Sorry, if you did not attend a mixed secondary school... The fact is that you missed a lot!!! . I attended a mixed secondary school with lots of lively boys and girls and you know what? Secondary school romance is one thing you look back at and smile! . You just smile at your 'innocent childishness' but what could you have done then? Life is in stages and one must attain different stages and outgrow them later.

I remember these with nostalgia!!!

1) I wrote a love letter to a girl in JSS2 and I was in JSS3. I never knew she was a 'mama's pet' and she started crying! She reported the matter to the principal who was never in good terms with me and I was asked to carry hollow block in front of the entire students during morning assembly! I couldn't raise my head to walk uprightly in the school premises for one week. See shame!!! Even my younger sister tell me say I f-up die!!!

2) In SS2, a new babe was admitted to my class. She was damn pretty and every guy wanted to be her friend! In order to play a sharp Warfi guy, I started 'escorting' her home everyday from school to be 'closer than others'. I even shun other babes for her sake and in the end, her dad was transfered to another state, so she left...she didn't spend up to a term! Those babes who I 'relegated' ganged up with some bad belle guys and they started calling me 'Escortoyor' (guy wey dey escort babe only)!!! It took the grace of Baba God before that name was erased!

but when u saw the word first class , u r anxious to display ur jealousy.
Don't forger iam referring to B15. and if u ppl r fllwng the NYSC you will know that first class corpers will serve at Tertiary institutions. (..hmm sbd telling me he has friend from unilag serving at.bla bla bla).
2:1 corpers can also serve in some situations at tertiary institutions.
If as a first class student I knw definately that am to serve in tertiary institutions and plan ahead and even called my possible colleagues for us to advise our self is a problem, no wonder I observed a lot of hatred comments in the political posting and Biafra thing.

I finally observed that many nairalanders are third class and have spilled over.

MANY PEOPLE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE FUTURE.

Goodday nairalanders, my birthday is tomorow, would love to mark it with lots of friends but its not been easy at all for this orphan boy, i havent really marked any birthday, tomorow i will be 23year, so i wanna probably go out and just try to have some fun with this nice girl who have really stood by me even in my broke status that has never deactivated even for few seconds. To my life God sent This one and only aunt out of the bunch of uncles and aunts who dont care due to long standing family matters, well, this my aunt who has been my everything, through school, now in my finals though, she wired me 2k, and after i pay this guy i am owing i will have 1k left, . . . Hello house,

Please i need mature advice from you guys..most of you guys that follows my oil workers thread on nairaland can recall when i mentioned that i will be getting married by next year that everybody should be geting ready to attend my TM/WW, well thus goes my story.

Calling it off is a sure way to go or else you are doomed.

After i ended my previous distance relationship which lasted for years before we mutually ended it base on family diffrences. I met this my new date when i came to Lagos in 2011 for a project, we exchanged contacts after which i traveled to Netherland for a training i did not called her for over a year plus because then i was still with my previous date, when i returned from my trip early Jan 2013, i called her so we got talking, along the line i traveled to her school to see her in (S Eastern Uni)

"FASTFORWARD" i told her my intention of getting marry to her then, so i brought her to lagos to meet my parents and other family members, after all said and done she pleaded that i gave her time to finish her studies before any marriage proper, we all agreed early 2016 since she is in early 20 and i was in mid 20 then we are not in a rush.

We have been together since 2013 to date, we have shared a good time and fund memories, i truely love her and she does too, i have tried my best to make her comfortable and take care of her and make her envy of all her female friends, i have NEVER cheated on her or have the thought of doing so despite we only see during end of every semester, and i traveled a lot and always busy with work though i make sure i do speak with her at least 3x a day with minimum of 30mins per a call just to make sure she don't feel lonely.

