I once had your mentality of "people cannot afford clean titled vehicles" but now I am a changed person. If all dealers disclose the status of their vehicles whoever wants to buy will still buy but they would have known what they are buying.

By the way I am a very passive dealer. I have never bought any vehicle for myself without asking questions and running my own checks.

In this case, the vehicle lost hundreds of thousands of miles of mileage between the US and its arrival for sale in Lagos. Remains a true mystery.
That's not even to mention its accidented status and the anger of the seller at being exposed.

Just checked and saw a whooping 360,000 miles deducted from the mileage account of this Highlander leaving a paltry balance of 13,000 miles claiming the car is almost brand new!

I am for full disclosure. But the buyer should not stop at that. Personally I will still conduct due diligence to save myself from an impending disaster.

Another case to consider is the situation where 2 or 3 'dealers' or agents are advertising the same car or are they an unholy trinity?

It seems to me your intention was more of haunting and taunting and not that of someone who is out to buy a car. Granted he omitted the fact but he never claimed the car was accident free. The asking price is right for a 2011 Camry SE with a door impact that has been fixed.

While a dealer should provide full disclosure the onus of due diligence still rests on the buyer.

That is like driving from Lagos to Gwagwalada near Abuja and back to Lagos everyday for 90 days without any day of rest for the driver! Perhaps there was no time to even service the vehicle because this journey typically lasts 10 hours or more.

That said, I think the vehicle is a good buy if everything checks out.

I have seen the real image before. The concept has nothing to do with gender of the skeleton.
