@topic.it is high time we rise up against all these rubbish.enough is enough!!
No I don’t. I am just tired of this BIG CATs fronting around Nigeria like they can’t be touched.

Besides I am good with rifles, I go hunting with friends when on holidays and I own a couple of hunting rifles. I can use almost all sniper rifles on the market today though I still require more training to be as discreet and accurate as a military sniper.

It may start as a good cause until some greedy, criminally minded people infiltrate the group.

These criminally minded guys eventually take over the group, and overthrow the people with the "good intentions".

And then the rates of bombing attacks, assassinations etc targeting even innocent Nigerians for personal grievances will be uncontrollable.

Good people suffer!!!
Never assume that because Nigeria is a corrupt country that there are no noble  or disciplined people. An organisation like that will lose the support of the people if it kills innocent people. Remember the group is an independent entity with no political aspiration and it is not asking for ransoms like MEND. The groups identifies a corrupt target and conduct surveillance of the target to know it daily routine. Afterwards the hitman is sent in to erase the target. Members of the group will remain anonymous so there is no way they can pose a threat to innocent Nigerian citizens.

Targets that will be eliminated are individuals that have clearly defrauded the state.

Funding of the organisation will come from private individuals just like the French Resistance during the occupation of France by the GERMANS.

PoliticsDeal With Corrupt Nigerian Leaders by flashgeek(op): 8:23pm On Jan 16, 2010
Please this thread is not for the chicken hearted ,I don’t want any lily livered azzhole coming here to preach to me.

I have been thinking a lot lately about how we (Nigerians) can deal with corrupt leaders and how we can put fear in the hearts of politicians aspiring to take public office. If these politicians fear the people ,corruption will reduce.

I have heard that this technique has been used by the HAMAS government in Palestine to deal with corrupt leaders but I don’t know how true that story is. Imagine if we the people of Nigerian can have another group similar to MEND but instead of fighting for the rights of the Niger Delta people alone, the group will be fighting for the rights of all Nigerians.

The group will not engage in a face to face battle with the Nigerian government like MEND but instead use covert tactics to deal with corrupt Nigerian Government Officials

The name on my mind is PRA = Peoples Revolutionary Army

Snipers
Remote Controlled Bombs
Kidnappings
Biological weapons

Snipers
Snipers will be trained to take out corrupt leader like Babangida , Obasanjo, Soludo e.t.c .Most of these usually travel in convoys, but a well trained sniper with Intel on their whereabouts can be placed on an elevated position to assassinate them at any given time. This is probably the best and easiest technique to use in an assignation.

Remote Controlled Bombs
Some of these corrupt leader travel in luxurious vehicles and on private jets. With the right Intel, agent of our organisation can plant remote bombs under thir vehicles or on their privates. The bombs will be detonated by remote once the target has boarded the vehicle.

Kidnappings
Due to the tight security that surrounds some of these men , it will not be easy to kidnap them. However it will be easy to kidnap their relatives like their children or wives.

Biological weapons
This technique will probably be the most difficult one because you need to get close to the target to be able to poison them or spray their food with bacteria. They can also be infected with bio toxins using a Newspaper delivery man or any other suitable methods.

Now the purpose of this group as I have mentioned above is to shake the whole political clan and make them pee in their panties , just the way MEND has rattled the Nigerian government. By the time 10 corrupt politicians have been assassinated and the group has claimed responsibility for the killings. Politicians “may” become wary of stealing from government coffers.

The group will issue out a warning to the Government and the political parties that every politician implicated in any corruption scandal will be assassinated.

For this group to succeed they need to operate from outside Nigeria. They need to be based in Neighbouring countries. The hitmen will only go to Nigeria when they want to make a hit and they will exit the country as soon as the hit has taken place. That way the group will not engage the Nigerian security forces directly but instead create fear in the hearts of Nigerian politicians.

What do you guys think?

