See you... Shame no dey catch... After blaming the boy all your life... And failing to see he's one of our best players...

Comot for road abeg...
Baba, let's appreciate him for not letting pride deny him the truth, Mr Sod has always praised him when he does well, just that he'll soon switch when next the team lose points.
.it's Mr Kokane own thats worst, he was already typing introduction to his epistles on the boy at half time, We won at Frankfurt, he was the only one to bring the boys matter here with" Xhaka had a good game because he doesn't have Guen with him"
Note, pride couldn't even make him come Acknowledge the boy yesterday, he waited almost 2 hours after the game to say " Emery should never pair slow Xhaka and Guen". Imagine?

Shameful.

A reminder that when tactics and strategy fails, players need to take responsibility and channel a winning , never say die attitude to try and change the tide. A young man with this type of attitude is destined for greater things. He will still make mistakes but he needs this mentality consistently to take him far.

Losing should never be an option when you give your best consistently. Much appreciation to this young man for not being SCARED...
The star is in the ATTITUDE ( some call it activity forming)...
Replica of the spurs game, I know the boy can be confident though fóolishly over confident atimes, but I never expected those driving runs into the box, it's not his forte, these are the features of attacking players not deep lying ones like Guen..
Risking his legs and body to get that penalty, He almost cried when we conceded immediately, his shots hitting the bar, standing against the opponents trying to bully his players, doesn't even looked tired at 90min and running into the crowds...
That's why he's so loved by the fans, If only he and Saka can have that Xhaka and Welbeck's physique. cool

God of wonders, Frodd and his fans are winners already, the fact he saw his enemies use the door and watched him on TV is big on its own..

Emery will end his own career if he persist with Sokratis and Xhaka, it is clear Sokratis and Luiz combo is only good on paper, He rather not start them at Old Trafford, I wouldn't mind Holding/Mustafi/ chambers..

Kolasinac should be sold abeg,Niles should be relegated to bench.

Positives..

Guen's attitude is everything, played like a captain who desperately wants to win a medal, that's what we demand from the yeye senior leaders in the team..

Auba is the 2nd half was industrious, this is what we want, even if he isn't scoring, let's see you give the team support as against his former attitude of jogging and waiting for final pass..

Pepe was average for his standard, hopefully he starts banging it from next week.
Torrera/ willock good intro.

Hard work 3 points, this type of win will do well to the players mentality.

Both Emery and his players are madt, so they can raise intensity like this, if they can do it with 10 men, then it's possible we kill them off 3-0 before half time..

I hate seeing that slow, weak and lazy football in that first half.

Holding not featuring against Frankfurt makes me believe he will start today. I think it might be at the expense of David Luiz rather than Sokratis.

Something like ;
Leno
AMN Sokratis Holding Kolasinac
Xhaka Guendouzi Ceballos
Özil
Aubameyang Pepe

I want one of Saka or Nelson starting and Pepe on the wings playing wide.
Luiz ahead of Sokratis abeg, but since Luiz played in Europa and Sok was rested, he'll likely feature today.
Also no width in that formation, the game doesn't flow without wingers, we played our best football with Natural wingers in Pepe and Saka on both flanks.

City seem to score the same type of goals every week. A cross and a tap in at the far post. Why dont teams defend against this?
I noticed that to, and I wonder why teams can't nullify that tactics, I'm yet to see the highlight, but I'm sure it'll be that same kind of goals they score, De bruyne wips in hard pass/ cross and gbam someone runs to the other end to tap it in or their wingers do all tricks for players to attempt goal in the box.

De bruyne will soon go on his usual holiday, 3 months injury awaits him.
Islam › Re: Reciting Surah Al-Faatihah, Yaa Sin or Al-Ikhlas for the dead Muslim by Fkhalifa(m): 12:31pm On Sep 20, 2019
AbuTwins:
Can we do hajj for the dead?
Can we repay missed fast for the dead?
Can we pay debt for the dead?
Can we do an act of good deed and send the blessings and reward for the dead?

.

Where can we find it in the Qur'an and Sunnah to recite a particular Surah for the dead?

Since the Prophet did not do it then let's leave it and do what he ordered us to do.

Below are the deeds that meet the dead:

1.Ongoing Charity.e.g. a waqf or endowment.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except three: sadaqah jaariyah (ongoing charity, e.g. a waqf or endowment), beneficial knowledge (which he has left behind), or a righteous child who will pray for him." (Reported by al-Tirmidhi, no 1376; he said this is a saheeh hasan hadeeth).

