hello mr ikenna. i own a 2005 307 sw (pix attached). about 4weeks ago, i noticed that its radiator gets dry/empty over a short distance. after observation, i detected there was a leakage somewer arnd d engine. i then filled it at intervals wen i used it that weekend. i decided to take it to my mech after i complained to him. on the day it was being driven to the mech, it stopped on the way though car was driven by my brother. the mech came about a week after to check, he sed d 'kick' is bad and charged #7k, i gave him d money to change it. he called again that d car still wudnt start and suggested we tow it to his workshop in Ogudu GRA (i stay in Ikotun) which i had no choice but to agree. he called days later that the cylinder, valves (bent) wer havin issues n needs to b fixed after bn diagnosed. he sed he wud nid at least #50k to fix this problems and d broken plastic leaking water. am seriously confused as this was given to me as a gift and dont want to be frustrated by high cot of maintenance. i nid ur honest n candid advice. is der an engine called 'sudan' as my mech always mentioned? tnx

hello house, is it advisable to give anticcoci drug to laying birds? because I noticed that my birds have cocci and they are laying.

fishleg123. Apart from the drop in number of eggs laid, what other abnormalities, if any, have you noticed? Meanwhile, how many were laid today?

@fishleg123, layers mash has higher energy and in some cases it has higher protein too....your birds at this stage needs more protein dat will enable them form eggs and extra energy that will strengthen dem while laying this eggs....if u continue with grower it will wear dem out and before u know it ....they will be stressed up and it can led to anytin.....hope u know what dat means.

Pls change now.....u ought to VE changed wen they VE laid 5%.....but not withstanding..... Just change now......pls wen changing to layer's mash let it be a gradual process.....

@fishleg123, are your birds on grower\layer mash? What quantity are they eating? Any lighting program at night? Have you deworm\delouse them? Whats their water intake & vaccination program?
Your answers to these questions will help solve your challenge,IMO

pls at what age on weeks did you pick the 1st egg? are they on deep litters or cage and what brand of feeds are you using.?