NOW HER CRIME AND MY SUSPICIONS

Last month i called her early morning to know whatsup with her i noticed she was not comfortable speaking to me on phone i was like are you ok? I then heard a background male voice she hurriedly ended the call, when i called back i insisted she told me whose voice i heard in her house, that was when she opened up to me that the guy is her old time gf brother who came from one state in the South South to write post ume in her school i was mad @ her, after a while i insited to know her package with the guy, to my suprise the guy is to stay in her room for 2weeks plus, they share the same bed, jst living like a husband and wife though she still assured me to trust her that noting would happen between them, i was angry because she never inform me of such arrangement before saying yes to them.

I SWEAR THOSE PERIOD I COULD NOT SLEEP, EVERY NIGHT I WILL BE JUST IMAGINING THINGS. that happend and gone we continue normal life, yesterday we agreed that she will be coming to lagos on saturday since she is done with her exam because we have not seen for 5 months now, she told me she needed some cash to pay up somethings and settle some debts before coming

FASTFORWARD. This night i called her to know her latest plans and verify the account she want me to transfer money to her, while we were talking i noticed she is using terms on me instead of real names, she was talking like someone that is hiding for somebody not to figure out her discussion, so i asked her are you with somebody there she said no she was alone, a min later i started hearing a phone booting sound @ background for several times, i asked her again she deinied it.

As an IT guy i am, i figured out that the sound is MS Windows phone that uses such sound, & i know she does not have such phone, i threatened her, she then opened up that she with her lodge mate a guy @ that hour, i got upset why she lied to me, she started faking the call as if network is disturbing her claiming that she can't hear me well, telling me to end the call and call her tomorrow so we can talk well, i told her no to stop faking network, she ended the call, i called her back 22 times she did not pick my calls, i sent her diffrent text messages she did not reply, i told her i will never call her again if she did not pick after my calling her 2wise again yet she damm the call.

After an hour she text me thus: PLS AM SORRY WE WILL TALK 2MORO I DON'T MEAN TO GOT U UPSET, DO YOU THINK IF I AM WITH A MAN I WIL PICK UR CALL IN D FIRST PLC? GUD NIT SWT DREMS. She is now claiming is a prank but hell no i don't believe her. House how do i handle this now? I really love her but i can't stand a cheat because i have NEVER cheated to any of my date before.

I want to call of the marriage, i have lost the trust i have for her. I need your mature advice. Thanks all.

Hi Nlders pls i need ur candid advice...i'm currently working at a firm that i've worked at for over a decade.was retained after my OND and has been there all the while,however,i no longer find my job interesting and i want to switch career,i work at the camera unit in church and i so enjoy working with cameras and all but again,i have a flair for fashion and designing.The problem now is ...which exactly du i go for,Fashion School to learn on Fashion or Film Making/Video coverage plus which of them will sustain me futher being a family man.....anticipating ur matured advice tnx.

thanks... im sure my skool is accredited as it was even on their website wen i was registering, it was listed there so it is definitely recognised... so i dont think i need to bother myself about the evaluation letter

please is it compulsory for all foreign graduates? cos i dunno the criteria fr which to apply for this letter of evaluation. i have registered and gotten call up number but ive however nt gotten the evaluation letter cos i still dont know why i should gt it or if its compulsory

Hello guys, please a question regarding getting your transcripts/cert. verified by the Min. of Education for foreign trained PCM. Is it compulsory only for those who graduated from Ghana? What if you schooled like in the UK or USA ? Many thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to give me an answer.

Am still on the evaluation issue, but I av uploaded all what was required excluding the evaluation letter because it's not yet ready, I paid the 3k yesterday and right now am not sure of what to do, maybe to do the final submission on the portal without my evaluation letter and then take the letter to the camp...kinda confused

Well done guys, We NOUN pioners are proud of u all, keep the flag flying. How time flies, just like yesterday pain and endurance of 8 years in NOUN for 4 years courses is worth while at last. NOUN is getting there. Thank God I didnt allow 4 years delay ( WITHOUT carry over ) during my undergrate discourage me from register immediately for master degree, today i'm now an MSC holder. Working with a telecom company.. To God be the glory ( sorry for the typos)
