"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous. Actually, who are you not to be. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And ås we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same" By keke palmer in Akeelah and the bee |
you made the choice. YOU picked him.
This line i love. Sooooo true |
2by2: I think its a good move to come back home. I studied communication and working in France just for the experience.Sorry to say this, "you're talking plenty about this patriotism stuff" i'm one advocate of great change for Nigeria. Those that kept saying they are returning how many visible change(if not changes) have we seen. I'll advice you get to the zenith of your career before returning. This country is a mess, also dead. I wonder how we all are surviving. God's grace. I'm still totally optimistic. No place like home esp Nigeria. All the best |
Then you will grow old waiting for me to come back. I don't care what she looks like. Two weeks maximum
She does not care. Maybe you dont know what you want. Not asking you to chase her for 12months, 28 is absurd. Why will a girl do that? Blame goes to the guy ![]() |
Emmmm, after having a ist degree in public health technology, Can i be a medical doctor?. What are the possibilities and challenges preferably studying outside the country(US/Canada), or if hell let loose Nigeria. |
How long? 2 weeks and I am out
Ummmm, you have not started. |
Connoisseur: If she ask; she be gold diggerThank God this is coming from the male folk |
Esin waju: I think it is supposed to be the other way round cos it is when you hang out with someone you can become friends with them. Not always, i prefer talking to someone over the phone before hanging out with you. Your words tell me more about you. I can only prepare my self for any surprise if there is. |
@OP: you aint alone on this one, i just turn and walk out. Hate it when some guy will find it cool to wave a lady over to his car. What happened to coming out and meeting the gal if interested. Thats just embarrasing and annoying. Not only its cheap. I just ignore both those i know and don't know cos i have a bad sight before i land into trouble. |
roqrules04: D dead will alwyz b blame 4 his or her Death... Dunno y some membrs r putting d blame on d Pilot.Quite callous of you to say that. |
@flawless~diva The school is good, as a matter of fact, it's one of the only 4 uni"s in canada that are part of the top 100 in the world. The school is in Hamilton, Ontario and their tution for a pre med course is between 18000-20000 CaD , on campus accomodation will cost between 4000-6000 CaD (food inclusive). I just confirmed from someone who schools there that it's too late to apply for admission. Your friend will have to wait till next September as there is no january intake.
Thanks, very helpful. |
They're both good, but University of Toronto is better,, the marking down issue isn't true, your friend shouldn't bother herself with it. And one more thing is if your friend is looking to go to med school after her pre med, York currently doesn't have a medical school.. So it's not a good option in that sense, if I was personally to recommend a school, I'll recommend Mc Master
Ok, which state is the school, tuition fees, accomodation, and are they receiving applications now.for you to recommend it that means they are good. university of toronto is quite expensive. |
MOSTOCH: I was shortlisted but told to pay 2350naira, is it genuine. It is. Though i think its uncalled for. Heard the award is worth 100k or 150k. Your decision to make. I have not been notified but my friend has. I'm just being hopeful |
@flawless-diva First your friend needs to do a pre med which may be biochem, neuroscience, kinesiology e.t.c before med school. University of toronto will cost about 28000 cad tution for a premed course. York is about 18000 cad for tution
Thanks dear, which of the two do you prefer, what about the marking down ish associated with university of toronto. I need more replies, thanks a bunch. Presently she is ukraine studying medicine though she travelled last year and fortunately she got admission in two universities in canada still to study medicine. Apart from the world ratings, i would like to know which one amongst university of toronto and york university is better and cheaper for her ås a foreign student studying medicine. She has been hearing that university of toronto marks down people and she has been quite undecisive and very confused. Would love if i'm replied aSAP cos your wonderful replies would be of immense help to my friend. Thanks and Good morning.
Pls would y'al to reply me. Want to know how they mark |
