@Denex I hope you don't mind me translating for drrionelli do you? @Drrionelli Here it is: So I'm fair? Who's really that bad? I'm still trying. Who's worst off? I'm yellow, that's what makes me fair. My brother's different so therefore its bad. So its you that's good because you're white? Thank God I'm fair at least- My sister, you'll never be white- try being fair. If you can't fly, would you jump? Here's a wig- wear it, Rub cream even. Isn't it God? Black is 'disease on drugs.' Whiteman, thank you, for us you tried. If it isn't for you, we'll all be mad. I'm thanking you because this 'blackness' will soon end and cure to this madness. Pay me no mind, I really want to ask. Don't mind me at all, but really, why do you tan? If black's so bad why do you like being so? It's beginning to seem that you're mad. Begging your pardon, but its weird. You dislike blacks, yet you want to 'be' black? Its better to being white, and yet you are half caste. What kind of trouble is that?! Please, Sir, I don't understand. 'Master' please explain this: Jesus, God, and the angels- they're all white. Your hypocrisy, didn't start today. Everything that's black is now bad: black magic, black leg, not to mention black heart couple with your skin like eczema. And still you criticize! I have never beheld a black person before. I am yellow, my wife's brown and my child's chocolate. It seems your mindset is dark. You don't SEE black, but you THINK black, you IMAGINE black! So, WHO IS BLACK? Your coat, car -everything's black! You dye hair, smoke the air, wear dark shades- that you even see black. So, Bro, tell me who is bad now? You, brainwashing your slave with clichès like 'Black is Beautiful'; 'Black 'n' Proud.' You forget black is a state of the mind. You're black inside out! You're ashamed to say it! Even as you resist, you punish yourself. You want to be black- CLAIM IT WITH PRIDE. ''A lunatic who so concurs is cured.'' So ask John Hawkins, ask Lord Lugard. Who was it that murdered my fathers and stole my land? Black Man! |
firestar:Still sober I am, yet cheered from today's significance as well as thoughtful words. Cross-legged, ruminating and nibbling on fries for dinner with my roomie and sister. The temperature rose a bit. I stood, went to check the chips, stripped and resumed position . . . My cell flashed a familiar face- startling me. . . t'was he. . . The device continued buzzing: One. . . (what would I say?!) Two. . .(what would he say?) Three. . . (my heart's pounding harder) It stopped ringing. I lost my appetite all of a sudden. . . reached for a pillow and laid flat. My roomie, from the kitchen call ''Are you sleepy already? You're not watching the movie?'' 'Mmh,' I replied. 'Not ternite. Nigh-night.' Moving onto my side- and away from her curious eyes- I inwardly wept and prayed. . . |
And what's wrong with albinos? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. They're unique that's all. Pale skin, blone-ginger- dark hair, silver/olive/blue/gold eyes. . . And it cuts across borders. I've met several of 'em. They have to take care of their fair complexion the same way redhaired folks do of other races. Variety. Diversity. |
Well-well-well. . . From all only 4 stand out and counting. |

@Princesa Welcome. You can blog for instance . . . |
Hello everyone. Well (Holds breath. . .) Phone buzzes on the bed. It's HR. . . Morning girl how are y- Babe! exams starts by 9- it has been shifted at the last minute! Get here NOW. . .'' /Click/ I grabbed my keys, exam permit, cash and bag. Locked the door- dashed through the corridor, leaped down the stairs and kept on running. . . I ran ehnnn. . . all the while panting and cursing the bloody idiots responsible for this-(checks time -8:29) . . . I'm in the campus shuttle- the tiny bus was fast. But not fast enough. Ten o clock! Ten o clock the timetable says! and this happens. Gave the driver his fare, zipped my bag and drummed my fingernails impatiently on the dashboard. . . ttttrt-- ttttrtt-- 10 minutes left! Bolted as soon the bus parked. . . |

I stood on the plateau- a prominent feature- allowing the mind to wander, as do my gaze over highs and lows- 180 impartial degrees in no fair measure. . . I'm mad at you, you see- my way of venting and letting out steam. I remember strolling down this very hill and across others through tiny oozing creeks and leaping gaping vallies. Our brother with the handicap- yes, I owe him a visit or rather visits. To relate my tale of uneasiness. He's better at scripts than you or me. And has been cheated by unscruplous means. I aim to go after the 9th and wish to talk to you. But how? Your acts yell you're through. Was it me? Was it you? Dammit! I risk my dignity to spill beans, water and garri. . . And yet. . . (Sighs). . . Folk are beginning to notice- I should jog back. . . |
Competition in the kitchen. . . How 'bout an exchange? you tell your recipe, and I, mine. It better that way-- and tastes good too. |
Say all you f--king want, bluespice or whatever idiotic name you go by - the way a nation is percieved in the international community is a factor of the way her citizens behave and act internationally, Nigerians - including all the goons posting on this thread, are very unruly, very rascal, brainless, dumb, crooks and international fraudsters - check the way majority of them got paprs to travel abroad and you will agree with me that they are crooks of the highest order - therefore, if the international community sees these ones and their way of life, how then can they judge the country otherwise? Even Vietnam is placing a hold on the issuance of visas to Nigerians because Nigerians go to the country and spol the country - Ghana, South Africa, China, all these countries detest Nigeria so much because of the Nigerians living amongst them - Britain detest Nigeria so much because of the Nigerians living amongst them - not because of the Nigerian leaders, not because of epileptic power supply, but because of the life style, fraudulent as it is, of Nigerians living amongst them. So, blame yourselves, blame the way you wash your dirty clothes in public, blame yourself for fake visas, blame yourselves for the manner the international community sees Nigeria- until Nigerians abroad changes their way of life - no one will bother to count Nigeria amongst the league of natons. South Africa has the worst crime rate in Africa - yet, anything international, they are involved, they are hosting the world cup shortly, why, because their citizens now how to behave, they are wise and intelligent, but Nigeria, what do we get, we have dullards come here on NairaLand to talk and post rubbish, just because they found themselves living abroad, what audacity, if I have my way, anyime i travel abroad, and i see these nin compoop Nigerians acting silly, I will have a baton ready to knock his/her head silly until he/she knows the right thing to do - kappish.
Mmm. . . Interesting choice of weapon. |

Straight to the states of polar bears, penguins and twilight zones where eletromagnetic forcefields at night imprints you with displays of aurora. . .
