Two years back Myself & My Wife have been granted Multiple B2 Visa with 5 Year validity , we had been to US, she had Baby Birth in US

I visited the consulate after a while in order to get some documents ready for my Baby in order to get the US Passport

Outta curiosity what documents did u need to get the baby's passport?

when I was there, the Officer has figured out that the reason behind being in US wasn't for pleasure, and it was for my wife to give a birth in US so our baby gets US Citizenship, hence he told me that "we believe that you were not honest your intention to visit US" and your Visa will be revoked, with a red pen he has written "REVOKED" on my Visa.

1. Is it possible for me to get a Visa to US in the future for pleasure?

I don't see why not. You might have to do some explaining

2. Is it possible for me to get a Visa to US in the future for Business?

3. If I have been selected in the DV Green Card Lottery, will this case effect my chance to get an immigrant visa?

It shldnt.. But mehn I'm not sure how their lottery tingy works.

But I realised that the trend in the choice of hospitals and cities have changed over the years; 2011 to 2015. Moreso, from this forum I realised I suppose to have started the whole process before now. All I have is a Virgin naija passport, though I was supposed to go to Dubai last month but couldn't make it because hubby's visa wasn't ready till my leave days got exhausted. We only have tickets that we can amend to go if we have the time

No quite cos I was denied both uk and us multiple times and my sissy inlaw advised me to travel to dubai. I went like 4 times within 3 months came back n returned to us embassy d vo kept looking at d stamps before saying yes to me at last! So she might just be lucky.

The bank statement has been inconsistent for some months now. I have a project that i am doing and its zeros my balance. With this new development, i would stop the project and concentrate on funding the account appropriately. I can start that this month till March/April we intend applying. But that would only be a solid 4-5 months statement. Confused!

Reason for Wife's visa first:

Since i have been refused based on my family and siblings being in the US and no strong ties to Nigeria, i want my wife to apply first, then i go after she has been given.
