I will be going to for a conference in Spain. After the conference, I will also like to visit one or two more Schegen countries before travelling back. Now, my question is: should I tell the Spanish embassy about my intention to visit these other countries or is it better I don't talk about it at all. I don't know if the schegen visa gives some sort of restrictions. I'm a lone traveller and 10days is all I need in Europe.

There's a lot of maintenance involved in using U/G cabling and facilities. Don't be so quick to go either way without considering its pros and cons.

In modern power systems, UG cablings are made to be so robust that they hardly need maintenance. Fault Analysis are simulated (computer based) and pulses sent through the underground lines to detect where the line is open circuited. So you don't need to dig up a while lot of earth to identify fault area.
The pros of UG cabling far outweighs the cons.
