Is he coming for governorship??
I'm not sure. But there's a rumor that he may throw in his interest. This Soludo guber ambition doesn't sit with me, for obvious reasons. I want a governor who will be a radical and also have the knack for urban development. I see Soludo as someone who will only be interested in speaking big economic jargons. Even if he succeeds in completing all Obiano's projects, even that wouldn't be enough for 8years.

You see, we are getting into a very critical period in our nations history, and ndi Anambra are supposed to show leadership, I mean take the role of charting a new course for Ndigbo. That is the reason we need someone who can speak for Ndigbo; a unifier of sorts, someone who will challenge the nation's status quo and at the same time work hard for ndi Anambra. This is the reason I beleive Peter Obi is still the best Igbos have now. He did not only develop Anambra in terms of infrastructures, he also charted a course for Ndigbo. While Obiano perfomed creditable above average in the former; he failed badly in the later and we cannot afford that kind of thing for another 8years.

Ndi Anambra, I say make I ask, who're we voting for in 2021. Personally, I would prefer Ngige as governor over Soludo. What do you guys thinkhuh

Can you ever see this kind of gesture from YMM (Yoruba Muslim Miscreants)huh Has anyone here ever read a topic on Yorubas/Fulanis helping one anotherhuh It is only us the Igbos that stand for each other. This is the reason we succeed where others fail.

One good thing about we Igbos is that we stand for one another. This culture of Onye aha'na nwanne ya, is what has helped us acheive more than any other people, and we must continue to make sure we live by it!

OreMI22:
Naming the airport after its builder "Willie Obiano International airport" is not bad at all. If its just the last thank you gift from the Anambra house of Assembly to honor his meritorius 8 years of outstanding service to Anambra state.

If it was not the tough, dogged character of a man like Willie Obiano, the airport would NEVER be built. Typically, Southeast Governors often like to hide under mountain of excuses of "lack of funds" from doing any major infrastructural project that will truly develop their state. Instead, they will use the money to share bags of rice and palm oil to people that would eat that and remain poor. As against building things that will boost the economy and create jobs so that those people can buy their own rice and oil.

In the Southeast today, only two governors are hungry to give their states true infrastructure to help them leap frog to the next level. These are Obiano and Umahi. Thus, these two men deserve the honor of naming the airports they are building after them. Just like Imo airport was named after Dee Sam mbakwe for his tenacity to build it in spite of all the obstacles he could have cited as excuses why he couldn't build the Imo airport.
@Oremi, Obiano has to deliver a full functioning airport, before he can demand that the airport be named after him. Trust me, if he delivers a 30-40% complete airport the next governor who will work on the airport wills surely change the airport name and that will be comely.

@AnambraFirstSon, please can you leave these jealous afonjas already. Those guys know they amount to nothing, but they just want to drag you to their level and mess your hard earned facts and reputation.

The world knows that we Igbos rule; remove Lagos from SW every other thing is a plain fertile field. But we Ndigbo built everything from the scratch even without government support. If those urchins you're arguing with have any shred of shame, they wouldn't pick argument with someone who's hammering them with all the facts about economic viability of a state. But no! Typical of Afonja they have no shame!!
PoliticsRe: Don’t Fall For IPOB, Others Propaganda, Presidency Replies British Lawmakers by Fleshly:
Buhari is getting it hot from the media prowess of the great Igbo nation, but just when anyone thinks we have reached our peak, alas, we are only starting. We are just focused for now on campaigning for Trump to be reelected, because after his reelection that's even when we begin the real media onlslaught against buhari.

Due to our unrivaled media and propaganda power, we've been able to sell to the world the idea of Fulani herdsmen/terrorists something the FG did everything possible to suppress. This is a typical case of winning the war and losing the battle. When Obama installed buhari in order to destroy the little growth Africa could have made through the great Igbos, little did he know that Ndigbo are a people who fight till the last man standing. Instead of cowering under buhari/Fulani, like the Yorubas would do, no! We began another form of war, this time a media war!!. In all, our promise to buhari is that we will so demarket him before the world, that our friend in the WH donald Trump will have no other option than to eat him for lunch in his second term.

IGBOSON1:
Any other Nwafor notice that anytime a news report is posted that places Ndigbo or Alaigbo above a certain grp of people and is placed on the front page, soon after you will see a raft of anti-Igbo posts made and fastracked to the front page as well....even one on a woman chopping off someone’s finger! shocked

Why do you think this happens? Just go take a look at the home page, scroll down and you’d see what i mean! I could equally be bigoted and tribalistic, and post negative news of the other regions responsible for this campaign (we know who they are....one in the north and another in the south), but i have better things to do with my life!
Doesn't remove the facts that Igbos lead. The world knows this! What nairaland mods are doing amounts to nothing, just as they tried in vain in Edo State. One thing is that in this era of internet and social media, it is the Igbos that are deciding what happens on the cyber space and so shall it remain for a long time to come.
PoliticsRe: Top 5 Nigerian States: Fiscal Sustainability Index by Fleshly: 2:22pm On Sep 25, 2020
Anambra will always lead in everything, despite having no federal presence. While Lagos and OGUN are there because of the many Nigerian interests in them. Despite these advantages seen in Lagos yet Anambra bests it in this important economic matrix. Shame on Lagosians!!!.

The plot to demistify Tinubu is a noble call for every true person of goodwill. Tinubu must be made to account for the death of Funsho Williams. He must be made to account for the illegally accrued billions in his bank account. Thanks to Ndigbo, who have the courage to begin the war on the total destruction of God-fatherism in Nigeria. We must never stop until every shred of God-fatherism/motherism is completely destroyed in Nigeria, so that power can go to the rightful people. It's only the Igbos that can do it!!!

PoliticsRe: Edo Election Was A Contest Between The North And The South - Vanguard Newspaper by Fleshly: 2:30pm On Sep 22, 2020
Please be specific with the south. There are two 'souths', the better South (SE/SS) and the coward betrayer south (SW). The same goes with the north, and there is the middle belt north and the other one the extreme north, (NE/NW).

As for what happened in Edo State, it's just a demistification of the opolo eye drug Baron and the rejection of his party the APC.

Hatred for someone united them, their individual ambitions will scatter that alliance.

Its just a matter of time.

As for Obaseki, is not also going to be easy for him in his new party because the same issue of political patronage that he had in APC will also resonate in PDP on larger scale. He will now have to struggle to satisfy both the Old PDP members and the APC members he took to PDP. Each of these sides will always be on the lookout to see who gets what or who is most favored or cheated.

Before nko. Tinubu and Oshiomhole were massively disgraced on Saturday by the good people of Edo State and they have no other option except to admit defeat.

We look forward to see the rejection of God-fatherism in yoruba land, and that is if the Yorubas can muster the courage, though I'm afraid that may not happen. But we can only hope.