Here are a couple of weapons that could start this show :
The first step towards developing Nigeria is through banning of all political parties, pan ethnic groups like Ohananze, odenigbo, MEND, arewa, Nze na ozo, Yoruba council of crooks, Afenifere, OPC etc. Nigerian should utilize the web and proffer solution on how to elect leaders who are interested in pursuing Nigerian dream instead of ethnic dream. Let there be no major and minor tribes but institute equality among every Nigerian citizen. Until we learn to respect and judge each other by our individual characters and not by the gender, religion, tribe or ethnic group we belong to, we are going nowhere.
Chai Emeka you are really a strange character, so you have such progressive ideas and you engage in tribal fight in other threads. I must say that I am pleasantly shocked. Until we Nigerians learn to love each other regardless of tribe we will not move forward. You see the way all Nigerians kiss and hug each other when the super eagles are playing ,that is the way we must love each. PoliticsRe: Need For Isoko State by flashgeek: 7:04pm On Jan 16, 2010
Ighofakpo:
The Isoko ethnic group is one of the smallest minority ethnic groups in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria in West Africa, occupying an area of about 1,200 square kilometres, with a residual population of over 750,000 by 2001 census.

The Isoko Land is one of the most densely populated areas in Nigeria, with about 300 persons per square kilometre compared with the average of 198 for Delta State and 130 for Nigeria. The consequence has been shortage of farmland, a shortage accentuated by oil exploration activities in the region.

Not surprisingly, a lot of Isoko people estimated over 470,000 are migrants to other parts of the country, residing in Ughelli, Warri, Sapele, Benin, Ijebu Ode, Ondo, Lagos, Kano and predominately in the rural agricultural land areas of Benin, Ondo and Ijebu-Ode. Also, some 300,000 Isoko people are permanent indigenes of Ndokwa and Sagbama Local Government areas of Delta state of Nigeria.

Isoko Land is essentially rural with no urban and semi-urban centres. Isoko land is within the economic shadow of the vibrant industrial, commercial Warri metropolis and the result has been largely of backlash effects, with most of the young men and women in addition to available capital in Isoko land graduating to Warri sub-urban area.

The residual population is mainly into agriculture, small-scale commercial and industrial enterprises. Against this background of the petty economic activities, massive unemployment of youths is very high, the quality of life is low and below the standard of living recommended by the United Nations Development Organisation and poverty is rife in Isoko Land.

The poor conditions and living standard of the Isoko people in Delta State can no longer be accepted as normal but lamentable. There should be no denial of the fact that the Isoko people live in this century, with the lack of basic infrastructural amenities such as clean drinking water, electricity and adequate transportation, good roads and massive employment opportunities, in a region abundantly blessed and endowed with naturally resources controlled by the State.

The Isoko people and the land of Isoko have been neglected by previous political governments and administrations, forgotten in both national and state consideration for rural development.

The Isoko Land, unlike the case with several neglected undeveloped minority and even some majority groups, has oil wells, the pivot of Nigeria’s continued financial and political existence and relevance in the world map.

The Oil wells at Olomoro, Uzere in Isoko land have contributed immensely to the foreign exchange earning potentials for over for 30 years of Nigeria. Ironically the National, State and Local governments cannot at present name a single sustainable project established in the area, since oil exploration activity licences have been granted to multi-national companies in the area.

The Isoko people are very non-violent, law abiding, obedient, mostly Christians, co-operative and loyal especially to constituted authority such as National and State governments but this obedience and loyalty, may have been the undoing of the Isoko people, considering the unrest in other areas of the Niger-Delta region, where some much attention have been focused recently.

The need to transform the Isoko Community from a traditional one to a 21st. century modern society, is imperative now if the global goal to combat poverty in sub-Saharan Africa is to be achieved. Indeed, the encouragement of the establishment of small scale industries and commercial enterprises is one option to be supported by the State, Individuals and Organisations. However, the lack and inadequate electricity power supply to the area has been a major bane in the commercial and industrial development of the Isoko Community.

The time has come now for the governments of Nigeria both national/state levels and the people of other major tribes to fully appreciate and recognise the social responsibility the governments owe to the suffering in silence people of Isoko land and appreciate the level of poverty the absence of the state initiated and driven sustainable development programmes, have caused in Isoko land.
So that means they should become a state? Nigerians and their dumb ideologies. I wonder what you will all do when that OIL dries up!

The police force needs to be reformed to ensure transparency and efficiency .With the high population that Wazobia currently has security is an issue that needs to be seriously addressed.

Wazobia will have the following Policing bodies :

Federal Police  - Wazobian Police Service (waps)
Traffic Police - Wazobian Metro Police (WMP)
Provincial Police - Eko Provincial Police  (EPP)
Environmental Police - Environmental Police Service (EPS)

Cobras (Anti – corruption police under the SIB-Special investigation bureau)
CPU    (Cyber Police Unit under the Anti Cyber Crime Bureau)
AFU    (Asset Forfeiture Unit under the SIB)

The officers belonging to this body will receive very commendable salaries to ensure satisfaction amongst the work force and eliminate the temptation for bribery and corruption.

