I think the major snag here is that you see cooking as a chore and not as something to be enjoyed!! At 16, it's okay to be a free spirit but remember no knowledge is lost so if you do know how you actually might use it sometime in the future and if you don't , no loss there!

This is a very serious issue in the banks and i think the reason is because the customer service jobs are considered dead end jobs ;in most banks you will not get promoted beyond a BO in CS so for the workers there is no motivation.
Prior to the advent of telecoms in Nigeria people never used to complain because they did not know that it is their right as cusatomers to demand good service from providers and not a priveledge as the banks make them believe.
I realised the rot in this industry when as a seasoned customer service person/ trainer i applied for a job in Zenith bank and at the interview i was told i had to many years of experience to work in CS instead i was offered a marketing position.
If only the top guys realised how much business existing and potential is lost by the minute because of poor service delivery ,

Infidelity unfortunately is not a gender thing these days and i honestly don't believe polygamy is the answer, for most humans the chase, the risk and the danger that makes it exciting ends once you marry the second wife so you head out again.

Finally, how can you possibly plan the future with someone like that?once the trust dies your marriage is as good as dead and once your husband stops caring what you do or who you're with the end is near.
As for the cure , i feel if we all constantly remember to " do unto other as you would want them to do unto you" life in general will be a better place to live.

The sad thing about  such guys is that they feel real sharp. If you find a desperate babe shebi it's too get pregnant ? the pregnancy sha doesn;t have to be yours ?
Think about it if push comes to shove pregnancy will appear!!!!

I think you friend should not rush things especially like you said in a country that favours women. He should plan this over like 1 year, during that time he should strategize on getting her out of his system, once he is over her he should the file for a divorce on the grounds of adultery with adequate evidence.I don't see any court giving her anything if he makes the divorce as messy as possible.

I take it from your header  you would feel differently if he was single abi? Secondly , i noticed you guys seem to have some very James bondy ideas about exposing this fella, have thought about the fact that his wife might know he is gay? or that he moght owe no one apologies for his sexual bias?

I think you should seek medical  help first, male infertility is more acceptable now and a lot of clinics treat it effectively.
In the event that a cure is not obtainable you need to take a step back and re assess your marriage, the decision to leave or stay lies with you and no one else.
The church (even if you are catholic )will grant you an annulment if you desire it because he married you without letting you know of this condition of his hence denying you the chance to make an informed decision.
