My Samsung galaxy s8 screen turned dull, the screen display is no longer bright..Although the screen have a little crack, the screen issue started long after the screen got crack.
Please Note: the screen is displaying perfectly, just that is the display is somehow grey. What do I do?

Thanks brov. Just like you, I still find it hard to believe its the screen, I tried calling my number and it says switched off and my Watch is not connected as well which means the phone is off. When I press the power button, I don't get a vibration which normally comes up when the phone gets switched. These behavior is making me doubt its the screen but anything can happen tho.

The phone did not fall of hit anything. I'm still surprised.

Good evening
I woke up to my Samsung s20 ultra being dead, I have tried charging it but the charging icon does not show up to ascertain if it's charging or not.

I tried the charger with another device and the charger is working properly.
Nothing happened to the phone, I used it around 530 am and when I woke up by 8am it was dead and not charging.

Dunno what to do.

I have tried the volume and power key option, nothing happened.

1...Phone turns off by itself after less than 6 mins of use
2...Phone become very extremely hot after less than 6 mins of basic operation

Please iPhone experts,please what do you think is the problem of the phone and how much would it cost me to fix it?