It says in Tuhfat al-Muhtaaj (7/72):

"The deceased can benefit from charity given on his behalf, which includes a waqf of a Mus-haf etc, or digging a well (borehole), or planting a tree, whether he does that during his lifetime or it is done by someone else on his behalf after his death."
This includes building mosque on behalf of the dead

2. A du'a made by a righteous son/daughter. This is by far the easiest and simplest way to increase the good deeds of our dead Muslims.

Prayers for forgiveness offered by both sons and daughters of the deceased bring great benefits, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "A man’s status will be raised in Paradise and he will ask, ‘How did I get here?’ He will be told, ‘By your son’s du’aa’s (prayers) for forgiveness for you." (Reported by Ibn Maajah, no 3660; see also Saheeh al-Jaami’, 1617)

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“and say: ‘My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy as they did bring me up when I was young’”

[al-Isra’ 17:24]

3. Beneficial knowledge which the dead left behind.

4. Other Charity done on behalf of the dead.

‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) reported that a man said to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "My mother has passed away, and if she could have spoken, she would have given something in charity. Will she receive a reward if I give something on her behalf?" He said, "Yes." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, Fath, 1388)

Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father) reported that the mother of Sa’d ibn ‘Ubaadah (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father) died when he was away from her. He said: "O Messenger of Allaah, my mother has died and I am away from her. Will it benefit her anything if I give in charity on her behalf?" He said, "Yes." He said, "Then I ask you to be my witness that I am giving my garden al-Mikhraaf (so called because it bore so many dates) in charity on her behalf." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, Fath, 2756)

Abu Hurayrah reported that a man said to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "My father has died and left money behind. He did not make a wasiyyah (a will); will it expiate for his sins if I give some of it in charity on his behalf?" He said, "Yes." (Reported by al-Nisaa’i)

Sa’d ibn ‘Ubaadah said: "I said: ‘O Messenger of Allaah, my mother has died. Should I give charity on her behalf?’ He said, ‘Yes.’ I asked, ‘What kind of charity is best?’ He said, ‘Providing water.’" (Reported by al-Nisaa’i)

5. Fulfilling the vows of the dead if it does not contradict Islam.

Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father) reported that a woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said: "My mother made a vow to perform Hajj but she died before she could do it. Can I perform Hajj on her behalf?" He said, "Yes, perform Hajj on her behalf. Don’t you think that if your mother owed a debt you would pay it off?" She said, "Yes." He said, "Then pay off what is owed to Allaah, for Allaah is more deserving of having vows fulfilled." (al-Bukhaari, al-Fath, 7315)

6. Paying the debt of the dead. e.g. Ramadan fasts, money, e.t.c

‘Abdullaah ibn Buraydah reported that his father (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: "While I was sitting with the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), a woman came to him and said: ‘I gave my mother a slave-woman in charity, and now my mother has died.’ He said: ‘You have got your reward, and your right of inheritance has brought your gift back to you.’ She said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, she still had one month to fast – can I fast it on her behalf?’ He said, ‘Fast it on her behalf.’ She said, ‘She never went to Hajj – can I perform Hajj on her behalf?’ He said, ‘Perform Hajj on her behalf.’" (Reported by Muslim, may Allaah have mercy on him, in his Saheeh, no. 1149)

7. Performing Hajj/Umrah on behalf of the dead.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to one who asked him about Hajj: “Don’t you think that if your mother had a debt, you would pay it off for her?” She said: “Yes.” He said: “A debt owed to Allaah is more deserving of being paid off.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6699; Muslim, 1148. However the one who is to do this must have first performed Hajj and ‘Umrah on his or her own behalf.

8. Alloting a share of the ('Eid al-adha) Sacrifice to one's dead.

Another thing that may benefit the deceased is if his relative devotes a share to him of a sacrifice he offers. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) offered a sacrifice, he said: "In the name of Allaah, O Allaah, on behalf of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and the Umma of Muhammad" (reported by Muslim, no. 1967) – and the family of Muhammad and the Umma of Muhammad included both the living and the dead.

We should avoid bid'ia/innovations common around us which has no evidence from Qur'an and Sunnah! May Allah pardon and forgive the dead Muslims from the first Muslim till the last Aameen. May the peace and Blessings of Allah be on Muhammad , his family, companions and all those who follow his path till the day of ressurection. Aameen

Op, you are wrong with the You must not recite statement..
You even failed to provide the sunnatic or best duaa, also doing good deeds on beahalf of dead gets to them, expecially if its coming from righteous children, reciting Qur'an is a good act that can get to them..

Religion isn't hard, stop bidializing everything.

