Nay. Among the various personnel employed in the hospital. There is this unspoken enemity , unprofessional hatred/rivalry and lack of understanding of what team work means in our hospitals. In the US, patients are suing their healthcare providers but in Nigeria, someone sometimes a fellow coworker somewhere is waiting for you to mess up so that they can help the victim and often their co-perpetrators to tarnish your image and revoke your license. It exist everywhere around the globe but Nigeria is a case on its own.
