The importance/relevance of getting those work experience is to acquire migration points, which in turn is to get Invitation To Apply ITA (Higher points mean quicker ITA, got it?).

Once ITA is gotten, the points become irrelevant, as DHA will be more focused on the genuineness of your application and documents submitted.

Will it affect the cadre he is placed in in his job is Australia? Will it affect his pay?

Or does everyone (experienced or not) start on the same level once they enter Australia?
