I have said it before, the only way to stop this from happening is to set religious houses, LGA secreteriats and some other places as "safe havens" where a baby can be taken to with no questions asked apart from the name of the child, the birthday and immunization history and the mother or the person leaving the child can go without intimidation or arrests.
