I just realized that this thread has reached part Two (Covers face).
Please I will like some expert advise.
I have been in Canada for 6 months as a PR and will like to get advise on the best way to go about bringing my fiancee from Naija.
What I have planned is to visit Naija in like 3rd or 4th Quarter and get married legally. Afterwards I apply for Spousal sponsorship. However, the processing time (Of 1 year) is too much to spend another winter without her in my duvet. Please what can do to hasten her coming. She does not have a Masters to boost her CRS points, so applying for Express Entry does not seem feasible for now.

Dear All, good evening.

When I first met my woman, I met her decently dressed, since she is from a Christian background, likewise my very self.

But as time goes on I discovered she puts on dresses that are either too tight or too short. I have corrected her in love several times and even reported to her parents, she adjusted for a while and continued again.

She even promised to stop such dresses because of our baby girl.

This time around she put on a very short gown that makes her look like a prostitute on her WhatsApp profile.

On seeing it, I replied that I am ashamed and disappointed in her and as a result I refuse giving her the money she demanded.

She knows why I was angry and why i made such comment and instead of her to apologize she told her mother that I said I was ashamed and disappointed in her, her mother called me to ask me why I said such, I explained to her that its because I have been correcting her on her dressing but this one was too bad, she said OK and that's all.

Its over 5 days now I have not heard any thing from her and her mum. So I just kept silent too because the last that happened I was the one that called for a meeting with her parents to sort it out.

This time around I may not do such again.

However, if there is a better way you can advise me on this I will appreciate. Since her dad may not be in the know.

Monthly basis. If you are an industrious person, u can work for about 18hrs during term period and atleast 35 to 40hrs during holidays or when u r done with ur programme. Personally, i worked friday nights and saturday nights and i was able to pay bills but do not forget the main thing that took you there..."YOUR STUDIES"

Bro, from my personal experience and considering the fact that you are being conscious of cost, i will advice that u pay for a shared apartment. You will find shared apartments of £300 to £350 with or without bills or a studio of about £380 to £450 bills inclusive. I also did my Masters and the first place i stayed was about £300 without bills...until i found a place where i was paying £250 without bills. Abii u wan carry your money dash oyibo then go back empty handed? Atleast you are an adult and can be able to organize yourself. You will find other students too.. 85% of Masters students stay off campus..if not 90%..except you be otedola pikin..lolzzzz..

I would advise that you apply for University accommodation if you are in your first year or a postgraduate. Its easier and safer because you would be living with fellow students. Also the halls come with wi-fi and all utility bills. Vine Court which is close to the Management School is catered you get breakfast and Lunch which reduces the stress of cooking.

What sort of advice is that? He is talking about cost nd you are encouraging him to stay in the university accomodation. That's not fair. Lets be realistic, school accomodation could cost over 700 quid or more..meanwhile he can get a studio or shared accomodation for like 350 or 400 quid.