I honestly think we should look to sell Torreira or play him in his familiar role, which kind box to box the guy dey play?! angry

Emery is a clown, one win at frankfurt won't stop me from clamouring his sack after the season even if we still end up in top 4 but the performance remain abysmal...

Just like parading 11 strangers to play with each other, no structure... Confusion everywhere... angry
Sell Torreira ke shocked

The thing is he started as an attacking midfielder then Sampdoria fashioned him to a DM,he tackles and intercepts very well, him being the most mobile in the midfield is the reason for his to and fro movement on the pitch..
Torreira needs a big man beside him and he'll be fine like Kante..
Also Torreira is arguably the player who runs,go into duels and get fouled the most in the team, so he gets tired around 70mints, Sadly he doesn't have the body frame and support to ease task for him.

Emilio for me was the standout player. Now, this is not for the brilliance in saves but for TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. These are my thoughts and i may be wrong, but i do not think Emilio played to the managers instructions cos i still don't think Emery has suddenly stopped his playing out from the back philosophy. What i do think is that Emilio simply just said, "Bleep all this pass from the back, if you are wide open on the wings upfront , i will just send you the ball".

If that's the case then [b]shame on the "we were scared idiots called senior players" How can players not understand that there are times when what you planed in training is not working out during the game and you take it upon yourselves if indeed there are leadership qualities to change the plan, how hard is that[/up ? Not saying Emilio is now the next best thing but damn he simply just ignored everything in the managers book and played to his own strengths.

Still worried about our midfield compactness cos we were just way to easy to get by in that midfield . The manager has to take responsibility for this continuous occurrence
I feel that bro and that's my opinion on the matter, The manager wants you play from the back but common sense should tell when to switch to long ball, you've got 3 opposition players closing you down in the box,you still went ahead to pass to opponent, At 30 yrs, he really messed up and should be punished with bench..

Of all the 8 goals we've conceded in the league, at least 5 of them are give aways, take away that and its maximum points in those games...

Yes the midfield is still porus but its a minor problem and will get better with time, the most deadly of them is give aways at the back.

In as much as pepe isn't there yet as we want him to, I won't call him derogatory words just yet. I believe he's still struggling with the fact that decisions in the epl are to be taken in an instant without being given much space for showboating.

I believe if our midfield comes back alive with Xhaka spreading the ball up field and Luiz occasionally doing same, pepe should be beating his closest marker and getting into shooting positions.
Yes of course, I just used that Ivorian Lingard as a tease.
Pepe will click for sure, even if it's next season, but I believe by October after next break, he would have adapted and understood the football culture..
Personally, even without much end product for now, I believe he's been a major asset to our attack.

I don't know if this sounds right, but I wish Pepe could into such positions like Saka did yesterday and also shoot as calmly as the boy did. If u watch Saka's goal again you would see he was calm, didn't over hit the ball, but rather chose his angle and placed a curling ball into the corner of the net.

Also, in the buildup to the first goal he easily beat his man one on one and laid the ball in Willock's path without allowing the opposing player's press to get the better of him and lay a misplaced pass.

This is no way comparing the two of them or claiming Saka is superior ó, but I just feel if Pepe can get more comfortable without thinking of his price tag each time he gets the ball then he will hit the topmost form soonest.
The Ivorian Danny Welbeck cheesy sorry world best dribbler needs to score before next international break, because fans may descend on him like Pogba, Even Hazard is on this table, Goals and assists are what fans and media wants to see from a forward with such high price tag.

Now let's get a quality LW in jan, so Saka can study and be the new Raheem Sterling.

Chambers was chucked in way too early and it damaged him in my opinion but he is coming back slowly.
They need to develop their games week in week out with no mountains of pressure. The talent we have in our academy is numerous.
But some people are of the opinion that Mbappe,De light, are tearing Europe apart and we should stop saying a player is young, give them time to learn and shouldn't be spared of harsh criticism.

Luiz is and has been very good, his errors makes it seem otherwise..

Mustafi..I'm happy for him, Sokratis must feel the heat from him..

Chambers. He did well, he looks physical and bossy, exactly how I want it..
Xhaka..his best performance this season, how I wish he does it consistently...

Saka..Easily MOTM, this one get potentials, he looks like a young Sterling, that's how wingers do it, not that overrated Nelson, if only he has that Pepe,Iwobi Mane's physique, OMG, I'll play him ahead of Auba on the LW.

Good win and nice to see fans and players feel positive again, we are getting there, after the next international break, team would have oiled, I reckon we are going unbeaten till we face man city. cheesy