You started from a position of arrogance (and I'm only avoiding harsher words). So what do you expect?
You don’t know the meaning of the word “arrogance” and you definitely do not know how to read. Maybe you are blind and you cannot see where I indicated that wazobia is a word that is derived from the 3 “MAJOR” tribes of Nigeria. I did not say all the tribes of Nigeria. You NDs should not forget that you are not the only small tribe in Nigeria , there are many smaller tribes in west ,in the east and in the north but the major tribes are 3.

Argue like an educated person and leave your tribal issues. This is not a debate about tribes but about saving a wounded nation.

That is the idiotic mentality that has ruined Niegria. Instead of people creating ideas that will better the lives of the people they are busy campaigning to create more state so that small village can become a state. Until we stop this tribal obsession, Nigeria will not move forward.

As big as the United states is ,they only have 50 states but ,Nigeria that is roughly the size of Texas has over 30 states, shows how dumb we are as a people.

Exactly, the name Wazobia is a name that most Nigerians relate to. That name has been used by Nigerians for as long as I can remember, it does not mean that other minor tribes are ignored. It is stupid to suggest that the country’s name should contain 225 tribal words. Even the name Niger Delta is an English name not an ijaw or ishekiri name but the ijaws refer to themselves as Niger deltans so I wonder why some are now complaining that wazobia is not a suitable name. Wazobia is one that has always united us and I think we need to forget our tribal differences and embrace unity for prosperity.

Only a party pooper will be clamouring for the opposite.

Instead of people looking forward to prosperity they are busy complaining about names.

WAZOBIA denotes the arrogance of the Yoruba, Hausa and Ibo majority over the other minor tribes, pls be more creative and let the rebranding be seen to be fair and just.
There is absolutely no need for insults. Why is it that we Nigerians can not have a civil argument without first trying to prove that we are good at insulting other people. I have asked you to suggest a name if you have one so stop ranting and suggest a name.

If a leader takes over today and changes the name of Nigeria to Wazobia there is nothing anybody will do about it but to accept it so stop acting like you are going to pick up an AK-47 and fight over a name.

You are busy complaining about a name but have not even considered what the new government will offer Wazobians. The name is not as relevant as service delivery.
SportsRe: Glo Signs Deal With Man Utd by flashgeek: 5:30pm On Jan 16, 2010
I don’t know why our some journalists always lie when they report news about Nigeria. They say Globacom is the largest sponsor of football in AFRICA, what a blatant lie. There are many companies in Africa that spend more money on their local league than what globacom has ever spent on any team in Nigeria. Just a take a look at the South African soccer league and team websites to see their local sponsors:

www.kaizerchiefs.com

Most Nigerians are educated but not intelligent. I say this because a man like Mike Adenuga is educated but he has very little intelligence. Even my dog can coach him on how to run his business.5 Million pounds a year can build solid sporting facilities in Nigeria and sponsor Nigerians teams but he prefers to spend the money on foreign land. Well I don’t blame him ,what do you expect from a thief who stole for the people Nigeria under the leadership of Babangida. Mike Adenuga is another Nigerians who deserves to be tied to the stake and shot. This deal is only meant to benefit his company and nothing more.

PoliticsWelcome To The Republic Of Wazobia by flashgeek(op): 5:05pm On Jan 16, 2010
A revolution has just taken place and all the corrupt leaders in the old Nigeria government has been arrested and executed while their assets have been seized by the state. The leader of the revolution is unanimously appointed as the new president.

In a bid to jump start the nation’s image and it economy ,the new leader changes the name of the country from Nigeria to Wazobia.

Nigeria is the name to given to us by the British colonialists to sum up their west African experiment. The name does not represent the people of the nation. WAZOBIA on the other hand sums up the 3 major tribes of the nation.

WA -Yoruba
ZO  - Hausa
BIA – Igbo

The nation’s flag is changed as well as the national anthem, the coat of arms and the flag. A new independence day is declared. A new currency is initiated to replace the old one. The exchange rate will be 1 to 1 against the dollar.

Half of the country’s revenue for the next 3 years will be dedicated to fixing the nation’s power problem.

