Sending a mail is saving cost. When they sent to 60,000 it was not cost then. Who told you that you will receive remuneration with TFare. Please don't follow that line of thinking. Remuneration is for work done and Tfare is Tfare. Biko

haha..today has yet taken another turn..well, while everyone shouldn't take all claims serious about this Tfare-APL conundrum (remember yesterday someone said his source rubbished the idea, and now today the opposite..so different sources with contrasting feedback - a good sign of uncertainty)
but for fun lol, approaching this situation from a logical standpoint, why would NNPC re-imburse that early. Re-imbursement means expenses..so think of it this way, why would NNPC create expenses that early. All companies hate expenses/costs and try to reduce them at the slightest opportunity. So now let's assume there is a conspiracy theory (which i doubt) think this way ''HYPOTHETICALLY", as if you are NNPC.

why should we spend additional money that quickly for a certain number of applicants, remember we would like to cut cost. what could compel us to spend money on certain applicants this early. lets see our expenses at this stage concering Tfare and renumeration..

i'm going to spend twice on successful applicants, i can cut that cost by not giving them their Tfare since i would still spend on them with the renumeration and then spend on Tfare renumeration for unsuccessful candidates.expenses become

There was a budget for this recruitment. From beginning to end please. I don't understand why you should delay action/complacent on something that's budgeted and already operational/active. Anyway wait for the events to unfold.

What you don't know is that your name won't enter MIS if you don't pass. Thats how the shortlisting was done and the interview invite was sent. Do you know those not invited were not sent a message.
Now do the analysis. You pick the top 1% from each state and quickly reimburse their TP to reduce your work. FCC says you must employ the best from each state. You then barter and truck to select the remainder to join them.

Not on the text. Its on the credit narration on my account. When you explode and want to check the details of the trx. Its not seen on the account text or statement. Its for only authorised persons with access.

I work in a bank. I checked my narration details. I even saw the name of the staff that posted it. A management information system person on Linked.

What does EXEMPTED mean. Thats what is written in the narration box of the my T/fare. I checked.

A company can reimburse for mileage or out of state travel expense. Spurious connection should not be made between TP refund and Offer letters. There are less people who have received compared to those who have not received.

Go for NEBOSH. You can do the IGC or Intl Tech Cert in Oil and Gas Ops Safety. Register with RRC.co.UK. they are expensive but very good. I did some certs with them in 2013. Cheers.

I also underwent the recruitment for 2 reasons

1, To get first hand information for our interview coaching service for my side venture.

2, NNPC is a nice place to work for stability and security, but the minimum position that can be commensurate to my current earnings is Deputy Manager and NNPC requires 18 years for that - I have 11 years. As I know I'm not qualified for managerial position, I applied for the 9 year supervisor position, which I know I will get. But not likely to take the offer as the pay for that level is significantly lower than my current. I have several friends in this situation too (like the one I chatted with up here).

I could not join your interview sessions. I had work and location constraints. But I gained valuable info. from Jarus Hub and other resources. Its good you went through the process to have first hand knowledge of mass recruitments.

Panel 6 interviewed me on 3rd July 2019. the panel consisted of 4 men and 1 lady. They were friendly and introduced themselves by saying their names. They asked me several questions (12) on my knowledge, experiences, situations, general questions and HSE. They asked me if I have any questions. Any one interviewed on Panel 6 at the Finance and Accounts Directorate. Great people I must say.

Only knew the answer to 3 out of the 5 questions asked.

I applied for instrumentation engineering and not even one question was from my field.

I had 8 questions and out of the 8, 2 questions had a,b,c. Which is a total of 12.

Interview was an awesome experience.

And for the information about the 21st and 5th induction been the last, I doubt it. Recruitment & inductions will continue till the end of the recruitment. Some wrote test in my branch last saturday, some are called for first interview this week. If the exercise is supposed to end in few days time, I don't think stanbic should still be calling people for assessment and interviews.
Just as long as you didn't receive regret mail, be hopeful. My boss said he received offer letter 7 months after medicals in 2012. I also know of someone who received his own 6 months after medicals. I guess stanbic is trying to teach people humility loooool.

There are still many more vacancy to be filled. Even here, more seats and system are been purchased to accommodate new recruits. Let's all be hopeful.

#Making Sense# I only said I was told to choose between 21/9 and 05/10 for induction in response to someones question. Me I no talk say that's the last pair of induction oooo.

Induction holds on 21 September and 5 October. I was told to choose between one of two dates during submission of on boarding forms.
