Eyeing December team though I have not done my scan .
Constipation (abi is it indigestion) is dealing with me .
This pregnancy journey en one can never be truly ready. A time or the other you would be so down....

I prepared for over two years , yet when I see a pregnant woman with an already bulging stomach , I praise her and in my mind I ask " how is she coping"

Anyone with my thoughts?

As for the black poop, it could be your diet such as veggies soup or even blood tonic. Veggies also softens some persons poop.

If it's much, you can take ORS to replace the loss fluid so as not to be dehydrated. But don't let it get out of hand, see your physician.

Pls keep taking fluids to avoid dehydration. Or you may want to see a Dr immediately if ure feeling weak. I experienced d black poo ish during preggie too but I was told it was as a result of the iron tabs I was taking

Thank you Mamas . I just took a cup of water now, dehydration has really been dealing with me . I will try and take more.
it's just that I feel water causes constipation for me ; when I drink water , it feels as if I have some food in my throat .

How are you doing today .
I like this roll call of a thing but I never Sabi my month..... can't wait to join a team . May God see us through the month.

I have something bothering my mind and I am here to ask if anyone ever experienced it before.
my poop came out black today though It had happened before but it didn't take long before It went back to normal .
Today's has been a different story ; running stomach, black poop and loose bowel.
I know it's not normal but I want to know if anyone had experienced this before and what it may mean .
I was asked to come on Tuesday to collect my test results (the ones we do when pregnant) , I don't know if I should wait till then .

In another news,
Doctor prescribed Coartem but on getting to the pharmacist , she instead it wasnt safe since pregnancy isn't up to 3 months .

Torn between the two professionals now , don't know whom to follow .

She's not finding it hard to poop, she's learning to poop and her intestines are getting trained.
Put her on her tummy ( make sure you're with her whenever she's on her tummy) ,use warm water to press her tummy in the mornings, eat lots of fruits and also watch what you eat. Most babies are sensitive to beans too.
As long as she is ebf, let your mind rest for tummy issues with your baby.
