Very sad. Reactionary Government. What would the panel unravel? Most likely the PHCN cable was dangling dangerously and everyone disregarded it. Shouldn't some officials be fired for negligence?

Well that's fine lets hope ICPC investigates this properly and ties up the loose ends. Most likely these 40 vehicles papers might not be directly linked to him personally and in court this matter would fall flat on its face Enough of media trials.

I believe what your lawyer is sending to the Landlord is a Letter of Demand and not a "petition" like you called it. Its a good start as failure of the Landlord to accede to your lawyer's demand would result in either him petitioning the Police to investigate the fraud or a lawsuit to recover the money depending on what your lawyer deems is ok in the circumstance.
I hope you read the comments on your thread including very absurd suggestions that you use the DSS, Army, Civil Defence, Alfa and so on? I wouldn't comment further. Good luck

I had this funny encounter with my 2 years old daughter sometime last year. She wakes me up at about 4am...
Daughter: Daddy, daddy!!!
Me (sleepy eyed): Yes huh

Daughter: I want to poopoo
Me: Oh, ok (still in bed but struggling to get up to take her to the toilet)
Daughter: Daddy its pee! I want to pee!!
Me: (standing now) is it poopoo or pee? Which one do you want to do? (her Mom hears us and is up now looking at us both...)
Daughter: It's poopoopee! I want to poopoopee!!!
I cast a bewildered look at her & Mom as we both burst out in laughter...and take her to do the number 1 & 2... grin
