Please, let's let go of ignorance and acknowledge our brilliance instead of judge each other by our differences. Do you know that the Igbos are really technologically gifted? Do you know that the Yorubas were amongst the first group of people in the world to practice metallurgy? Do you know that the Hausas have highly organized civilization before Islam was adopted? Do you know that most Niger Deltans have traits to Egyptian kings and religious leaders? Do you know the British robbed Edo state cause the Art works they saw there were superior compared to that of the westerners? Do you know? Nigeria is not the only nation with diverse tribes but Nigeria is one of the most tribalistic people in the world. India has 645 indigenous tribes , china has 56 tribes ,South Africa has close to 20 tribes with 11 official languages, but they all cooperate to make their nation a great countries.

No i did not start a thread about America invading Nigeria, I hate America because of the damage they have done to Nigeria. However I started a thread about invading with mercenaries. I don’t like military stuff I just love guns. I don’t know why but I have loved guns even when I was in Nigeria and I love hunting buffalos and wild gazelles. If state merger is the answer, that will be fine by me. Ondo and Ekiti should be merged so as to have 5 states in the south west. Bayelsa and Rivers so that South south should have 5 states. Plateau and Nasarawa in the north central, Gombe and Bauchi should be merged in the north east. Finally, in the northwest, Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi should all be merged so as to have 5 states in the zone.

If I become president I will return Nigeria to about 20 states. It is ridiculous for a a small country like Nigeria to have so many states. It makes the Government too big and unmanageable. The United States as big as it is has only 50 states but Nigeria that is just roughly the size of the states of TEXAS has over 30 states.

New Zealand that does not produce any oil provides very well for it’s citizen through agriculture. An average New Zealand farmer is richer than a Nigerian banker, how come? The people of Nigeria are just obsessed with OIL especially the ones that have not travelled out of Nigeria before. OIL is not everything. JAPAN and South Korea hardly has any mineral resources but their economies is the second largest in the world.

By 1945 ,Japan’s infrastructure had been destroyed by US bombs. Instead on relying on foreign support the Japanese government sent it’s students to the UNITED States to study US technology and develop microchips. This same country that was economically crippled when Nigeria got it’s independence in 1960 has now overtaken Nigeria without a single drop of OIL to become the second largest economy. We Nigerians should be ashamed of ourselves. I am just irritated every time I hear about OIL. Oil this ,Oil that ,why don’t you all go to Niger Delta and stay there if want the Oil so much?
