Pls can you tell us the mode of your delivery and if possible the degree of tear you sustained during delivery.

I had tears when I delivered. It was vagina delivery.

It softens the stool. It’s costs around N700
Also get Constistop and drink three times daily

Try and be taking a lot of water,a lot of water is really important and if you can make water leaf vegetable too

These are the things I used to soften my stool too and they worked

If you’re pregnant please know that the pile/hemorrhoid won’t go until you have your baby, I was told at the hospital that it’s the baby’s weight of the blood vessel around the anus that caused the rectum to pull out like that

Please stop pushing it back in,I did twice but I wish I never did cus it made matters worse as it became bruised and swollen(mine was as big as the size of a lemon) and trust me the pain was more than excruciating to the point that I passed out due to the pain

Usually hospital will prescribe pregnancy safe affordable drugs for you and that may not give you the relief you need ASAP
I don’t know the rules of naira land as to mentioning products but maybe there’s a way you can contact me so I can tell you what I used for mine

you will need my Airtel 4G router smart Box,

you need a dedicated router for your home and my router fits. It offers high speed better than portable mifi.

If your tv have a Lan port you can connect it with the Lan wire directly to the router usually faster if not you can use wireless, which my router does so well.
You will also need unlimited data plan and Airtel does that well.

Then you can sign up on streaming apps, Netflix, Amazon prime and showmax, choose one or all, then you will need to subscribe for monthly plan, for Netflix 2400naira monthly is good, same for Amazon prime, show max I don’t know.

Then enjoy your tv

#ps ensure you find out which network has strong signal in your area, because without strong signal your internet speed won’t power up your smart tv and you won’t enjoy it.

Is it same oral diclofenac.

I have used many types of pain reliever but yet , I have not gotten any relief.

The joy of motherhood is not happening to me 100% . I am grateful to God for the new addition to my family but I am not enjoying it thr way I envisaged.

I am not getting any help as per my other 2 kids.
My baby doesn't sleep at night.
The pain that happens in the uterus when breastfeeding tops the list.
I have not pooed and I have pains all around my waist.

I have not been able to sleep well. If I sleep for some time , I wake up with stomach pain.
My husband is still not back.
