Honestly, it was refreshing to see that side of Kai.

All we ask is for him to be consistent, he already has the work rate.

Interesting game.

- Zubimendi impressed me a lot.

- Gyokeres will cook when he finally adapts to the teams rhythm.

- Martinelli showed a glimpse of his former self. I just need him to be more consistent.

-Madueke offers something different to us.

-Hervertz surprised me with his pace today and the finishing was what made it even sweeter.

Overall, it was a beautiful game with some modifications to our game play, I saw rice coming deep on several occasions and spaming long passes which was beautiful to watch.

Now, onto United! Let’s see how it goes.

Same scenario that played out between Raya and Saliba against Newcastle last season just played out with MLS now.

Fine goal it was by the way.

I get we’ve grown past Xhaka but I don’t know why I have a mixed feeling about his return to premier league.

Like, why leave in the first place if there is possibility of returning someday, even if there was a change of mind, it should not have been so soon.

Anyway sha, good luck to him.

We go so paste Sunderland if we catch them last last.

Yes. Because Arsenal is not a small team.

They are capable of winning trophies.

From what I gathered from sources, they want to split the €10m performance related add-ons equally into 4 ways. Arsenal wanted 2 realistic, easy to achieve add-ons and 2 challenging add-ons while sporting wants all 4 add-ons to be easy to achieve. Arsenal has agreed to 3 of the add-ons but are insisting that this final add-on must be based on their terms and must be a challenging one and sporting are refusing. They want easy €10m lol.

Personally, I think this add-ons of a thing should be scrapped. It prolongs transfer deals and brings unnecessary tension between clubs. Arsenal should just agree to this problematic club's demands and get the deal over with. Time is running out, the player should have started training with the team by now.
Exactly, time is running out for the player.

We need everyone to hit the ground running as soon as the season starts.

I don't think this club is ready for big challenges jare
Well, it’s not my fathers money.

Let them do as it suits them. But to me, it shows lack of respect to the player. Both clubs are treating this deal like he is an inferior player despite his stats in the last two seasons.

My hope is that, this should not affect his mentality coming into the team. He should behave like an elite player and carry himself as such, we need an elite striker badly at the moment.

Arne Slot was lucky to win something in his first season.

Maresca was also lucky.

They did not do anything special, they did not make any tactical calculations.

They were not under pressure. That’s why they delivered major trophies.

We have been the most consistent team, challenging for the Title despite injuries and lack of squad depth.

Cho! Cho! Cho! No workings.

My gut is telling me that there is a financial loophole that Arsenal is exploiting by buying Chelsea scraps because what is all this madness about their players.

At this point, someone needs to mention it to them if it is not obvious at the moment.

By the way, I have missed watching Arsenal games.

I can't wait for preseason to start.

I share same sentiments with you.

Is it that most footballers don't learn?

I read somewhere that Trent had to get a personal investigator when he noticed a lady was beginning to move funny around him. I don't know how true it is.

Having said that, I hope he comes out untouched because it could be Mendy case all over again.

But for real, I’m impressed by Man City’s urgency in the transfer window.

I know it doesn’t translate to winning the league but this level of seriousness shows the level of efficiency and preparedness Man City have.

I will be cheering them up at the Club WC after the season they’ve had, especially Guardiola.

Seriously, by Moratas’ body language, you’ll know he was going to lose it. I wonder why the coach selected him for PK shoot out.

Spain really worked hard in this final but both teams equally deserved it.

Nuno Mendez should be the man of the match for me.

I’m watching this Portugal vs Spain.

I must confess that Premier League referees have a long way to go.

For me, It’s the way this referee had made certain calls.

How he handles tense situations while maintaining objectivity, not falling for players or fan’s reactions and grabbing the game by the neck.

Whoever eventually wins this game deserves it. Both teams worked hard for it.

Kudos to the ref too.

I think it has improved, however, I get what you mean in general. I also think his injury last season cost him. If he stayed healthy throughout the season, he easily could have been our best or 2nd. I hope we are speaking about Gabu.
Yes, same Gabu.

Bar his injury just like you said, he would have been among the top 3.

He was getting a lot of shout out earlier in the season though.

I must also confess, Kiwior stood up quite nice for him.

Rice deserved player of the season.

My only concern was that, Gabi should have been in the top 3.

Rice
Raya
Gabi.

I feel sometimes, Gabi doesn’t get enough recognition he deserves. Man is so committed to the club.

You didn't call the owner.
I am.sure there's already a list of players he wanted.
If he already has released 20 players.
He must have also sent names for purchase.
But if we want Arteta to buy it from his pocket
Then i say yes he should leave.
For me Gabriel Jesus should have been a good buy I don't know if it's injury or too much of holding the ball.
Generally our players now command a fee.
And what makes you think I can’t call the owners? You do know that this question of yours doesn’t make sense right? Why didn’t you provide the number to call since you brought the suggestion up.

On one hand, he has released players, on the other hand, has sent player names for purchase. Who actually is in control?

I get it, my stance on Arteta didn’t sit well with you. Well, that’s a you problem.

Merino scored goals kaikai can't
Better sell Kai and retain merino as second cf
While I agree with you, I also have a concern about him.

Baba can be quite heavy with his legs sometimes.

My point is, you will give him a simple pass and he will be dragging his feet on the floor till he loses the ball which most times will almost lead to a goal. This will in turn cause him to panic and try to commit a foul.

He has done it many times this season, against Madrid, against PSG and so on.

I don’t like that about him.

By the way, let Arsenal keep dragging their feet for this transfer window make them no sign striker as quickly as possible.

My own is that, if them no deliver trophy this season, I need Arteta to Fvck off my team, including the new SD.

Don't be an old piss. It has been debunked here that Arsenal has two European titles.

Besides that even, since you love to lament, lament that you haven't won the CL or that you didn't win it again this year. Lamenting that Tottenham won the EL is stupid because it's a class below us.

Are you wishing that we play EL next year so that we can win it? If your answer is yes, then you really need mental rehabilitation
You don’t even understand his context.
Using curse word won’t change the fact of what he is saying.

Tottenham competed in Europa- Won it.

Arsenal competed in champions league- Lost it.

By your logic- Losing > Winning.

The best way to know an unserious club and fanbase is how they react to winning trophies or other teams winning them.

Chelsea had so much success under Abramovich because of how they treated every competition. The fans, the owner, and the team go into every competition with the mentality of winning and never undermining anyone.

Here is an example. After winning the Champions league in 2012, chelsea had a not too good season in 2013 in the champions league and had to relegate to Europa league for finishing 3rd. Rival fans mocked them including myself.

And what did chelsea do, they went to the Europa league with the aim of winning, their fans, their owner demanded they win it and Chelsea won it; adding to their trophy cabinet and bragging right against rival clubs. At the end, Chelsea has won every major tournament winnable and are on the verge of winning a newly added competition.

But here at my club, we see being among the top 4 in the league has success. The new information now is that placing second in the league and getting to the semifinals of champions league is better than winning a trophy. Funny enough, some of our deluded fanbase look down on a trophy we haven’t even won in our history.

Interestingly, many of these same fanbase still hate Emery till date for losing that same Europa league trophy to Chelsea in the final. In addition, out messiah coach failed to win it for 3 good seasons.

Tell the same fans to show us the trophy they highly rate in our trophy cabinet, we have none to show for the past 22 years. How do we win big when we don’t even value the lesser trophies or acknowledge that other teams have done well for winning them. It’s not like we are Madrid or City in recent times who have had dominating wins in recent decade.

If una like, celebrate another second place next season while other clubs win trophies, na una know because me I’ve given up.
Word.
