I thought Freeze said Pastor Adeboye is a businessman? So how come the Open Heaven written by the 'businessman' is now the "Word of God" that must be freely shared. He only ended up turning logic on its head. This guy is just a confused being and is purely on an attack mission. He started with no tithing, yet he wants materials distributed free of charge; is the church going to turn paper to money or tell the printing press staff to work free of charge? At 3 employees per branch of rccg, the church will be paying salaries of not less than 100,000 staff! There is no book reproduced in any form, even Gideon bibles and other free materials, without getting the permission of the author, and that is pretty much what the memo says. |
VictorRomanov:How or when did giving of maids as wives become a mosaic law? Or where in the Bible did God approve of the actions of these women? Why compare individual actions carried out by men/women in the old testament with laws expressly given by God? |
Serendipity:I am very sorry for the late response. I somehow missed the thread. The price of the Auto is fixed but the manual can go for 870k last. |
Auto is N950k, the manual is N900k. AC was not a standard in these type of vehicles when they were produced in Europe in the 90s. I would guess that more than two third of Golf 3s on the road are without AC. Even some Golf 4 don't have AC. |

They came with full clearing. I have Passats too - wagon and saloon, manual and auto - just in case you are interested.
|
The silver is the auto and the blue is the manual. They do not have air conditioner sir.
|
Another one is also available in blue colour. Transmission is manual. They are my cars by the way. I am not an agent. |
I have one in Abuja. Very clean, auto transmission. Just came in from Germany with full duty paid. Let me know if you are interested. |
jidobaba:As at July this year I would think a dealer that sells this car for anything more than N1.2m is a cheat. But now I know better. To break these things down is easy: Buying + towing +shipping estimated @ 1500 -1600 euros = 670k (this depends on the actual cost, country and distance to the port anyway) Clearing is around 380k Delivery to uyo is 50k Total is not below N1.1m If he adds 25%, selling price is between N1.35 and N1.4m sales commission inclusive if he has to settle any middleman. Caveat: I have no relationship with the seller and my estimates should not be used as basis for any transaction or negotiation. |

MrBigiman:You are wrong sir. I used to think your way until I imported a few cars from Europe. Assuming it was his personal car (meaning he didn't pay for it), he will need nothing less than 650k to bring it in. Add delivery to Uyo which will cost him at least 50k except he is not going to pay the driver also. Those army checkpoints will not collect 500 naira from you. A '99 C Class this clean costs upward of 1000 euros. Remember to use September exchange rate. Pls finish the maths and mark it up with 20-25% for his effort. Sincerely speaking today's fair price will be around N1.4m and that is being very modest. All said, the buyer still remain the king anyway. |
NgcoboP:Now you are talking. That's how to bargain. You don't have to make the seller feel sorry for himself. ![]() |
tyup:I wanted to respond to you, but when I checked your profile and saw that you are looking for who will help you write exam for you to get admission into university, then I realised it's not worth it. |
Kolababe:After criticising her you are still inviting the young people to see more nudity all in the same post. Your insensitivity stinks. |
NgcoboP:Oga, I suspect you have diarrhoea upstairs. Or how else can we explain this. |
Alright I get you sir. You have a superior argument on the strength of your experience. Per the registration, you may note the following: 1. Certain vehicles are automatically designated as commercial. e.g. container vans and all types of trucks. For instance, if you buy a single cabin pickup which carries driver and 1 or 2 passengers, it must be registered as a commercial vehicle. 2. If you have a double cabin pickup, it can either be registered as a commercial or private purpose vehicle. However you have to state the purpose at the point of documentation. 3. If you plan to inscribe your company name or advert on your vehicle, then you are better off registering it as a commercial vehicle. 4. I have a bus with collapsible and removable seats that is registered as private though I mostly use it for commercial purpose. The disturbance by local govt task force and police (in Abuja) is lesser with my private number. 5. Especially for interstate vehicles, you will need local govt permit. They sell it around 25 to 30k. It runs from January to December. So you lose if you delay in buying it in January. Per title owner, a company or a private owner can register a vehicle as any type - either commercial or private. But note: 1. If a company registers a vehicle for a private use but it is being used for commercial purpose then task force, VIO or police can make an issue out of it whenever they request for your document. 2. If you are caught up in a traffic offence, the brouhaha is much more for a company registered vehicle. The 'milking' is more. My advice: 1. Buy your vehicle in your name. 2. If it is strictly for commercial purpose then register it as so. 3. Depending on the type of vehicle, eg dual cabin Hilux, If you are really sure it will serve dual purpose, then register it as private. |
I am trying to imagine why you would need a closed van (container body as you said) and still think an Hilux will serve the same purpose. They are both utility vehicles but not used the same way. |
StCapital, except you are talking from personal experience with a particular vehicle make, it is always wise to consider fitness for purpose and maintainability over likeness when it comes to buying a vehicle for commercial/business purpose. That said, we might be able to advise you better if you tell us what kind of commercial purpose you need the vehicle for. |
You can consider Volkswagen Transporter (T4) van. It will more than suit your budget. They are quite common on Nigerian roads. |
Explorers:Explorers, these two pictures don't match going by their height. The shorter man in the second picture is way taller than the woman in the first picture. |

Please, if you don't have the capacity to explain your points logically, don't bother mentioning me. What has Rev King got to do with the point we raised.
