Why not go for scan?

I have done it thrice due to my inquisitiveness . Hubby has decided not to pay for any other one until 6th month . The nurse at my anti natal clinic says she won't be able to pick the breath until later .

my last question about how how to clear my Tommy of junk and the answers to it made me realize I am probably the only weird one here .

I eat a lot that I am scared of sleeping in the night with heavy stomach . The most annoying thing now is that , whenever I prepare food , I will eat dish my self 2 small portions of the food thinking in my mind that I just ate little and when oga comes and take his food , I will start fighting him for taking too much and leaving little food for me because in my mind , I only tasted it . The funny thing is that at the end of the day I may not go back to the food and it may lead to wastage . Today now , I did the same thing and oga don vex leave everything for me.
what do I do with this ojukokoro that is doing me (according to oga I don catch one spirit for road )

in another news , this baby is kind of gentle o, I have still not felt any serious movement . It's like once in a week . This gentleness has made me done a repeated scan thrice ! all in just 4 months .

Baby was turning around too on my last scan and the way he appeared big , I was thinking I ought to be feeling his movement in a week time@gratefulme

Mummy, babies and daddy are doing great. To God be the glory.
Congrats to my fellow team May mamas that have delivered. I’m so emotional at the moment, I cannot really believe it’s now a reality. May God almighty make it easy for all the mamas here on this thread.

Nairaland is just the place to be.
I busied myself with diary reading yesternyt when I couldn't sleep and it was awesome. zaynie's Diary is good and I have been following for sometimes now. Yesterday, I came across ganjababe's and Anugod's diary and I must say who ever hasn't read should pls do . Read these 3 great writers' diaries and you will never feel bored .

can anyone suggest any other good Mama's diary ? I heard about booqee's but I think she left NL already.

My people,I have done the scan o and both the radiologist and the doctor Said nothing was found to be a problem in my stomach . I am confused , I don't know if this watery thing is discharge or water . why this pregnancy is making me look like a jjc after birthing a child is surprising to me

Totally different from my first too. My next scan is second trimester in July. Mine has been weakness, vommiting and loss of appetite, not faithful to the drugs too. God is our strength.

FINAL PART: THE DRAMA!


After the insert pill, contractions started increasing, I started seeing stars from about 3/4pm, I begged for pain relief he said it will slow down contractions, seeing me in pains, he decided to give me very little, not sure this helped the pain. At about 6pm, I was just 2cm. (I had a nurse assigned to sit by my bedside through out, so she was helping with rubbing my back sometimes). At 7pm, Gynae came and inserted the second pill, I went to heaven and came back. After sometime, I sent for hubby and told him to tell Gynae I wanted epidural. After sometime Gynae showed again with some items sha and said he shld check how many cm first, I screamed no matter the cm, just give me epidural, lol, he checked and said u are 5cm, u are progressing well, u can do it, I said im in pains, he said it’s not as if I don’t want to give u, that’s it, (pointing at the items he came with) I came with it but I know u can do it, u are at 5cm already.

At around past 10pm, he checked again and I was 6cm, he said in less than 4hrs I’ll give birth, I screamed, Will I be like this for another one hour? Pls help me, help me, (Funny me) he now decided to rupture the membrane, placed his finger inside my cervix and was doing something I don’t know that made me fly from 6cm to 10cm in some minutes, all I was hearing was, u are 7cm now, almost 8, u have entered 8, getting close to 9, 9cm now, 9, 9, 10cm now. I tot he was just lying to calm me down only for me to be shouting I want to poo, he said wait it’s ur baby’s head. I kept shouting, he said if u push its cervical tear and its theatre matter o, he sha injected me incase I myt need a tear. At that 10cm, Oya push, story, push na, I didn’t know how to�, hold ur knee and raise ur head as if u want to look at the baby and push, he finally gave me a small tear, and at the final push baby came screaming his lungs out and I heard “10:41pm”

Birthing placenta was easy, just little cramps.

(Ps: same Gynae did my 2 DnCs and knows my story so he carried my case like egg)

My ppl outside said they already thought its morning I’ll give birth after hearing 2cm and was shocked to hear push.

I have not been really loyal to my drugs , the heartburn is killing.
I have this dryness of the throat every now and then (even after drinking water)

when should the next scan be ?
I am dying to know what is going on inside there as this pregnancy is very much different from my first .

For your bitter tongue/ mouth try to drink lemon and cold water , that’s what I used to do , squeeze a little lemon into the glass or you cut it up into pieces and put it glass of water
