlands as your destination and select Airtel Transit visa. After submitting your application you have to book appointment on the VFS website for biometrics . On the day of biometrics, she has to go with her ATM card. Fee is about #.
39200. Biometrics is almost 20k. You pay for the biometrics on the VFS website.

Documents she has to go with:
International passport
Copy of UK visa
Copy of her flight ticket
Passport photo
France visa application form
Biometrics Appointment letter.

I hope her departure date isn't too close?

The departure time is 10Nov but the challenge here is that, she is yet to collect her passport, I don't think it will be ready until 5th Nov base on our calculations. She applied for Tier 2 visa (skilled Health worker).

Is it possible to get Airport Transit Visa within 2days?

Please I need your assistance here.

My husband name on his international passport is written as: Adeniran Adewale Sakiru but on our Marriage certificate it is written as Adeniran Adewale Samuel. Adeniran Adewale Sakiru has been used in my Visa application as my husband.,now the issue is that I am going for my biometrics next week and I want to confirm if this can be a problem for him when he wants to apply for dependant visa?
N.B Adeniran Adewale Sakiru apears in his certificate.
I will appreciate your response.
