I do no.1, 3 and 10 and it does effect me, as for weed I have decided to quit it(you can suggest for me on how you quitted), same with alcohol because i detest it the more and as for reading i am planning on taking it as an habit because it will help me alot as an undergraduate. So you are right 💯

But you see tramadol(red ball to be precise) and codeine, i will keep on taking both in moderation till death no matter what people say or do. Because it makes me see life from the right perceptive. Someone taking any of these two mention above can never think of suicide even in challenging times.

Pls if you have suggest some tips i can follow in quitting weed and alcohol as you did for weed. I will appreciate your suggestions.

The only way I know of that worked for me is prayers. When you quit study the word of God. Bible says we overcame by the blood of the lamb and the words of our testimonies. Read up Matthew 12 vs 43-45 and get an understanding of why u constantly relapse. Also in as much as codeine and tm gives u joy I hope you understand that you are slowly killing yourself?

That addiction is the hardest to break and triggers most addiction. Prayers are effective in overcoming it as I battled with mine until I took it to God in prayers and one day I just lost the urge for it till now.

Well I think a substitute to find out if a person is selfish is taking a person out and watch what they orders. You can judge a lot about a person by giving them free food. Or take them out and outrightly feign you forgot your wallet or atm and not with cash. Watch their reaction if they continue chatting happily or start acting stressed. I tried this once I took a girl out and ordered bread and Fanta for herself while I took bottled water. She ended up putting the bread in her bag without eating, we gusted and laughed but I dumped her afterwards cos that was extreme selfishness to me.

What I'm about to say my trigger a lot of people but it's simply my opinion based on my research

I think the paradise promised to Christians and Muslims has already happened and we are currently in the aftermath of that paradise.

I find this to be a sick joke by the controllers having millions of people expect something that has already happened, and mocking the fact that they have no memories of it even though it's shown to them in so called artworks and structural remnants of that paradise.

The 72 virgins, the reigning with god and his angels, paradise, mansions etc, all of these are different versions of a story that has already happened and can even be seen in the depictions of the renaissance art and the beauty of the structures of the past.

The book of revelations isn't a prophesy of the future but a revelation of the past mixed with Christian doctrine to obfuscate the truth.

The book of revelation is a prophesy and a very continuous process that will keep on being effective even long after we are gone, when you delve deep into spirituality then you will understand that rapture is indeed true and it can even happen while you are alive. God is an experience and when that experience comes knocking, woe betide you if you are found wanting. For the nudity and freedom post, just Google "Renaissance art" and you'll see that almost all the paintings depict nude women and men.

They say art imitates life. Were women during the renaissance just walking around naked with almost perfect bodies? Or did they reflect the lifestyle, people and culture of the time.

Were they also walking around naked during the cold weather? Or were people of the time impervious to cold.

The women could feel more comfortable walking around semi naked as everyone would be viewed as a human being and not necessarily a sexual object.

You’ll notice the sculptures were depicted with flaccid and small joysticks, they represent self control, while erected penis represents lack of self control and sexual frustration.

Like I have shared many times, our current civilization is very recent on this earth. A different kind of human civilization was on this earth a couple of hundred years ago. They are the ones that built most of the great cities across our world.

A recent event occurred that wiped them out and their souls were put into our current bodies; made to reincarnate endlessly on earth; having no memories of their past lives.

Most of their buildings and art were destroyed by the enemy but some still exist today. All of their artwork has been given fabricated names, dates and creators, and they've all been termed as renaissance art. Art that still marvels us today.

In my opinion, renaissance artworks depict this previous civilization and the world they lived in. And when we observe the physical appearance of the people in these pictures, we notice how physically fit they look. Every single human adult in these paintings and statues look like they went to the gym everyday.

I find it weird that all the renaissance painters and sculptors made every human in their art to look muscular and fit, including the women - Or were these people a representation of the people who lived at the time. You would think that at least the painters would carve a fat or malnourished person.

Remember all of this flies in the face of our contemporary history. We are told that most people during the renaissance period were poor, sick and starving.

Bro try and be prayerful, cos if you think Nigerian sorcery is powerful then you’re in for a rude awakening, cos the people you’re going up against are badder than us in sorcery. You can tell a lot about someone, male or female with this simple test. Get a tomato that has a defect on one side, rotten, bruised, or just plain ugly. By one side i mean roughly half of the tomato needs to be unusable. Get ready to cook. Be sure to have additional tomatoes of perfect quality in plain sight. Have the other person cut up the tomato while you're cooking together.

If they don't wash the tomato this can mean they are careless. This person most likely has not had to get through tough times and just expects that another tomato can be had at anytime without much effort.

A keeper would be someone who washes the tomato, inspects it, finds the defect, maybe points it out to you then cuts off the bad half and uses the rest. This person knows how to work with what they have and don't expect that a new whatever will just be there for them when they need it.

Really what you all battling with this unhealthy habit should pray for is for God to help you I. Discovering your purpose. Once you discover your purpose it will give you the drive and passion to do away with habits that derails you from realizing this purpose. Most people as it stands right now don’t even have an idea of what their purpose is (anything you find challenging that adds significant growth and improvement to your life all round, it will challenge and break you, but your passion for it will exceed every pain you feel, it could be exercise, painting, teaching, service to others, e.t.c) Pray to God to help you discover ur purpose cos until you do, you will just keep drifting back and forth with this bad habit.
