So true.

As per your questions: you can't go back to school and qualify for EI. One of the requirements for EI is that you have to be available for work..Being in school full time contradicts you being available for work full-time.
But you might want to research further on that. I am only talking from my own experience. Some people may have been able to do work around it. Especially that you are interested in online schooling. You know how all this thing's works. At tax time, you would be asked if you were in school anytime during the tax year. Your school will also send you a t2022 (tuition tax credit) or T4A (statement of income if you received nursery, scholarship or grant from school), and also send copies to CRA. So you want to make sure you qualify for EI to avoid owing when it's time to file.

For Power Engineering, about 2 years ago. Someone on here was able to get credits for some of his post secondary qualifications from Nigeria and experience working similar jobs on an oil rig offshore Niger Delta. I believe he was given his 3rd class certificate but he went through ABSA. He landed and lived in Saskatoon for less than 6month and got a job with Imperial in Edmonton not long after. Unfortunately I do not remember his username.

Hi, I got this same response earlier in the week. When's your AOR date? Are you in any Jan AOR group? The file can still be transferred to any VO, best you check back with them in two/three weeks.

bidemibunmi:

Your file is currently located at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
The background verifications are in process.
The security background verification has not been initiated.
The criminal background verification is currently valid.
While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

Please are they trying to say my file is in Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia??

Hello Sir,
You can add your spouse POst ITA I believe, they would calculate and confirm that the difference in your score with your spouse added, is still more than the cutoff used for the draw in which you got ITA. You may research further on canadavisa forum for peeps who have done this in the past. I wish you all the best.

Uchboggy:
ITA at last but with a mixed feeling for me and my wife.

Our profile as a couple was 468 since October last year so she wrote ielts last month and added 2 points to the score making it 470. My profile was expiring on the 21st of this month so this was the last draw before expiration.

Initially we had agreed to see what this score was then if it didn’t get to 470 today then I will go alone unaccompanied(crs of 475). But because of the anxiety and tension and uncertainties we had to change our mind yesterday and agreed that I go unaccompanied. Now draw comes out and it’s 470.

I was happy to see ITA and was angry that we didn’t wait.

My source of consolation now is accepting it as the will of God

Please I need a link to the WhatsApp group for married people going without their spouse

There's no issues with the documents addressed to CIC and dated last year.
the pension statement is fine too.. just ensure you get a detailed letter from your PFA. They would generally contact you if any document you submitted is not clear. Submit on time too, as processing may take up to four months..

AyabaS:
Hello house,

Been waiting for ITA since October when scores went crazy. OINP came through yesterday and I'm going for it . The thing is my documents have been ready since last year and are addressed to CIC. Will these suffice or do I have to get the documents again addressed to Ontario specifically?

Also, the plan is to augment POF with 25% of my pension which I believe is acceptable for EE, PNP i'm not so sure. Anyone knows if OINP accepts pension as POF?

Here is to share my IELTS testimony and thank some of the special people who assisted me...
The June 1st MOD test was my eight attempt, having done four PBT and three CBT with BC. My issue was always writing which never changed from 6.5 all through.
I contacted @wasseynest, @fidelism and @johnnybravo to assist in writing..... These are all excellent people and I am indebted to them all. I was able to merge all their teachings with the grace of God to get the following scores L8, R9, W7.5, S8
Sitting on 453 now and praying for scores to reduce...

One just has to be 100percent certain. So sorry to bother you. Thanks for your help

Fya..
kfrosh:
Nobody has used one semester evaluation from WES to claim two or more certificates. You attempt this, your application gets rejected as your CRS scores will be re-calculated. If WES does not evaluate whatever certificate as a one year college certificate, begin to look elsewhere.

People have used one semester evaluation and gotten their ppr.. if in doubt you can ask CIC via their twitter account if one semester evaluation can be used for two or more certificates.

Goodevening house..please i need help on a particular issue..is there anyone who has successfully evaluated f1 to f3 acca recently with wes and has gotten it as diploma as a friend who wrote his under 5month got his acca evaluated as just a semester course. In order to increase our score hubby resulted to writing Acca and he's about to write the third stage now under a spacing of 5month.We are really worried we might not get ours as diploma also when we evaluate.

Please assist with a response. Is it necessary to print and sign IMM 5645e for family visit visa application?, thanks.

Thanks, does this apply to imm5645e too. Cos i was told that one has to be printed and signed. The place to sign on it does not allow for you type in a name.

Sirtenburg:

How do I sign my online application?
You have to type in your name and answer a security question to submit your application. This is your electronic signature. Do not print out your application form to sign it.