Solar farms will be constructed in the all parts of the country

Wind farms will be constructed in all parts of the country as well as off the coast of the Southern part.

Mini Nuclear plants will be commissioned in remote areas

Ocean undercurrent hydro plants will also be commissioned in the south.

3 mega nuclear plants will be commissioned in conjunction with Sasol South Africa. These plants will be located in the most remote part of the northern deserts. Foreign power companies will be contracted to manage these power plants. Access to these plants will be highly restricted to avoid any security breach.

The “pay as you go” system will be applied to all power consumers in the nation. Each province will be provided powered individually by sub contracted power companies.

New laws are set up to deal with crime.

The SSS is shut down and a new intelligence agency known as “D6”  is established.

A new security agency called the “Presidential Guards” (PGs) is established. Their primary role is to secure the president at all times.

The EFCC is shut down.

A new body known as the “Special Investigation Bureau” (SIB) is set up to tackle high level investigations. The SIB agents will be nicknamed “Cobras”

A new agency known as the “financial Intelligence Agency” (FIA) will be set up to investigate suspicious financial transactions within the government and in the private sectors.

A new agency known as the “Environmental Preservation Bureau” (EPB) will be set up to investigate pollution caused by oil companies and other industries all over Nigeria. Under this agency a policing group will be set up know as the “Environmental Police” (EPs).Their job will be to inspect private homes ,offices ,warehouses, factories to ensure that they are clean and contributing positively to the environment. Anyone who breaks any of the environmental laws set up will receive hefty fines or even serve a jail term.

A new body known as the Anti Cyber Crimes Bureau (ACCB) is set up to deal with cyber crimes.

A new agency known as the “Population Control Agency” (PCA)will be establlished to create ideas and laws on how to curb the nation’s population. Population growth tends to pose a big threat to economic stability of the country. Many citizens give birth to kids that they cannot take care of. Harsh laws need to be made to stop this trend.

The senate and the house of reps will be desolved to be replaced by the :

The House of Assembly will now be known as the “Wazobian Congress”

The Senate will now become the “Law Makers Council” and the Senators will now be knows as Law Makers. Each province will have only 2 Law Makers. Law makers will be selected by the president instead of being elected.
The House of Representatives will now become the “Constituency council”.

All ministries will now become departments to headed by secretaries. New (ministries) departments will be created to deal with certain issues.

Department of  National Advance Planning
Department of  Education
Department of  Agriculture
Department of  Home Affairs
Department of  Immigration Affairs
Department of  Energy
Department of  Petroleum
Department of  Religious Affairs
Department of  Commerce and Industry
Department of  Labour

Department of  Transportation
Department of  Justice
Department of  Health
Department of  Innovations
Department of  Information Technology
Department of  Science
Department of  Social Welfare
Department of  Sports and Recreation
Department of  Treasury
Department of  Foreign Affairs

States will be converted to provinces, efforts will be made to reduce the size of each state government thereby facilitating easy monitoring and transparency. State governments will now function as companies instead of a governmental structure. This is necessary to reduce the power of “governors who will now be know as Provincial directors. Provincial directors will not be elected but selected. Adverts will be placed in newspapers countrywide and worldwide. The position of provincial director will be advertised.

10 applicants will be short listed and asked to submit a detailed plan of how they can turn the province around should they be offered the job. The best candidate regardless of nationality will be selected.

The treasurer of each province must receive authorization from the president before any funds are released.

The state government will now become a “firm” to be managed by professionals.
Certain names will change:

State Government = Provincial Management Authority

State Governor = Provincial Director

State Senate/parliament = Provincial Law Makers Council

Local Government = Municipality Management Board

Local Government Chairman = Municipality Manager

You fools on this forum are just a bunch of woosies. Whether igbo claims ND I could care less. Even if Nigeria split today into ten countries there will be chaos because “Africans” cannot rule them selves properly. It is a fact. Even if Biafra had succeeded in the war ,they would have been chaos inside biafra because new power players would have emerged to challenge the leadership .Just take a look at how Nigeria is today from 3 regions to thirty something states yet people are still clamouring for more states to be created.

A country like south Africa has 12 languages and close to 18 tribes but they only have 9 provinces (states) and they manage them well. Our leaders have brainwashed us so much that we now think that we can not work together as a nation unless we separate. Separation is not the answer .Kicking out the leader that we have now is what we should focus on.
