I believe you be graduate or at least you attend primary school.. so my question is -- why your brain no think up better solutions other than spirit-linked ones?

You didn't even try to Reiterate or reinforce the need to be strong-willed & disciplined.

You jumped all these simple logical steps & your frontal lobe somehow managed to come up with putting the blame on spirits.

I don't think you're in the right place mentally to propose medical/self-help tips. And if you do give out such advices kindly restrain from doing so.

I made it a personal challenge to stop smoking weed since June of this year although it was a herculean task but I have to do it for my own good.

First step was by fasting, I lost appetite for food but at the same time it helped to eradicate THC and cbd from my body

exercise helped me to stop the feeling of being dependent on weed, anytime I get back from the gym I feel tired to roll up a jumbo wrap I always do.

The withdrawal symptoms, these symptoms always kick my head to buy weed again it wasn't easy tho at some point is started smoking again.

i started avoiding weed again that was during the August month, I notice my vocabulary has start to decrease but when I smoke weed the words will start coming into my head even during studies but it's was short term and next minute I don't even know where I kept my phone or my house keys

I stop following my friends to smoke weed I became a lonely and I hardly go outside except it's something important or purposeful

Things I used to do for fun no longer excites me, music don't even give me the dopamine rush unless I smoke weed

I had to Stay away from my phone and the social media for months.

Anxiety and depression became too heavy for me but since i took the challenge I still overcome it.

But honestly it not an easy thing nothing ever gave me the best happiness I ever had if not weed.

Since September till now I've not smoked weed and I'm good with it
