That's serious. That means I have to prepare myself to visit Lagos. I called their office and they said I have to come with my transcript aswell. Without the transcript,they can't register me.

As long as we have Bigfrancis and some other great dudes,omor no shaking. No man should be considered a demi-god. There are a lot of great dudes who have been so instrumental in helping many find their way to the states. One man down can not stop the ship from sailing down to obamaland. Great men like bigfrancis will keep putting smiles on our faces.

Lol I was even thinking it was 25k. Cuz as of last 2 years or so it was 23k. Prolly high now cuz of the dollar rate. I actually want to call the school, cuz I dont see any point paying that amount when I will still write GRE. I will call the school and ask them. Its unlikely I will make the payment tho

Am actually applying into Minnesota State University. The registration applies to Masters students too. I called EducationUSA office in Lagos and they said its 36k. But a friend here on the forum said he got admitted into the school. Am contemplating making that payment. What do u tink?

Please who knows much about Minnesota state university, i made research on dere site and it was stated dere dat less than 10% of student frm Nigeria got deir Visa approved with the school. Pls is it an approved school. Pls enlighten me more on the sch. Thnks

Well to be honest,I'll advice you to target a different date and also target fall admission. U don't have to put urself under any sort of pressure. That money is toomuch to end up being pressurized.

Well it depends on you,and your schedule. If u r free at d moment and u have ample tym to really study,then u give it a try,cos it requires full concentration and lots of time to study.

Just go to the first page and read the first writeup,u will see an email there. Send a blank message to the email and u will get a message immediately.

After having serious issues with my GRE registration,its been resolved atlast. This is my year. By God's grace I shall be among those dat will step into Obamaland this year.

Provided you registered on ETS website and have an account with them, just login there and click on print exam ticket or something related to it and you should be able to print it out..

ETS suppose attach a copy to you if you didn't have an account with them but I believe you should have an account with them..

I didn't register directly on the ETS site but I have an account with them. What I did was I printed the form from the ETS website then I filled it then took it to the exam centre at Aba and it was posted to the ETS office. I didn't get any confirmation code or registration number cos I tried printing and I was asked to put either confirmation code or registration number. What do I do?

I received a mail from ETS that my admission ticket for the exam is ready and I can print from my gre account. Please how do I get the registration number or the 7digit confirmation code? You guys know I printed d form from the site,filled it,and then posted to their address on the form. Plz hw do I get these codes or registration number?

Why not send a mail to the three other schools and ask if they will accept an evaluated copy of your transcript. So it will be easy to send to all four through WES.

Guys am having similar issues. I registered for paper based GRE and still haven't gotten any response from ETS. The option which I took was to print the form from ETS site,the filled it,went to the centre at Aba which is Dority International school and met Uncle Louis who is incharge of standardized exams,made the payment to him and went back to Calabar. Called him and he said he posted the form to the Princeton address on the form. Guys I just called ETS and they said my form has not gotten to their office. This is 27th and I made dat registration on 25th of November. Am disturbed here. What do I do? Its giving me sleepless night.

Yes, you can send both Bsc and PGD to WES for evaluation, and it takes WES roughly a month to get your document evaluated. This also depends on how fast your undergraduate school in sending your document to WES and replying WES when its due for verifications (those stages can be so annoying).. You just need to wait for your evaluated report and make use of it..
The GRE requirement depends on schools, most schools average GRE requirements for assistanships is 300+ . Make sure you do well..All the best bro

I called them and the lady said she can see my form but it hasnt processed. I think i will call back after the new year break. Will send my transcript to WES by January so dt it cn be evaluated. Just monitoring the dollar rate. No time to waste. PGod bless

(1) Please I have a B.Sc and a PGD at the moment,my B.Sc isn't too good but I have a 3.87/5.00 CGPA in my PGD,please during evaluation should I send both transcript? And please how long does it take for WES to finish evaluating?
(2) Secondly please I intend applying for fall admission,please during application should I use my current CGPA or I should wait for the evaluated CGPA.
(3) I have registere for GRE,please what's the minimum or average score one can get to attract waivers or assistantships?

You only need to be worried if you've waited for more than 4 weeks, and yet no show. You won't see a mail until after processing, so give it the standard time. If the man has sent it to the address, be rest assured.

Am really worried. I submitted the form on the 25th of November,made payment to him there at the centre then went back to Calabar. Today is 26th December. Still worried. Don't just want anything to distract me at the moment. Its really getting me worried. The man's number hasn't been going through for some weeks now.

I have just mailed him. The issue here is for the paper based gre,there are two ways of registering. Either you do it online or you register at the test centre by printing the form online,filling it,then the centre will then post the completed form to Princeton,US. Mine was posted last week on the 25th of November but I haven't heard from them. Is it possible that the package hasn't gotten to the US? Heard it takes upto 3weeks for packages to get to the US.
