But recently I got to know this guy still has money in his bank accounts to pay me and some others but the account is frozen by SEC, I spoke to lawyers, they claim I can get my money through a garnishee process and court process, i just want to know if I should walk on this road or not, court stress can be a lot but can a court order really get the money out?
