jhoci: Hello @fizzle, don't take it the wrong way. We just need to be careful about the type of comments or questions we ask online to avoid unnecessary "exposure". Besides, if you wanted to sample opinions you shouldn't have asked privately first before coming on the thread, it undermines whatever response she had given you. Not nice in my own opinion. Its alright. I quite understand. Lets leave it and move on. No hard feelings |

Newmum0615: He asked this same question, he got an answer. But e still wan ask. When we cause them to put in more stringent measures in checking applications from Nigeria, maybe we will learn. Na waaaoooo.. that i mailed you and got a reply and still came here to ask same doesn't make it an offence. Atleast understand that people have different circumstances but when you lash out at one just because he or she needed more responses,i dont think it is nice at all. Thanks all the same. |

Talking about misrepresentation of POF, will it be wise for one to make some withdrawals after printing of bank statement? Lets say something comes up with requires some finance and you withdraw some money after printing your statement of account. Whats the implication? |

Fiona111: Being following this thread since April last year and am glad to announce that ITA arrived like a thief in the night yesterday. I did medicals at prime medical consultants in PH yesterday in anticipation of Wednesday draw but IRCC had other plans. Although my experience at prime medicals was not the best waking up to getting ITA has rejuvenated me. Hey Fiona111, what was your experience? I am planning to use prime medical consultants. |

Canadianhopeful: Fizzile, TEECAN, einsteino, ednut1,elfmannisback,mcstan18, thank you guys for your timely advise about starting me and my spouse's application afresh. We contacted the immigration lawyer and told her we would like to stop using her service and that she should refund the money paid for application...after a little stalling, she agreed to pay up as soon as she can cancel our registration from their database. She says it will take up to a month, so fingers crossed. Once we get our refund, we can start a fresh application She is simply waiting until she receives her salary before she refunds you. She didnt submit anything. Put pressure on her, tell her you now know the procedure and she simply didnt submit anything. If i were you, i will give her two weeks to refund that money. |

Kayma2000: Hello All,
Please i have a question. How did you send your UK degree/transcript to WES for evaluation and how many days did it take. Contacting your UK school will be the best thing to do. You dont need to send your certificate as long as you schoolee in the UK...atleast it is stated when choosing country of education. All you need to do is pay for your transcript to be send to WES. It will take about 5days or thereabout to get to WES |

prost80: Hello All,
Please what format does the Reference Letter take? Is it too early to start preparing such reference letter? What I mean is apart from the roles and responsibility, amount of hours a week, salary and those. Who are we to address it to? What address should we use? Kaiiii it is obvious many people don't spend time on page 0. All these are on page 0 and even summary of other parts. Just spend a few minutes and search page 0. You even have samples there. Alternatively type ircc address on the search bar and you will come across it. |

SkyWalk12: 1) Based on experience (mine and others), one week. As long as you post it to the UK and tell the recipient to scan it to you.
2) not all UK cities have airports so I think it’s your destination that matters the most. Almost everyone lands in London. Put your Uni city. I simply paid for international courier and hopefully it will be delivered to my Nigerian address...atleast based on the experiences of others. Had to search using UK PCC on the search bar and got some info. As for the destination, i will simply put my Uni City. |

Hey guys; (1) for those that requested for UK PCC, how long did it take for it to be delivered to Nigeria and what courier was used please? Response needed please
(2) Secondly, with respect to travel history... i had my studies in AAA City but my destination and where i landed in the UK was BBB city.. Please which should i state as my travel destination? Is it the city where i went for studies(AAA City) or where i landed in the UK? Cos on my passport, the stamp bears the destination where i landed. |

Newmum0615: @fizzile she is right. Let there be an overlap in the dates. Even if you did not have an overlap, ensure that you use something like "Waiting to start new job" or "unemployed" in any period you have left blank. For instance, let there be an August 2016 end date for one activity that has another activity starting from the same August 2016 except you ended August 31 and started September 1st. Let it look something like:
July 2016 to August 2016 (Job A) August 2016 to September (Unemployed or waiting to start a new job) September 2016 to date. (Job B) You should be fine. That's how I did mine though. Others may have different options sha. Thanks alot. I have been able to close up the gaps |

sleekchic: I am not a guru but I feel like this is what they want Nov 2017 - date ..... Sept 2016 - Nov 2017... July 2016 - Sept 2016... March - July 2016...
I have read it here that they don't want to see any day gap. So every day should be accounted for. Make sure the dates merge, ending one in July and starting the next one in August looks like one month was left empty. All the best. Thanks alot. Just rectified that |

Newbeecey: Check that you do not have any unaccounted for period in between. If you were unemployed for example, say so. Just use any of the office suite tools or scan through and note the start and end dates of all the activities you listed. I remember vaguely having this issue and thats how i resolved it. This is exactly what i have: september 2016 - Nov 2017: Msc July 2016 - August 2016: Unemployed( Resigned so i could pursue my MSc) March 2013 - June 2016: Employed March 2012 - March 2013: NYSC Dec 2011- Feb 2012: unemployed( was waiting for nysc) Sept 2005 - November 2011 ( Undergraduate) Please could you identify the issue here please. |

Hey guys, how are you all doing? Having a lil issue once again. While inputting all my activities in the past 10 years into my personal history, i keep getting this error message. I have entered all my activities ranging from when i started university, down to the few months i was unemployed, upto when i had my nysc, then when i was working, and then unemployed a few months before i left for Masters programme and back, but when i save and exit, it still shows in progress. Please what could the problem be? I have been battling with this since yesterday. These activities actually run from 2005 to late 2017. |
