They ask you to drive forward a bit more to where you can not see the meter very clearly and start selling into your tank without allowing you to confirm the meter reading.

If electricity goes out while dispensing, they call out an arbitrary amount that they sold already and quickly wipe it off as soon as light is restored so as to continue selling. There is a likelihood that their figure stays in your head rather than what will be on the display.

They oversell to your car by an amount that is less than 100. The change you will collect from them is fairly negligible maybe 60 or 70 naira so you will leave it for them. Not much but significant when they gather it for a dozen or more vehicles.

Get a mechanic to assess it for you. "Female used" has never been a yardstick for assessing used vehicles. Women may be good at 'gentle driving' but women on the average don't follow maintenance schedule the way men would do. In fact, many more don't even usually know when things are going wrong in a car.

Your best bet is to run it yourself. Keke, Danfo or Uber are all profitable. It depends on your capital outlay to support it. For example,
Danfo is about 950k
Uber Corolla, a very good first grade tokunbo 1.2m
Keke is about 750k.

I have known some acquaintance who started from Keke and added danfo in a few months.

The issue with danfo is the stress, not everyone doing uber can do danfo. as regards the stress "agbero" wahala. If u are not the troublesome type, you are going to find it difficult, troubles from passengers, agberos, name it, it will frustrate you, but that's if you are driving it yourself.

Just body works. 08 spider (Camry) cannot be upgraded to 2015 though. The bodyshells are not the same.

I also suspect that a lot of tokunbo cars that are advertised as upgraded were actually damaged vehicles. The dealers decided to go for the body upgrade in the process of repairing them.

Bros na fight! An interested buyer who is out looking for an Honda Accord will call the seller and ask for price and many other details about a car, not sure it will be more than 500 naira airtime. I for one will request for more pictures and the condition of the vehicle before requesting for the price and I will not even bargain until I inspect and check out what I want to buy.

It's not possible though to sell that bus above 1M because first, it's not a popular make and you have to put the Availability of spare part into consideration and secondly, Only passenger vehicles to have value now days.
